"You look so bad," Ryan was making a sandwich, he looked up at Zach, "didn't you rest well last night?"

Zach opened the refrigerator and poured himself a glass of orange juice, drank it in one gulp, put the glass on the dining table, and then supported his throbbing head with his hands.

"It seems that I haven't had a good rest." Ryan smiled and put a cup of coffee in front of Zach. "How many times do I have to talk to you about this kind of thing? You are committing suicide slowly."

These younger brothers of his are really the older they are, the more they like to show off their wits in front of him.Zach really annoys them sometimes.

"Ryan," Zach gritted his teeth, "shut up."

Zach recoiled from laughter at the door.

"Why every time Zach scolds you with this tone, you become like a child, I really love your expression." James walked in.He sat down next to Ryan, took the finished sandwich and stuffed it into his mouth.

"That's my sandwich," Ryan said.

"What's wrong with yours?" James gave him a haughty look.

Ryan rolled his eyes and started making the second sandwich, "You're not your dad, and you don't know how to learn, so stop pretending to be an idiot every time."

James half-jokingly punched Ryan in the chest.Ryan smiled and put his arms around James' head.

"Can you two kids go out and make trouble?" Zach rubbed his temples, "I'm going to throw up if you keep laughing like this."

"Come on, you obviously love us the most." James said with a smile in Ryan's arms.

Zach blinked his weary eyes, and took a closer look at James. How did he not find out before?James' eyes look like Tristan's.

However, he wouldn't be too idle to look into other men's eyes. And thanks to James' fair complexion and hair color, his pupil color is not particularly conspicuous.James' eyes are innocent and undefended, but the unique color and slightly exotic outline are exactly the same as Tristan's eyes.Of course, this could be a coincidence. However, he remembered Tristan's loss of control the moment he saw Ryan and James...

Zach frowned. He knew very little about Tristan's family. It was basically the one everyone had heard of. He came from a poor family. His mother died of illness when he was five or six years old. His father...

Zack remembered Tristan telling him about his father. The man was married, probably had other children, and was an earl.

an earl.

Zach looks at James. The child's father was also an earl, and Ryan often joked about it.Although it seems impossible that James' father who likes to look at people with his nostrils and Tristan's mother have any relationship, it would not be surprising if there were. After all, Tristan inherited his exquisite features from his mother. Moreover, there are not many rich and arrogant earls like James' father in England.

"Do you look like your father?" Zach asked.Earl Ritton is a high-status politician, and Zach has seen him on TV a few times, but he has never paid attention to the man's eyes. His only impression of the earl was his overconfident, even arrogant character.

James glanced at Zach in surprise. "What? Nope, I don't look very much like my dad. Well, I guess I have similar eyes, but everyone in the Grayson family has eyes like this, so this doesn't count." He smiled, "My dad also said , the Grayson family has a noble blood, and our eyes are a sign of pure blood."

Ryan said with a smile: "When I saw your eyes, I thought of the tiles in the swimming pool changing room."

James gave him an elbow. "At least my color is not toad color."

"Then your eyes are not as good-looking as mine, you are just jealous."

"Okay, whatever you say is what you say."

Zach stared at his coffee mug, deaf to their bickering.Tristan knew he was Lord Lytton's son.Judging from his reaction, he also knew that James was his brother--the son who had been approved by the earl, raised in a loving family, and enjoyed all the privileges.

Zach looked at James again, he and Ryan were laughing, so carefree and happy.James has many friends. He met Ryan as a child and later became a nominal member of the Hardaway family.James has a pair of parents who love him, they are responsive to him and spoil him to the sky.He also has a bloody Viscount title.

Zach thought of the kid who had nothing. He was rejected by his father when he needed it most.He doesn't know how to communicate with people, and doesn't have a real friend. He wears layers of disguises, just to get the love of others. He doesn't know how to express positive emotions. He doesn't know what love is, and probably doesn't know how to pursue it.

Love is something that he will never actively pursue in his life.

Oh shit.

Zach pursed his lips, and many things made sense by now.He used to feel that Tristan was a little inferior, but until now, Zach didn't know how deep his inferiority was.Tristan always put on a confident, even a little arrogant look, but deep down he felt that if he was competing with someone else, he would be the one to be left behind. This low self-esteem kid erected layers of barriers in front of him. He didn't seem to have any feelings—or, if he did, he would never take the initiative to confess to others.

Then the question comes:

Would Zach be willing to end his engagement over such an ambiguous matter?

He got up and left the kitchen.Take your phone out of your pocket. He found the number and pressed the dial button.

"We need to talk," he said.
