Generally, they have two soul bones, like Dai Tianxing who comes with two soul bones. However, the quality of the soul bones is not necessarily high. Those over 50,000 years old usually have only one soul bone, while most others are under 50,000 years old.

After all, Tang Hao could fully equip his soul bones before level 90, except for his two inherited soul bones. There's no reason why these characters from other books couldn't do the same, so they were all given soul bones.
