On the verge of widowhood

During the vacation, Bai Qing didn't go out all morning, and stayed at home to watch movies with Bai Zi, especially those old movies.

After a show, Bai Qing took advantage of the end of the film to look out the window, and saw a sparrow standing on the window sill looking at him.

Bai Qing stood up curiously and opened the window.

As soon as Bai Zi turned around and saw the sparrow fluttering towards the house, she subconsciously pulled Bai Qing back.
