  1. Be sure to prepare medicine, mainly ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

  You don’t need to take medicine if it’s below 38.5, and then take it if it’s above 38.5, and you’ll see results within ten minutes.

  2. Prepare more fruits and snacks. When you have a fever and can’t eat, you can eat more fruits.
