Qilin kept on howling as the degree of its shaking movements got even more vigorous!

Li Moying could clearly sensed that after Qilin’s lower back was pierced, it’s Profound Energy kept on routing out at a speed which could be seen as it followed along the sword body, leading back to its body.

Initially he was impacted by the Qilin’s Profound Energy and almost couldn’t handle the pressure as he threw up blood on the spot. But after he got adjusted to it, he gradually caught the rhythm and started to direct that portion of Profound Energy actively.

Li Moying believed that since the valley’s other magical beasts’ Profound Energy could be absorbed by him, then the spiritual beast’s would naturally be able to as well! But the process would definitely be tougher than the other magical beasts. Without outstanding determination and guts, the result would not be him absorbing Profound Energy but ending up with his meridians being cut into pieces.

Luckily Li Moying was gutsy enough and he had enough innate talent.

You’re forcing yourself to absorb it so the only outcome would be the explosion of your body!”

Its words weren’t simply an alarm.

In order to absorb the intense energy, firstly intensity of the meridians was of utmost importance and secondly, that would depend on the practitioner’s grasp of cultivation methods.

The higher the grade of the cultivation method, the stronger it could direct the absorption of the energy. For example the Cloudy Qilin Clan’s Three Big Inheritances; even if it was a spiritual beast’s Profound Energy, there were hopes of merging it with that.
