Jiang Weichen looked at Taoist Qingyun and did not recite any scriptures, because Taoist Qingyun was in a very peaceful state at this time.

Jiang Weichen didn’t understand for a moment, but this state was somewhat like enlightenment, but he was not sure.

Jiang Weichen stood by, waiting to see when he would wake up.

Chapter 173 Qingyun's Enlightenment to the Eighth Level

"Master, I'm back~"

In the evening, Qing Yi, who had gone down the mountain to play, came back.

Jiang Weichen looked at the jumping little Qingyi and hurried over, saying, "Don't talk, your master is at a critical moment."

This little Qingyi is almost six years old now, so he won’t be able to be so carefree for much longer.

When Xiao Qingyi saw Jiang Weichen, she immediately said in dissatisfaction: "You are here again. I don't want to take a medicinal bath. It smells too bad."

After Xiao Qingyi finished speaking, she ran back to the kitchen and saw that there was not even a fire in the kitchen.

Xiao Qingyi immediately realized that his master had not cooked, and he was a little hungry after playing all day.

Jiang Weichen looked at Taoist Qingyun and saw that he couldn't wake up for a while, and there were no poisonous or ferocious beasts on the top of the mountain.

So he went to cook for Xiao Qingyi. Taoist Qingyun had no taboos, except that he did not eat mullet, beef, wild goose and dog meat.

The reason why people don't eat mullet is that when the mother mullet lays eggs, her vision becomes blurred and she stops eating. At this time, some of the young fish will swim into the mother's mouth and be eaten by her. Therefore, mullet is called a symbol of filial piety.

People don't eat wild geese because they only have one mate in their lifetime and are regarded as a symbol of loyalty and fidelity.

People don’t eat beef because cows are important working animals and a symbol of hard work and tenacity.

People don't eat dog meat because dogs are a symbol of loyalty and protection.

Apart from these four things, Taoist Qingyun eats everything.

Jiang Weichen had just finished cooking when he suddenly heard a loud laugh.

"Hahaha, from now on, I, Qing Yunzi, will also be a great master who innovates and pushes forward new things.

From now on, anyone who practices the Qinglian Visualization Method will know that it was pioneered by the Qinglian Patriarch to the sixth level, and then the eleventh generation master Qingyunzi continued and perfected it to the seventh level."

Jiang Weichen was just about to go out to see what Taoist Qingyun had realized, but he was speechless when he heard the second half of the sentence.

Everyone likes to fantasize that the highest level that a founder can cultivate is the second level, and it is already against the will of heaven for someone to reach the sixth level.

As a result, the later comers failed to break through the bottleneck from the first level to the second level, but created another level.

The ancients had a really good imagination. Although I cannot cultivate to become an immortal, I can establish an immortal system. Am I not more powerful than an immortal?

Although I cannot cultivate to the Golden Elixir stage, I have already broken through to the Golden Elixir stage in my mind, and I even made a bold statement: Once I swallow a Golden Elixir, I will know that my destiny is in my own hands.

Now there is another Taoist priest Qingyun. Although I cannot break through to the second level of the Qinglian Visualization Method, I have already created the seventh level.

But there are some things you have to admit are feasible.

Jiang Weichen was speechless, but suddenly thought of the Yandao Hall and was stunned.

Why is this situation so similar to the Yandao Hall?

In reality, I am still half a step into the innate realm, but in the Yandao Hall, I have broken through to the innate realm countless times?

Jiang Weichen stepped out of the room with his right foot and stepped inside with his left foot, standing at the door in a daze.

He laughed at other people's delusions in his heart, but in the end he found that his own delusions were even more serious.

But this is not just a fantasy. He personally experimented with it in reality and everything was correct.

The difference between the two is just the conjecture of Taoist Qingyun. It has not been tested and its truth is unknown.

He has personally tested it in the Yandao Hall, and no matter whether it is the exercises, the medicinal bath, or the pills, the effects are the same.

Could it be that Taoist Qingyun is a mild patient with delusional disorder, while he is a severe patient with delusional disorder?

Jiang Weichen was confused and puzzled. What exactly was the Yandao Hall?

Taoist Qingyun came to the door refreshed and said happily the first time he saw Jiang Weichen: "This time, I have created a new technique, and you have contributed a lot. I will pass on what I have just learned to you later."

After he finished speaking, he saw Jiang Weichen still standing there, so he immediately walked over and asked, "Have you also had an epiphany?"

Jiang Weichen came back to his senses and replied unhappily, "I'm a normal person, let's eat."

Jiang Weichen turned around and went back into the house, only to find that Xiao Qingyi was not waiting for anyone and was already eating. How rude of him.

After dinner, Jiang Weichen was a little confused about the Yandao Hall, but he couldn't figure it out for a while.

Maybe you will know when your strength reaches a higher level.

Jiang Weichen looked at the Taoist priest Qingyun, who was in excellent spirits, and asked, "Master, what did you just realize?"

Taoist Qingyun turned around and said with a smile: "I have to thank you very much this time. When I was in a state of madness, I heard your words and gained some insights.

Afterwards, you recited the Pure Tranquility Sutra, which calmed my chaotic thoughts and allowed me to finally seize this opportunity."

Jiang Weichen waved his hand and smiled, "No, no, I was just worried that something might happen to the Taoist priest. It was just an accident."

Taoist Qingyun didn't hesitate and said directly: "I won't elaborate on the first level of the Qinglian Visualization Method. Although the second level condenses the lotus seeds, it is not real.

I finally realized this state through the principles you mentioned, such as "there is nothing outside the mind" and "I think, therefore I am."

Jiang Weichen waited quietly for what Taoist Qingyun would say next. Taoist Qingyun continued, "The principle is still from nothing to something, from falsehood to truth. This point remains unchanged.

If it is not in my mind, I have never seen, read, touched, or smelled it, so its authenticity does not matter because I have no concept of it.

Just like when the world was first created and nothing existed, there were no people or things at that time. It was a chaotic void.

And there is no phantom of the green lotus in our minds, which is also nothingness.

There is a blue lotus in the world, which is the result of the creation of heaven and earth and all things.

But we humans do not have this ability, so we can only learn from nature.

We saw the blue lotus between heaven and earth, and with this concept in mind, we found the method and visualized it in our minds, which is to create something from nothing.

After Taoist Qingyun finished speaking, he asked, "Can you understand this?"

Jiang Weichen nodded. Taoist Qingyun said it so directly, he naturally understood.

Moreover, this is consistent with the previous concept of the Qinglian Visualization Method, but this time the Taoist Qingyun explained it in a more concise and understandable way, which is easier to understand than when he taught it to him. It seems that the Taoist really has some insights.

Taoist Qingyun saw Jiang Weichen nod, so he continued, "There is a phantom of the blue lotus in my mind, and even a lotus seed has been condensed, sprouting and growing until it blooms and bears fruit. So is it real or fake?

It doesn’t really matter. As long as its existence is useful to us, then it is real to us.”

Jiang Weichen nodded, and Taoist Qingyun continued, "But it is true for us, but false for others.

Because it exists in our minds, others cannot perceive it and cannot enjoy its benefits, so it is fake to others.

The first to sixth levels of the Qinglian Visualization Method are real to the person who practices it, but false to others.

I call this state half-truth, half-falsehood, half-truth.”

When Jiang Weichen heard this, he suddenly saw that Taoist Qingyun became excited and said excitedly:

"And I, Qingyunzi, have now created the seventh layer, completely transforming the lotus seeds born from the sixth layer into real lotus seeds."

Taoist Qingyun was so excited that he danced with joy. He gestured with his hands and said, "Do you know? As long as I plant this real lotus seed, it will grow into a real green lotus.

We already benefit from the process of cultivation. If we can turn it into reality, we will truly transform the virtual into the real, and the gains are self-evident.

Besides, others can see and touch it, and perhaps even sitting beside our Azure Lotus that transforms the void into the solid, they can experience a sudden enlightenment and comprehend our Dao and principles."

Chapter 174: Addiction to Imagination

Jiang Weichen sat nearby and listened carefully.

But when he saw Taoist Qingyun's gestures, he felt both amused and confused.

He said that, and with his hands he seemed to take something out of his mind. Then he held the air with both hands and squatted down carefully, as if planting a green lotus.

Then he slowly raised his hands upwards, as if a green lotus was growing in front of him.

Looking at the Taoist Qingyun who was getting more and more excited, Jiang Weichen almost said: Taoist, please stop your performance. You have become a patient with severe delusional disorder. Please seek medical treatment in time.

But he still didn't say anything, thinking in his mind that if it was in his previous life, he would definitely call him a psycho.

But ever since he entered the state of unity between man and sword due to a change in his mentality, he has become unsure about such idealistic things.

Jiang Weichen waited until Taoist Qingyun finished speaking and demonstrating before asking, "Master, how do you make the lotus seeds on the sixth layer completely real?"

Taoist Qingyun turned around and asked, "Do you know how this person got here?"

Jiang Weichen didn't know if his previous life's theory was still valid, so he replied weakly, "Evolved from Homo erectus?"

Taoist Qingyun was stunned when he heard this answer, then blushed and said, "If you don't understand, then go visit a brothel. Aren't humans born from parents? How could they have evolved from monkeys?"

Jiang Weichen was startled and said, "Master, please explain clearly. I thought you were asking me how the first humans came into being."

Taoist Qingyun said unhappily, "Weren't the first humans born from the union of male and female yin and yang?"

Jiang Weichen smiled awkwardly and did not argue with Taoist Qingyun about the question of whether the chicken or the egg came first.

Besides, since we have been reborn and traveled through time, some of the truths previously recognized by science really have to be questioned.

"Master, please continue."

“Humph, when a man and a woman have intercourse with each other, a baby can be born.

When practitioners open up the Ren and Du meridians, which are one yin and one yang, they will benefit the whole body and expand the dantian.

It can be seen that the principles of yin and yang are profound and extensive, and we have explored them too little.”

Jiang Weichen was speechless. So this is why you visited the brothel? To explore the Yin-Yang Avenue?

Taoist Qingyun didn't notice Jiang Weichen's expression, and continued excitedly: "The prerequisite for breaking through to the celestial realm is to comprehend the artistic conception. Do you know what the artistic conception is?"

Jiang Weichen heard another secret. When he heard the question from Taoist Qingyun, he was about to answer, but Taoist Qingyun didn't give him any chance at all.

He was so excited that he couldn't wait and started asking and answering his own questions.

"I think you don't know either. I'll tell you that artistic conception is just the outer layer of the Dao. It's the product of the integration of one's own thoughts, experiences, and perceptions with the outside world, the universe, and all things in nature.

Once the compassionate mood of Buddhism comes out, those who have the intention to kill will feel guilty. If they understand the mood more deeply, they can put down their butcher knives and convert to Buddhism on the spot.

This is the way those bald asses are trying to influence others’ thoughts by force with artistic conception.”
