Fujiwara Kansuke explained that he had sent someone to pick up the firecrackers about ten minutes ago, and the first batch of firecrackers should be arriving at the gate of Takama-ga-hara soon.

Humpback Whale was even more confused. He asked Fujiwara Kansuke how he could be so foresighted that he could even predict that Sakura would eventually get more flower votes than expected.

Fujiwara Kansuke told Humpback Whale truthfully that he was not that great yet, and that Sakura's votes were not something he expected, but something the distinguished guests around him told him.

The distinguished guest beside him... The humpback whale suddenly woke up. The distinguished guest beside Fujiwara Kansuke was the super rich lady with extraordinary origins that Basara mentioned, the pretty girl who spoke very little and whom the two proprietresses asked him to take good care of. It was also this girl who generously spent 100 million yen on Sakura.

Fujiwara Kansuke said that just now during the flower ticket collection session, the customer was a little confused and wrote on paper to ask what he was doing now. Fujiwara Kansuke told her that this was the session to test Xiaoying's performance tonight. Customers who liked Xiaoying's performance tonight would spend money to buy flower tickets for Xiaoying, which were the envelopes on the waiter's tray.

The customer asked him what the flower tickets were for. Fujiwara Kansuke said that only if Xiaoying's flower tickets reached the required number could he stay here in the future. If the number was not enough, he would have to leave. The flower tickets represented the customer's support for Xiaoying. The more customers supported Xiaoying, the more flower tickets they would buy for him. The customer asked how much a flower ticket cost. Fujiwara Kansuke said one thousand yen each. The customer then asked how many flower tickets were needed for Xiaoying to stay. Fujiwara Kansuke answered truthfully that he had 800 tickets, and told the customer that Xiaoying was very popular and there was no need to worry about whether he would stay or leave.

I don't know if the customer listened to him or not, but under his gaze, the customer took out a stack of checkbooks from her handbag, tore off a page and began to carefully count zeros on it. Finally, the customer handed the check with countless zeros on it to Fujiwara Kansuke and asked Fujiwara Kansuke to help her change it into flower bills, saying that she wanted Sakura to stay and these were her flower bills to support Sakura.

After Fujiwara Kansuke repeatedly confirmed that it was a check for 100 million yen, he thought that the total number of firecrackers in the venue might not be enough to make up 100,000. So Fujiwara Kansuke bowed deeply to the guest and asked the guest to put the check at the bottom of the firecracker box. Fujiwara Kansuke realized that something big was about to happen, so he immediately ordered all the idle waiters to go to the warehouse and transport as many firecrackers as possible to Takama-ga-hara.

Humpback Whale couldn't help but sigh that Fujiwara Kansuke was really thoughtful. He was worthy of being the man she had chosen and was indeed the backbone of the entire Takama-ga-hara.

As soon as Humpback Whale finished speaking, the waiters had already brought back the firecrackers from outside the door. They were not carrying them or dragging them, but carrying them on their shoulders. There were even several people lined up in a line carrying them on their shoulders... Because the firecrackers were so long, from a distance they looked like a giant red dragon twisting and swimming into Takama-ga-hara.

"Guests, the next is the most exciting moment!" Humpback Whale clapped his hands. "One hundred and one thousand five hundred flower tickets, naturally, one hundred and one thousand five hundred Hibiki's love, dedicated to our little Sakura!"

Humpback Whale handed the fuse and lighter to Lu Mingfei, indicating that he should light the glory that belonged to him personally.

Lu Mingfei lit the fuse. At the same time, several waiters also lit the fuse together in a corner of Takama-ga-hara. This was more efficient, otherwise 100,000 firecrackers would probably not be finished by tomorrow morning.

The explosions of firecrackers overlapped and were deafening, and the fragments of cherry blossoms were flying all over the sky. These special firecrackers were mixed with cherry blossoms. They used more environmentally friendly gunpowder, and when they exploded, you could hardly smell the pungent smell of gunpowder when ordinary firecrackers exploded. Instead, they could explode with rich floral fragrance.

The humpback whale on the stage was suspended from his lower back and back by steel wires. He leaped over the edge of the stage with all his might, showing off his fin-like equipment and swimming over the guests' heads like a whale swimming. At this time, golden tinsel fell from the sky, and a magnificent snow fell in Takama-ga-hara.

"Tonight, there's unlimited champagne! All the ladies who voted for Sakura will receive a serving of tuna sashimi, exclusively for Sakura tonight!" The humpback whale shouted at the top of his lungs, completely ecstatic. "Tonight is Takama-ga-hara's grand celebration! Let's party, ladies! Don't leave until you're drunk!"

The waiters were running all over the place, busy carrying boxes of champagne to the booths and the dance floor. The sound of champagne bottles being opened was like a celebratory salute, and the corks were flying in the air like cannonballs. Columns of liquid spurted out of the bottles of champagne, glowing a hazy golden color under the dazzling lights. The wine wet the bodies of the guests and the gigolos, soaking through their thin clothes.

The DJ with his upper body exposed appeared on the stage, twisting his waist and buttocks sexily. He rubbed the music to the exciting music, and the dance music sounded again, but this time there were no dancers performing on the stage, because the whole audience was full of dancers. The bold guests would take the initiative to pull the gigolos' arms and jump into the dance floor, dancing passionately.

"Sakura-chan! Sakura-chan! Sakura-chan!"

The applause was thunderous and the cheers were deafening. All the guests were shouting Xiaoying's name loudly. If this was a carnival party, then Lu Mingfei would be the undisputed protagonist of the party.

Every guest wanted to find the main character in the queue today to toast him with a glass of wine, say congratulations, and by the way, share in the good luck of the 100,000 flower ticket cowherd, but the scene was too chaotic. A total of 101 million firecrackers were blasted, and the firecracker fragments swept across the entire hall like flying snow, blurring everyone's vision, and no one could find Xiao Yinghua.

In the VIP seats, Eiry looked at the crowd dancing wildly like demons. She seemed a little helpless and uneasy. Even though the whole place was covered in cherry blossom debris from firecrackers, she could still see the surrounding environment clearly with her eyesight. Women were entwined around men's bodies, dancing and twisting wildly like snakes. They drenched each other with golden wine, and their smiles revealed a madness that Eiry could not understand.

Fujiwara Kansuke is also one of the popular gigolos in the store. He was harassed by more than a dozen women to drink at the same time and couldn't get away. In such a chaotic environment, he had no time to care about Eri.

The music amplified by the speakers was too harsh, and the strong smell of alcohol in the room seemed to penetrate the pores of her skin and into her brain. Eri stood up unconsciously. She began to panic and anxiously looked for Sakura... But she couldn't find Sakura. Eri's body trembled slightly. She didn't understand how this originally quiet place suddenly became like this, and how these people suddenly became like this. This place seemed to have turned into a maze. She just wanted to escape from this place, but there were people all around her and she couldn't find the exit of the maze.

A figure ran straight towards Eri from a distance. He passed through the crowd, passed the booth, and appeared in front of Eri... and then hugged her tightly.

The familiar smell overwhelmed the cherry blossom fragrance that filled the room. Eri's body gradually stopped trembling, and a warm breath came towards her. She was no longer frightened or uneasy.

Lu Mingfei took a deep breath, his nose felt a little sore. He heard the conversation between the Humpback Whale store manager and senior Fujiwara Kansuke on the stage... One hundred thousand flower tickets, this clumsy girl once again clumsily signed these fateful one hundred thousand flower tickets for him, still so stubborn, still so... stupid.

When the Humpback Whale store manager held up the check on the stage, Lu Mingfei was dumbfounded. His eyes became red uncontrollably, and the familiar numbers and memories flooded over him like a tide.

In the dream story, he was the unlovable loser. In his last performance at Takamagahara, even with the help of Caesar and Chu Zihang, he only got 320 flower tickets in the end... A pitiful 320 tickets, most of which were sympathy tickets because they were about to leave.

When he was in the most embarrassing moment, the idiot store manager with only one arm left came down from the sky with the girl's 100,000 flower bills, instantly transforming him from the most shameful gigolo to the most prestigious gigolo... But by then, the girl was gone.

It was a complete tragedy. When he gave up on the girl and decided to forget everything, he discovered traces of the girl in this world again a few months later... Those traces were all gifts left to him by the girl.

Lu Mingfei cried at that time, a rare sight for him to shed tears in public. He touched his heart, wanting to know if it was aching inside. At that time, the whole place was filled with hundreds of thousands of firecrackers and deafening cheers, but he could no longer hear them. It seemed as if all the celebrations should not have belonged to him, and the sad memories should have gone with the tide as the girl disappeared.

Lu Mingfei was heartbroken at that time and could only vaguely hear the conversation between the senior brother and the store manager.

The boss asked if this was really the check left by the girl.

The store manager said that a few months ago, a girl in a Lolita skirt came to the store looking for Sakura, but Sakura was not in the store at the time, so the clerk took the girl to find the store manager.

She was a very beautiful girl, radiant, but she seemed unable to speak. The girl asked if Sakura was in this store. The manager told her that Sakura worked there, but was not in the store now. However, the store rules did not allow gigolos to meet with customers privately. If they wanted to see Sakura, they would have to wait until business hours to find him and spend money. The girl said that as long as Sakura was there, she asked the manager about the business hours and said that she would come to see Sakura on time the next time the store was open.

The store manager casually suggested that since you like Sakura so much, why not buy some flower tickets to support Sakura to stay. The girl asked how much one flower ticket cost and how many flower tickets were needed for Sakura to stay. The store manager said one flower ticket was one thousand yen and eight hundred were needed. The girl said she had no cash on her, so she took out her checkbook, signed a check for 100 million yen in one breath and handed it to the store manager, and told the store manager not to alarm her brother and to go to the bank to exchange it secretly... The store manager could never have imagined that such a silly young girl actually had a checkbook and signed such an outrageous amount in one breath.

When the store manager took the check from Sheqi Bajia, he suddenly realized that the girl in front of him was actually the underworld princess.

Unfortunately, the Mafia Princess couldn't come on the night of Sakura's debut, so the store manager had to at least bring the Mafia Princess's check. He had to come, even if he had to lose an arm.

Lu Mingfei still remembers the last two sentences between his senior brother and the store manager.

"She actually found her way here." Chu Zihang said.

"It seems like she found it using Line's navigation. Don't think women are easy to get rid of. If she likes you, she will chase you to the ends of the earth." The humpback whale said, "When a woman loves a man, the price she has to pay is much higher, but she is willing to pay it."

It was not until he felt a soft touch on his waist and chest that Lu Mingfei was also hugged. He woke up as if from a dream. Lu Mingfei realized that the girl who had disappeared in his memories was now right next to him.

The sky was filled with cherry blossoms and snow, and in the grand and frantic celebration, they embraced each other as if no one was around.

It's sunny, but it has to be updated today!

Merry Christmas!! Happy birthday little monster!!!

Chapter 448: The Well of Corpses

At this moment, in the back street of Tokyo National University.

Uesugi Yue was stirring the noodle soup in the pot and humming an old French song. He seemed to be in a good mood.

Everything at the ramen stall remained the same, except for a new red warning sign in front of the stall. It showed a forked-out dog's head and a short line of Chinese text: "Ang and dogs are not allowed to enter."

A figure holding a black umbrella walked slowly from the heavy rain in the distance. He was wearing an expensive and well-fitting suit. Even though the accumulated water had already flooded his exquisite leather shoes and trouser legs, he still walked with a steady pace, looking like a very cultured old gentleman.

However, when approaching the ramen stall, the old gentleman stopped in front of the paper warning sign and paused for a moment, then he did something that was extremely inconsistent with his gentlemanly appearance... The old gentleman raised his elegant leather shoes and kicked the warning sign to pieces.

Ange lifted the curtain and sat down at the counter. He placed his black umbrella and black briefcase on the table next to him. "A bowl of ramen, a glass of shochu, and a portion of braised pork. I want a large bowl of ramen. Please hurry up."

"Why are you here again, old man? Are you done yet? Didn't we agree not to see each other again?" Uesugi Yue glared at Ange and said unhappily, "Do you have eyes? Didn't you see the sign outside that says 'Ange and dogs are not allowed'?"

"Oh, I kicked that sign in before I came in. I thought it was some kid's prank." Ange shrugged nonchalantly. "Let's go downstairs quickly. I'm a little hungry... By the way, why weren't you open yesterday?"

"Why do you care why I wasn't open yesterday? Do I need to report to you just because I went to see a musical yesterday?" Uesugi Yue would never tell Ange that he went to see his sons yesterday. "You mean you were here yesterday too? What's the point of coming here on time every night? You bastard, do you think this place is a free cafeteria?"

"What else? You don't deserve to be my paid canteen." Ange was busy putting side dishes onto his plate. The rain outside the cart pattered against the awning. "You know, when I come to Japan, I'll at least choose Quintessence, L'Osier, or Jol Robuchon as my canteen. They serve authentic French cuisine in an 18th-century French castle. Compared to their castles, your little cart looks like a leaky stable."

"Yes, even if the food I cook is hard to chew, there is still a shameless old horse who braves the heavy rain to come to my place to eat!" Uesugi Yue was indignant, but still patiently threw the noodles into the pot.

"You seem to be in a good mood today. I could hear you humming a song just now outside your ramen stand." Ange smiled. "It's the French songs you listened to when you were a child. People only subconsciously hum the melodies of their childhood when they are in a good mood."

"Of course, how could I be in a bad mood? After all..." Uesugi Yue stopped talking in the middle of his sentence, "Hey, why should I share my good mood with an old man like you? What on earth are you doing here today?"

"After eating at your ramen stand the day before yesterday, I went to Osaka Prefecture overnight. The forces affiliated with the Oni Clan there were dealt a heavy blow by the Snake Eight Families, but the key members of the Oni Clan no longer seem to be in Osaka Prefecture, so the useful information we can find is very limited." Ange whispered, "Wang Jiang, this is the code name of the true leader of the Oni Clan today. He always wears a mask and is an extremely mysterious guy. He seems to have appeared twenty years ago, almost at the same time as the Lenin. Judging from the current situation, all clues point to Wang Jiang being the guy who wants to resurrect 'God'."

Uesugi Yue looked at Ange with a strange look, but he didn't say much. Instead, he said calmly, "Then why don't you just go and kill that old guy Wang Jiang? Kill Wang Jiang first, then kill the 'God'. That way, everything will be over, and you can go back to your America and continue your romantic life."

"It's not that easy. If this Wang Jiang was such a simple character, he would have been wiped out several times by the Sheqi Eight Clans long ago. Yet, he's still alive and well, and even his whereabouts are mysterious." Ange shook his head. "I have a hunch that perhaps the Wang Jiang who appears in public is just a puppet. That's why he's not afraid of exposing his goals and ambitions. Puppets aren't afraid of being killed, while the real mastermind behind the scenes is hiding in a dark corner, watching everything with his gutter-like eyes."

Uesugi Yue was slightly surprised, thinking that this old guy Ange was worthy of being called the strongest dragon slayer in the world. It took Fengjian Liuli so many years to figure out what this old guy had only been in Japan for a few days, but he was able to deduce that there was someone else behind the king through clues and his intuition. It seemed that this old guy's life of over a hundred years was not lived in vain.

"I have to admit your intuition is pretty accurate, but I advise you not to waste your energy on these things," Uesugi Yue said earnestly. "If you have time, why not sharpen your folding knife more? That way, you'll be able to strike faster in a decisive battle. After all, chopping people is what you're best at, old man."

"Decisive battle? You mean the decisive battle with 'God'? So you mean you think I can't kill that guy called Wang Jiang? I can only watch 'God' being resurrected?" Ange raised his eyebrows.

"No, I really don't mean that. You're Ange. There's no one in this world you can't kill. If you've got your sights on someone, buying a grave is more efficient than buying insurance." Uesugi Yue shrugged. "But you also said that the king is just a puppet. Even if you could kill him, what's the point? The mastermind is still there, the 'god' is safe, and the bad guys are fine too. We still have to face the disaster we have to face."

"A day ago, I thought I had everything figured out. But every time the situation seemed to be clear, there would always be a key point that didn't match up, causing the whole game to go wrong." Ange frowned deeply. "I'm fed up. You know what? I'm not a strategist or a chess player. I'm a warrior. My only responsibility is to kill my enemies. Whoever stands in my way, I will kill them. That's what I do best."

"In that case, I might as well choose the simplest and most violent method. First, kill the king general, then uncover the mastermind, and finally follow the clues to kill that damned 'god.'" Ange looked into Uesugi Yue's eyes. "There's a good saying in the Italian Mafia's code of conduct: if the mastermind is hiding somewhere you can't see, and you want to destroy the enemy, you must first completely destroy his puppets."

"Is this the code of conduct for the Italian Mafia?" Uesugi Yue pondered over this sentence. "Then your student named Caesar should say it. The heir of the Gattuso family is more suitable to recite this line than you."

Ange was stunned for a moment, then asked slowly, "Have you met my students?"

"I've seen him. That kid named Lu Mingfei came to my ramen stall. I reluctantly treated him to a meal, but I chased the other two rude brats away." Uesugi Yue waved his hand. "Didn't you ask why I wasn't open yesterday? I really went to see a Kabuki performance in Kabukicho, Ginza. Your students were all there, chattering non-stop during the show. It was really annoying me to death!"

"You guys went to see a Kabuki show together? I didn't expect you to be so close to my students." Ange's expression was also a little surprised. "Even after I came to Japan, I only met Lu Mingfei once. I didn't even see Caesar or Chu Zihang."

"Actually, you could have stopped running around. Spending more time chatting with your students would have been better than anything else," Uesugi said meaningfully. "Honestly, you really should have come to that Kabuki performance yesterday."

Uesugi Yue meant that instead of running back and forth between Tokyo and Osaka, trying every possible way to find out the news about the person behind the scenes and the "God", it would be better for Ange to sit down and talk more with Lu Mingfei. If Ange could come to the Kabuki performance yesterday, then the old guy would know everything during the meeting in the Japanese-style room. Why bother him and why bother to bring up some famous sayings of the Italian Mafia.

But unfortunately, Lu Mingfei had instructed that the content of yesterday's meeting in the Japanese-style room must be kept absolutely confidential. Lu Mingfei even specifically told Uesugi Yue that he must not reveal a single word about his plan and Herzog to the principal... Uesugi Yue did not have to obey that kid, but since it concerned the lives of his children, he had no choice but to treat this matter with caution.

"What's your impression of our students?" Fortunately, Angé did not dwell too much on the deeper meaning of Uesugi Yue's words.

"They're all bastards. Three bastards just like you, who have perfectly inherited your legacy." Uesugi Yue said seriously, "I'm wondering if your Kassel Academy specializes in training bastards?"

"I didn't expect that you have such a thorough understanding of the educational purpose of our Kassel College. I should ask you to be a consultant!" Ange showed a surprised expression.

"Honestly, Ange, how much do you know about your student named Lu Mingfei?" Uesugi Yue brought the cooked ramen to Ange and suddenly asked tentatively.

"Lu Mingfei? I have to admit that you may not be very strong, but you have good taste. You immediately picked out our only 'S'-ranked player." Ange smiled. "He's great, absolutely amazing, a one-of-a-kind dragon-slaying genius. His grades are unmatched in the entire grade, and so is his strength. You know, no matter what task I assign him, I don't need to prepare any punishments. I just need to prepare a smile. A smile to him is enough, because that kid always completes everything so perfectly."

Uesugi Yue looked at Ange deeply. Ange said so much, and it could be summed up in one sentence: "Lu Mingfei is great"... But this sentence is too general, and Uesugi Yue couldn't judge whether Ange knew Lu Mingfei well enough.

"Do you have anything else to do tonight? If not, finish this bowl of ramen and leave." Uesugi Yue handed Ange a glass of shochu, "I'm going to close the shop."

"Aren't you open all night? Why are you closing so early today?" asked Ange.

"As you get older, you need to pay attention to your health. Staying up all night is for young people. I still want to live a few more years." Uesugi Yue said seriously, "I advise you to rest and relax when you have time. It's nice to soak in a hot spring or have a sauna. It's tourist season in Japan now. As long as you spend enough money, you can enjoy it. You can't make eating ramen here your only entertainment. It's not that I don't welcome you, old friend, but even I can see that you are really too nervous."

"Perhaps after I've truly destroyed 'God,' I'll be in the mood to have some fun in Japan, but not now." Ange gulped down half a glass of shochu. "Destroying 'God' is something only I can do, but if this thing truly wakes up, even I won't be able to guarantee my safety."

"Who said that only you can do it? Don't you still have your students, the one and only Lu Mingfei? You said he can complete any task you assign to him. All you need to do is smile at him." Uesugi Yue said.

"But unfortunately, I'm not going to delegate this matter to him. Those children are still very young and shouldn't bear such a heavy responsibility and fight against something so ultimate." Ange shook his head and changed the subject. "You're busy closing the shop, and I'm busy slaying the gods. We're both quite busy. So let me be frank. I have some intelligence that you'll definitely be interested in. I'd like to trade it with you."

"What am I interested in? What?" asked Uesugi Yue.

"Tell me what I want to know first," Ange said firmly. "Don't worry, I'm not trying to get something for nothing. I'm just afraid that if I tell you something that interests you, you'll get excited and your Alzheimer's will make you lose your mind."

"Asshole, you're the one with Alzheimer's, your whole family has Alzheimer's!" Uesugi Yue looked like a cat with its fur standing on end.

This was the third time in the past few days that someone had told him that he had Alzheimer's. It was fine if younger people like Lu Mingfei said that, but what right did an old guy like Ange, who was older than him, have to say that about him!

"What information do you want to know? Last time I told you everything I knew about 'God'." Uesugi Yue spread his hands.

"My trip to Osaka wasn't entirely fruitless. I've heard a term repeatedly that really caught my attention," Ange asked. "'Well of Corpses,' do you know what it is?"

"Oh, I actually mentioned this to you last time. Izanami chased Izanagi to Yomi Hirasaka, and the Yomi exit that Izanagi blocked with a huge rock was the Well of the Corpses," Uesugi Yue said. "Of course, this is just a mythological explanation. No one knows where the Well of the Corpses is in reality."

"Are there many relics from the Age of Gods underground in Japan?" asked Ange.

"It's said that there's a vast complex of ruins from the Age of Gods buried beneath the earth of Japan, no smaller than a small city. Or perhaps it's an ancient Japanese city, like Takamagahara on the seabed." Uesugi Kotsu sighed. "My family has been searching for these ruins for hundreds of years, but to this day, not a single trace of them has been found."

Chapter 449 I wish you all the best

"Your Japan is only a palm-sized piece of land. How could it be so difficult to find underground ruins as large as a city?" Ange frowned slightly. "Don't you eight Sheqi families have an organization that funds underground mineral mining? After all these years, there's still no progress?"

"Yes, some experts speculated that the remains of the Age of Gods hadn't been destroyed, but were buried underground. They suggested the family use groundwater to detect the remains," said Uesugi Yue. "This method is quite reliable, so I approved a substantial grant for them. That funding should have been enough for the family to explore the remains for forty years, but they still haven't found anything... Then I watched TV and finally understood. Those 'experts' only have a mouth. They make money by spouting seemingly sensible words, but they don't care whether what they say is actually reliable or not."

"Groundwater?" Ange caught an unfamiliar term.

"Geologists say we can't drill a hundred-meter-deep hole every hundred meters. This is inefficient and expensive, and would also accelerate the sinking of the entire Japanese island. However, exploring groundwater would be much easier," Uesugi explained. "Groundwater analysis involves investigating the water quality of underground rivers and analyzing their composition. If there truly is a large underground archaeological complex, the water quality of the underground rivers passing through it will vary significantly. There might be heavy metals present, and their biodiversity would inevitably differ from that of other underground rivers. Furthermore, the flow rate and direction of the water would also vary."

"This method makes sense. Why are you calling them unreliable?" Angé asked in confusion.

"If that were true, there wouldn't be any progress after all these years!" Uesugi Yue complained. "What he said sounds quite plausible at first glance, but what if there's no underground river passing through the ruins? Wouldn't all our efforts over the years be in vain?"

"I told you to study, but you chose to raise pigs! The possibility you're describing is practically non-existent!" Ange retorted. "Since the Age of Gods ruins were originally a city built on the ground, it must have had rivers and a drainage system. If it were an ancient dragon city, its rivers would likely have connected directly to the sea, with extensive underground rivers, most of which were interconnected. At that depth, it's almost impossible for the Age of Gods ruins not to be irrigated by underground rivers... How deep were the holes you've drilled before?"

"Geologists speculate that the ruins of the Age of Gods should be between 100 and 150 meters underground, so each of our holes has been drilled at least 150 meters underground," said Uesugi Yue.

"No wonder, that's probably the problem. The hole you drilled is too shallow," said Angé.

"One hundred and fifty meters is still shallow? How deep should we drill? To the center of the earth?" Uesugi Yue was a little dumbfounded.

"If the underground river connecting that city truly led to the sea, the ruins would have been submerged by rising tides several times throughout history. The sand and gravel brought by the sea would have altered the original soil, and the city would have sunk several times deeper into the earth below the surface," Ange whispered. "A conservative estimate would suggest it's at least three hundred meters deep today."

"Three hundred meters!" Uesugi Yue was dumbfounded. "How did you calculate such an exaggerated depth? Don't tell me you studied geology?"

"Of course, I know nothing about geology, but Kassel Academy is not short of authoritative geologists," Ange said. "However, the 300-meter estimate wasn't originally proposed by those geologists. It was proposed by a first-year student named Xia Mi, who is very talented in both geology and mechanics. Later, scholars at the academy used proportional substitution to simulate and verify her claim that the ruins of the Age of Gods were likely buried 300 meters underground, and the results were surprisingly consistent."

"Such a genius is only in the first grade?" Uesugi Yue was stunned. "You guys at Kassel Academy are really full of freaks. Are you planning to conquer the world with all your awesomeness?"

"Seriously, if we call things left behind by God, beyond human power, miracles, then the ancient underwater city of Takamagahara must be the greatest miracle hidden from view," Ange whispered. "Then, as a descendant of the White King, what do you think is the greatest miracle left behind by your God that has been on public display?"

"A miracle displayed in public?" Uesugi Yue frowned slightly. "How could such a thing exist?"

"No, there is. It's an extremely gigantic object, something only a god could create. Humanity is absolutely incapable of creating something like that," Ange reminded him. "It's huge, truly enormous, so huge that tens of thousands of people can see it just by looking up. Yet, people are used to it. It's both dangerous and beautiful. Every year, countless people come to its feet, marveling at how truly beautiful it is in the world."

Uesugi Yue was stunned and murmured, "You mean... Mount Fuji?"

"That's right, Mount Fuji is still an active volcano, right? It's just dormant because it's awaiting the resurrection of the 'God.' The weather in Tokyo has been quite unusual lately, and Mount Fuji is also showing signs of erupting. This is a precursor to the 'God's' awakening. When this largest active volcano in Japan erupts, the 'God' will fully awaken, bringing with it an astonishing scale of elemental turbulence." Ange said, "I'm not exaggerating. This is what Pompeii told me before I came here. Your 'God' has awakened before in history, and then Mount Fuji erupted. The pillar of fire that shot up into the sky was a firework that only dragons are qualified to set off, and then half of Japan sank into the sea."

"There's nothing I can do about that. Japan will just sink." After a moment's silence, Uesugi Yue sighed. "Even though I'm a super hybrid, what you're talking about goes beyond the realm of hybrids. It's a matter of another realm. Even though I'm the 'Emperor' of the hybrid world, compared to the 'Gods', I'm just a mortal."
