The Kabuto insect instrument did not actually leave. After leaving the classroom, the red streak of light flashed several times in the corridor before silently appearing in the core area of ​​the Giant Gorge, in the command room, as if piercing through a phantom.

As Admiral Dukao was analyzing data with Lianfeng, he suddenly looked up and saw the dark red mechanical beetle hovering quietly above the control panel in front of him, its compound eyes gleaming.

Dukao frowned slightly, his eyes sharp, but he did not make any rash moves, nor did he immediately call for guards. He knew that anyone who could so easily break through the layers of defenses of the Great Gorge and reach this place was no ordinary being.

Just as he was about to ask a question, a clear, emotionless electronic voice rang out directly in his mind, as if his thoughts had been implanted directly:

"What is it?" Dukao asked almost instinctively in a deep voice, his eyes fixed on Kabuto.

However, the Kabuto insect instrument made no further statement. It was as if its arrival was solely to convey this unquestionable message. The moment Dukao finished speaking, it transformed into a red afterimage, vanishing into thin air as if nothing had happened, leaving the command room as if nothing had occurred.

Dukao stared at the spot where Kabuto had disappeared, his brow furrowed, remaining silent for several seconds. He turned to Lianfeng beside him, whose expression was equally grave:

"Lianfeng, did you hear that? Or... sensed something?"

Lianfeng slowly shook her head; her supergenes hadn't received any form of communication beam: "No, General. It seems... it only communicated with you one-way."

She paused, then posed the crucial question: "It said it had something to tell us, but then immediately left. What do you think it was trying to tell us?"

Dukao walked with his hands behind his back to the huge star map, gazing intently at the point of light representing Earth.

"I don't know. But at least for now, it has signaled 'non-hostile' and... possesses technology we can't understand." He pondered for a moment, then made a decision, "Execute its 'notification.' Tell Lena that the entire Super Soldier Company will have a day off tomorrow."

A hint of surprise flashed in Lianfeng's eyes, but her duty as a soldier compelled her to immediately obey: "Yes, General." Without asking any further questions, she turned and strode away to carry out this special and enigmatic order.

Inside the command center, only Dukao remained. Gazing out at the boundless sea, he murmured to himself:

"Lin Yu... or rather, Kabuto. Who exactly are you, and what is your next move?"

Just as the members of the Super Soldier Company were still racking their brains over the theory of microwormholes, or privately reminiscing about the little episode brought about by the Kabuto insect instrument, the alloy door of the command room slid open silently.

Lianfeng appeared silently. Her arrival was always so abrupt and quiet, causing several vigilant team members to subconsciously tense up.

"Notification." Lianfeng's voice was clear and calm, instantly drawing everyone's attention. "Lena, there's a meeting at command headquarters later that requires your attendance."

Lena stood up from her seat and replied crisply, "Okay."

"Rose," Lianfeng's gaze shifted to the red-haired girl beside her, "you will also be present."

Rose nodded, and said succinctly, "Understood."

After explaining the meeting arrangements, Lianfeng changed the subject and announced news that surprised everyone:
