Su Wuli's mind went blank for a moment, but her body reacted faster than her mind.

I wanted to move forward and hide.

"Relax." Jiang Yue's voice came from behind.

Upon hearing this, Su Wuli glanced around and considered dismounting.

However, the next second, a figure was seen standing at the edge of the training field.

Wearing a dark robe, with an upright posture

It is Yu Chen.

He didn't know when he arrived, but he was watching this place from a short distance away.

His facial expression was frighteningly calm.

Yu Chen's gaze first fell on her face, then slowly moved down.

Su Wuli could almost feel where his gaze swept across.

The movement moved from her face down to her body, which was dressed in riding attire.

She followed Yu Chen's gaze and looked down, only to see that the beige riding clothes perfectly outlined her body.

Jiang Yue, wanting to help her control the reins, held her in his arms, just like Yu Chen had taught him before.

Yu Chen's eyes showed no emotion, but Su Wuli inexplicably felt as if her skin was being caressed inch by inch by cold fingertips wherever his gaze fell.

A strange feeling, tinged with guilt, welled up inside her, and she instinctively wanted to get off the horse.

"Focus your attention."

Suddenly, Jiang Yue behind her seemed to notice her distraction and whispered a reminder.

He gripped her hand tightly and adjusted the direction using the reins.

Because of the movement, her arms tightened around her waist, and her chest pressed closer to her back.

Su Wuli glanced at the edge of the road and saw that the man's expression had turned cold.

As the horse started to run, Su Wuli quickly said, "...I don't want to practice—"

Before he could finish speaking, the horse was suddenly startled.

It let out a sharp screech and ran somewhat frantically.

Su Wuli instinctively cried out in surprise.

Already feeling uneasy, this sudden loss of control caused his body to be thrown off the saddle in an instant.

The world spun around her, and fear made her instinctively close her eyes.

However, the expected impact did not occur.

In an instant, a force suddenly pulled her into a hard, hot embrace.

The tip of my nose was instantly filled with that familiar, cold scent.

Still in shock, she gripped the man's shirt tightly, her fingertips trembling uncontrollably.

Looking up, I met his lowered gaze.

His deep eyes held a chilling ferocity.

His arms were wrapped tightly around her, so tightly that they hurt her ribs even through the thin riding gear.

"You fell down?" The man's words were clearly a question, but there was no trace of concern in them.

Instead, his voice carried a chilling aura: "What, is his teaching inferior to mine?"

Su Wuli wanted to defend herself, but before she could speak, she heard hurried footsteps from the side.

Jiang Yue dismounted and walked over quickly.

His gaze fell on her, and he asked with concern, "Are you alright?"

Before Su Wuli could respond, Yu Chen suddenly tightened his grip on her arm.

It squeezed her so tightly that she let out a muffled groan.

Yu Chen had his back to Jiang Yue, but he didn't turn around.

He just kept staring at her with those unfathomable eyes.

Su Wuli opened her mouth, about to speak.

However, at that moment, Yu Chen made a move.

He simply turned half his body to the side, his movements so fast they were almost invisible.

With a muffled thud, a foot landed solidly on Jiang Yue's abdomen.

Jiang Yue didn't have time to defend himself before he was kicked and let out a muffled groan.

He staggered backward a few steps and fell heavily to the ground.

Upon realizing what had happened, Su Wuli stared wide-eyed in astonishment.

Yu Chen didn't even glance at Jiang Yue.

He pulled his leg back, but his foot didn't stop; he took a step forward.

The sole of the boot landed directly on Jiang Yue's chest, stopping him from getting up.

There was no forceful crushing, but rather a casual yet contemptuous air of absolute suppression.

Jiang Yue lay on the ground, his chest pressed down, making it even harder to breathe, and his face grew increasingly pale.

Yu Chen slowly lowered his eyes, his gaze sweeping indifferently over the people at his feet.

Su Wuli suddenly came to her senses and subconsciously tried to pry Yu Chen's hand off her arm.

"He was just my instructor, teaching me how to ride a horse. Let him go."

"Coach?" Yu Chen asked, his voice low.

His gaze immediately shifted from Jiang Yue to her face.

"He taught you?" he repeated, a cold smile playing on his lips.

Her eyes sharpened. "What will I teach you? How to sit securely in his arms? Or... how to plead for another man in front of me?"

"I didn't plead for him, I was afraid of you..."

Su Wuli paused in her speech, her gaze falling on the man's clearly displeased face.

What are you afraid of?

Are you afraid that Yu Chen will kill Jiang Yue?

It's not that he can't do it...

"Afraid of me?" Yu Chen stared at me, his eyes even colder.

Suppressing a horrifying expression, he said, "You're quite considerate of him."

He pressed his foot down a little more on Jiang Yue's chest.

Jiang Yue arched his back in pain, making a painful sound, and even a trace of blood seeped from the corner of his mouth.

Seeing this, Su Wuli was completely unaware that her brows had unconsciously furrowed.

"Good, very good." Yu Chen squeezed out a few words through gritted teeth, his eyes terrifyingly gloomy.

He abruptly released his grip on Su Wuli and instead grabbed her wrist.

The force was so great that tears welled up in Su Wuli's eyes instantly from the pain.

"It seems I've spoiled you too much," Yu Chen said, staring into her eyes, "giving you the leisure to look for others."

He didn't even glance at Jiang Yue, who was lying on the ground in a disheveled state.

Su Wuli was dragged by him towards the dense forest at the training ground.

She was walking very fast when she was pulled so hard she stumbled.

I was dazed after falling off the horse and couldn't keep up with his speed at all.

He tripped and fell forward uncontrollably, about to fall.

"Troublesome," the man hissed impatiently, his voice laced with anger.

The next second, the world spun around.

Yu Chen simply picked her up and carried her around the waist.

The actions were rough and lacked any gentleness.

Su Wuli was suddenly lifted up by him, her head almost hitting his chin.

Her face collided unexpectedly with his chest.

He carried her, taking long strides, and walked into the depths of the woods without looking back.

Jiang Yue was completely left behind.

The light in the woods dimmed, as the trees blocked out most of the sunlight.

Yu Chen finally stopped and pressed her against a thick tree trunk.

Her back slammed against the rough bark of the tree, causing her to groan in pain.

Yu Chen braced his hands on the tree trunk, trapping her between his body and the trunk.

Su Wuli saw the almost violent darkness in his eyes, her lips moved as if she wanted to say something, but she stopped herself from speaking.

"Speak," he said, his voice hoarse.

Looking at his face so close to hers, Su Wuli instinctively blurted out, "I...I don't know...during training during the day..."

She paused as she spoke, and Jiang Yue had indeed been doing the same thing during training that day...

She met the man's gaze with a flicker in her eyes.

A slight smirk appeared at the corner of his mouth, but there was no real smile in it. "Why did you stop talking?"

Upon hearing this, Su Wuli bit her lip. "My friend was worried I'd fall off the horse again, so she asked Jiang Yue to teach me..."

"Does training require such close proximity? Does it require hands-on instruction?" Yu Chen asked coldly.

Upon hearing this, Su Wuli subconsciously stared at him.

Then, seeing Yu Chen's brows furrow, he suddenly scoffed, "So you think I'm the same as him?"
