Hell Game: Starting from Metropolis

"No need, there's no room in the delivery box, and it's too cumbersome to carry around."
He declined.
"Alright then. Take care."
Liu Zheng left the 8th floor and headed straight for Building 6.
There's still half an hour left for delivery, which is more than enough under normal circumstances.
Although he often encounters abnormal situations, he is used to things like delivery at checkpoints.
Of course, if there's really no time, he hasn't returned his three-time Outstanding Employee Commemorative Medal yet.
"hey-hey."
A sinister smile appeared on Liu Zheng's face.
Upon arriving on the 6th floor, he took the elevator to the door of room 202.
"Hello, your takeaway has arrived."
He knocked on the door and called out.
Whose takeout was this?
A rough, loud voice soon came from inside.
"I don't know, I didn't write my name, only my address."
Liu Zheng replied.
"Who ordered takeout?"
"That rough voice asked."
After a while, sounds came from inside again.
"No one here orders takeout. Try asking somewhere else."
"The takeout order does say 'Building 6, Room 202.' Why don't you open it and take a look? Maybe someone else ordered it for you."
He thought for a moment and said.
If a problem can be solved with deception, there's no need to resort to force; fighting and killing are exhausting.
"No way. Liar, get away from my house, or I'll smash your head in with a baseball bat."
The rough voice spoke loudly.
"Okay, then maybe I made a mistake. Sorry."
Liu Zheng walked back into the elevator and cleared his throat.
"Cough cough."
"Hello! Hello? Hello. Hello~"
"Hello, all right, mud howl."
"nailed it."
When he spoke again, his voice had become high-pitched.
He learned this from a friend who was a virtual YouTuber. He didn't learn it very well, but it was enough to fool ordinary people.
Liu Zheng walked to the entrance of room 202 again, this time he deliberately adjusted his pace.
"Hello, I'm a promoter for the 'Busy Hours' fruit shop. We offer free samples. Would you like to try some?"
he said softly.
"Is it really free?"
A soft voice came from inside.
"Of course. However, after you finish eating, whether it's delicious or not, you must give us a serious and detailed feedback, otherwise we will have to charge you."
Liu Zheng said.
What kind of feedback is considered detailed?
The person inside asked.
"The feedback for each type of fruit should be at least thirty words, excluding punctuation."
he replied.
"Is it really necessary to give so much feedback just for eating some fruit?"
A rough, boisterous voice broke in, sounding somewhat displeased.
"There's nothing we can do about it; that's the rule."
Why isn't a rule if it's something he made on short notice?
"What kind of ridiculous rule is this?"
The person inside opened the door, muttering to themselves.
A short man, dressed in blue-gray work clothes and wearing a tattered red cap, appeared in front of Liu Zheng.
It was covered in black fur, its face looked like a half-human, half-monkey, and it had a tuft of chest hair under its neck.
But what is even more striking is its single leg, with its heel pointing forward and its toes pointing backward.
Liu Zheng recognized its unique shape at a glance; it was the legendary "mountain demon," a creature somewhere between a spirit and a mountain god.
The mandrill's expression changed drastically the moment it saw his uniform. Its thin but muscular arms grabbed the doorknob and were about to close the door.
"Wait a moment!"
Liu Zheng shouted and blocked the gate with his hooves.
"I'll wait for you!"
The mandrill said without hesitation, and then swung its claw at him.
Before it could even catch him, the sharp claws had already scratched his face, leaving bloody marks.
"Do you still want free fruit?"
Liu Zheng covered his face with his tentacles and continued shouting.
"You're nothing but a purveyor; you're clearly a deliveryman for the Bloody Restaurant."
The mandrill shouted angrily.
"I didn't say I wasn't, and the two things don't contradict each other. See!"
He took out the prepared fruit from behind his back, with three tentacles each holding one of the three kinds of fruit.
The fresh scent of fruit wafted out and entered the mandrill's nostrils, causing it to unconsciously swallow.
"Canned pineapple, dream cucumber, and what's the other one?"
It looked at the Angel Fruit and asked.
"Angel Fruit, a brand new product. It tastes good, and the effects are amazing."
Liu Zheng told it about the effects of the Angel Fruit.
"This isn't cheap, is it?"
The mountain demon asked.
"Five hundred yuan each."
"Wow, that's so expensive. That's enough to buy me half a month's worth of fruit."
The mandrill exclaimed in surprise.
"For me, it's just a drop in the ocean. I bought a hundred at once, without even a discount."
Liu Zheng said proudly.
"Are you sure you're going to give away such expensive fruit for free?"
"That's what the mandrill said."
"Of course, I always keep my word."
"After we finish eating, do we have to sign for the takeout?"
"I ask warily."
"No need, this is the delivery. However, I hope you can calm down and discuss how to peacefully accept the takeout."
He shook his head.
The mandrill glanced at his uniform, then at the fruit in his tentacles, especially the Angel Fruit, its expression constantly shifting.
"Honey, what happened?"
That gentle female voice came from inside again.
"Who let you out? Go back to your room and stay there, or I'll beat you up."
The mandrill shouted angrily.
"Oh"
The woman's voice retreated again.
"Give me the fruit first."
The mandrill said to Liu Zheng.
"it is good."
He handed over the fruit without hesitation.
"Aren't you afraid I'll take the fruit and then close the shop?"
The mandrill was somewhat surprised.
Did it run into an idiot?
I saw your employee ID.
Liu Zheng pointed to the name tag on its work clothes and said.
"Hmph, don't think I don't know that you can't threaten the family of the person who placed the order afterward."
The mandrill scoffed.
Who threatened your family?
He asked curiously.
"Then what do you mean?"
"What I mean is, if you dare to take the fruit and run away, I'll blow up your factory."
Liu Zheng said with a smile.
Chapter 469 A kid driving a big truck, typical human!
"Keep bragging. Don't think you can do whatever you want just because you're a deliveryman at the Bloody Restaurant."
"Our factory is a large factory with thousands of employees, and a major taxpayer. Our boss is a candidate for city council, a big shot whom even the city hall treats with respect. You dare to bomb his factory?"
"That's what the mandrill said dismissively."
"It seems you know a little about our restaurant, but only a little."
"I've blown up pet stores, streets, office buildings, nightclubs, all sorts of random things."
"And not only am I still full of energy, but they'll have to greet me with a smile next time I visit."
"Do you know why?"
Liu Zheng asked.
"why?"
"Because I have many friends, I'm ruthless, and I'm generous."
