October is approaching.

After a month on the job, Felix has adapted to the demanding teaching work and is now handling it with ease.

In the third and fourth grades, the focus was on stimulating interest. Felix organized several practical activities in class. It has to be admitted that the little wizards' imaginations were amazing. They had only learned the first set of practical runes, which was enough to control magical puppets to perform basic actions, but they still managed to make the most of it.

The girls' group's "Audition Online" and the boys' group's "Hot-Blooded Fighting" were extremely popular.

Felix also discovered a talent named Cedric, a fourth-year Hufflepuff student who developed a wonderful application scenario—passing notes during class.

During a history of magic class, perhaps because the lesson was so boring, Cedric manipulated a puppet to wander around the classroom, sending messages to his friends. Several drowsy young wizards were stunned by what they saw. The magical puppet hopped and skipped to the feet of one of the wizards—he was fast asleep, drooling.

Cedric flicked his wand slightly, and the magical puppet leaped up, its little fist slamming into the young wizard's knee.

"Bang!"

The sleeping young wizard was suddenly awakened and instinctively kicked out. The magical puppet took off, passed through Professor Binns' body, and crashed to the ground.

Professor Binns, the only player of Hogwarts Online who had been immersed in his teaching world for decades, rarely lost his temper. "Lumbert, disrupting class order, Ravenclaw deduct 10 points!"

The honest Hufflepuff stood up and said that he was neither Lumbott nor Ravenclaw, and he was put in solitary confinement.

This rumor spread throughout the school in an instant, and by the next day, some people were already trying to replicate this feat, only to be quickly suppressed by a group of campus thugs led by Professor McGonagall, Professor Snape, and Professor Flitwick.

The twin brothers were in big trouble. They were caught manipulating magical puppets and transformation props—a lizard—in their Transfiguration class, and Professor McGonagall deducted fifty points from their score, plus three weeks of detention.

At the dinner table, Professor McGonagall subtly reminded Felix not to spoil his students, which forced him to reiterate in class that magical puppets should not be practiced in any classes other than his, or he would take back the teaching aids.

The sixth-grade wizards are still struggling with their "crippled" magical puppets. Unlike the third and fourth graders, their teaching aids are not as complete, and they have to draw 30% of the runes themselves.

This makes the art style of sixth graders very bizarre. You can often see strange magical puppets with crippled legs that can only crawl on their hands. Many little witches have to sign a series of unequal treaties in order to borrow their beloved puppets from younger students—such as having their homework done for them.

The fifth and seventh graders have the most comprehensive magical puppet functions, but theirs is a "trial version," with theoretical grades serving as the standard for judging the trial period, and not everyone can get their hands on one.

But they are the coolest when they manipulate puppets. Every weekend, the top students meet in various places at school, exchange knowing glances, and then manipulate the magical puppets to engage in a battle.

With his elegant ice, raging flames, surging lightning, and stealthy cutting techniques, he is extremely skilled in all kinds of moves and techniques, which shows that he has definitely trained hard in private.

At this time, a group of young wizards would quickly gather around them to watch and point.

Some first and second-year wizards, though they didn't have magical golems, were very enthusiastic about it. Several wizards from Muggle families seriously analyzed the strengths and weaknesses, trying to predict the outcome of the battle.

"Who's the strongest? It's definitely Fire Man! Once he uses his phoenix transformation, who can stop him?!"

"The Ice Maiden's Frozen Hour is also very powerful, it freezes the opponent into an ice sculpture!"

"Everyone, I must remind you that lightning is strongest in its natural state."

"Hia, Hia, Hia..."

"But I do think that magic golems that cut and slash are really insidious," said a second-year wizard, whose words drew unanimous agreement.

In early October, the temperature began to fluctuate drastically, with alternating periods of hot and cold. A sudden flu outbreak swept through Hogwarts.

The young wizards lined up to report to the school hospital, keeping Ms. Pomfrey extremely busy. Her energizers were in high demand—even though they made people's ears smoke and looked rather comical.

With Halloween approaching, professors are habitually jumping on the bandwagon with their lectures.

Professor Flitwick inserted a special "Halloween Special" lesson, in which he taught the young wizards a spell to ward off female ghosts;

Professor McGonagall's transformation subject in class was a vampire mask, and a student was seen wearing it around that very day.

Professor Snape's lectures remained unchanged: a standard antidote. However, in one class he hinted that he would "accidentally" drip expired poison into a student's pumpkin juice at the Halloween dinner.

Harry and Ron were trembling.

Professor Hyp, currently the most popular student, was no exception. He presented a new creation in class: a magical puppet shaped like a ghost doll, with a large head, a small body, and a pale face with heavy dark circles under its eyes and jagged teeth.

It looks kind of ugly-cute.

With a wave of Felix's wand, the ghost doll opened its mouth and exhaled a plume of black smoke, blackening the faces of the young wizards in the front row.

"I mentioned at the beginning of the semester that there would be an exam before Halloween, and the top student in each grade would receive a mystery prize. Now I can reveal it—choose a magical puppet from my personal collection."

"Limited edition, exclusive, upgraded power, so... what are you waiting for?"

"There are still two weeks left, let's work hard!"

A group of young wizards were excitedly reviewing ancient spells.

Hermione was somewhat disappointed when she heard the news, as she was only in second grade and could not participate in the exam.

But she had watched the professor create this ghost doll with her own eyes; it was the first time she had witnessed the entire process of an alchemical product, from raw materials to finished product. In order to gain the right to observe, she had to take her assistant's work back to the lounge.

The young wizards marveled at Hermione grading a thick stack of papers. Several Gryffindor students, struggling with ancient magic (led by Wood), nervously begged Hermione to be lenient and let them off the hook.

Hermione gave him a stern, unyielding reply.

In just over a month, this little witch had already gained a certain "prestige" throughout the school, especially among the older students who had chosen ancient magic script, because her neat handwriting frequently appeared on their test papers.

On the contrary, Professor Hyp's handwriting was even less.

Harry and Ron looked at the papers in her hand, feeling somewhat relieved. Although most of them were multiple choice and short sentence translation, grading them was by no means easy.

Hermione, however, was enjoying it. "I can learn a lot," she told the two of them. With her memory, a test paper would be almost imprinted in her mind after being corrected dozens of times.

Is this the world of academic geniuses? The young Gryffindor wizards exchanged glances.
