Behind these zombies, a small, thin figure could be vaguely seen hiding behind a large tree, seemingly holding something in his hand and muttering something to himself.

A level 6 apprentice! Higher than the previous warlock! And this guy's gotten smarter; he doesn't even show himself, instead commanding an army of zombies to press forward!

"Woo—" A low and eerie whistle rang out from where the sorcerer was hiding. The previously scattered horde of zombies seemed to have received a clear command, and they roared in unison, suddenly increasing their speed as they rushed towards the valley entrance! The stench of decay could be faintly smelled even from a distance.

The makeshift barricades and traps erected at the valley entrance might be effective against wild beasts, but they were like paper against these painless, incredibly strong walking corpses, and several gaps were instantly breached! The young men guarding the valley entrance were terrified and retreated in panic.

"Hold on! Use fire! They're afraid of fire!" Lu Zhao shouted sharply, leaping down from the rocks. His target wasn't the leading zombies, but rather he charged towards the flank of the hillside!
