Hogwarts Summoning Guide

Chapter 25 Death Eater Antonin

The next month passed uneventfully. After his first lesson on the protection of magical creatures with the Hippogriff, Hagrid was devastated and focused on minimizing risks. He tried to use Flobber Caterpie to cover up the lesson, while the brave students who didn't want to deal with Caterpie followed Whitescale to wander aimlessly in the Forbidden Forest, catching wild boars, chasing ocelots, and searching for unicorns... They even got a tour of the centaurs' village because of Whitescale's influence.

If anyone was even happier than Harry, it would be Hermione. She suddenly developed a strong interest in the Magical Creatures Protection class and began to aspire to become a magical creatures research expert. However, none of the students learned the Summoning spell (which would be absurd). But undoubtedly, the students who dared to challenge the unknown and the wild had greatly improved their survival skills and combat abilities, and were no longer easily frightened by creatures like werewolves.

I thought there would be consequences for killing the Dementor on the train, but I only received a letter of accusation from Fudge, criticizing Shirarin for his recklessness, but he didn't even deduct my salary.

As Bai Lin had guessed, the Ministry of Magic was conflicted. They felt that Bai Lin should not be allowed to kill Dementors so casually, but they were also happy that the Dementors were finally killed. This was because even among the members of the Ministry of Magic, no one liked Dementors; everyone who had seen them considered them nightmares.

Ultimately, since the Ministry of Magic didn't actually know how many Dementors there were, nor had they given them names, the question of who Whitescale actually killed remained unresolved. No one wanted to go against Fudge and the promising young wizard Kaelin because of the Dementors, not to mention that he had a mysterious and powerful family.

It took Bai Lin two whole weeks to find Hogwarts' quartermaster, Addison, through the ghost of Hufflepuff House—the fat monk. It turned out that he wasn't a person, but a painting in the corridor of Hufflepuff territory—a blacksmith buried in his work.

Addison's function was simple: pay contribution points to customize equipment for any part of the body. Only then did Bai Lin realize that, in addition to wands, there was also the concept of equipment in this wizarding world. However, a simple belt with +3 magic power cost 400 points, and the 200 points he had just earned were simply not enough.

Bai Lin knew he needed to speed things up. He couldn't just leisurely teach his students and collect love letters from older girls anymore. His plan was to target the Dementors Harry encountered during Quidditch training. He needed someone to appear in time to use the Patronus Charm to disperse the Dementors, and then he could wait and hunt down any lone ones.

Two other Death Eaters were also targeted: McNeil, the executioner sent by the Ministry of Magic to carry out Buckbeak's execution, and Lucius Malfoy, Draco Malfoy's father. Although this guy didn't participate in the final battle, he had done his fair share of bad things over the years, so killing him wouldn't be unjust.

Bai Lin, relying on his memory, compiled a list of Death Eaters he remembered. They were all ruthless villains, but at this moment, in Bai Lin's eyes, they were all shining Hogwarts contribution points.

But October remained peaceful. Harry began Quidditch training, and Whitescale's Firebolt still hadn't arrived, continuing until just before Halloween.

Harry begged Professor McGonagall to let him go to Hogsmeade with Ron and Hermione, but was coldly refused. Harry was comforted by his friends, but their comfort was tinged with a bit of boasting, which made Harry even more depressed. However, he couldn't find Whitescale anywhere, and in the end, it was Lupin who comforted him.

As for Bai Lin, when he went to the Hogsmeade clothing store at the beginning of the month to pick up his custom-made winter clothes, the young and beautiful Miss Catherine confessed her feelings to him. Miss Catherine was a famous beauty in Hogsmeade, but she had very high standards and a fiery temper. No male wizard had ever gotten the better of her. However, every time Bai Lin went there at the appointed time, she would dress up carefully and wear a little dress that she made herself, focusing on highlighting her hot figure and beautiful face. Her personality also changed from a little tyrant to Hello Kitty. It would be a lie to say that Bai Lin was not moved.

Because he was smitten, Bai Lin kept ordering clothes from her shop. The styles were all designed and measured by Miss Catherine herself. It has to be said that Miss Catherine's taste and magical skills are equally high, which directly raised Bai Lin's image and appearance by two levels.

And so, the two began to date formally. Wizards' love is usually simple and magical. The witch wouldn't ask the wizard if he owned a house in a good school district in London, if his family owned a company, what kind of car he drove, or how much money he had in his bank account... There were no date activities like going to the movies, amusement parks, or Michelin-starred restaurants. When the two met, Bai Lin would pick a bouquet of flowers as a gift from the edge of the Forbidden Forest, and the two would go to the Three Broomsticks pub in Hogsmeade for a butterbeer, and that would be enough for them.

In the past few days, Bai Lin received a message from Catherine: a male wizard with a distorted long face had ordered a coat from a clothing store. The wizard's eyes were terrifying, making Catherine feel violated.

Based on his memories, Bai Lin learned the origin of the wizard, who was none other than Antonin Dolohov, one of his Death Eaters, who had come to Hogsmeade.

This news jolted Bai Lin out of the sweetness of his first love. When Catherine learned that Bai Lin was going to "capture" a Death Eater, she was initially a little scared, but soon the fiery and decisive part of her personality took over, and she ended up helping Bai Lin devise an assassination plan.

Antonin was no ordinary man. In the final battle, he killed many members of the Order of the Phoenix, Hogwarts, and the Ministry of Magic, including Lupin and his wife, making him utterly wicked. At this time, Antonin also eliminated many dissidents for Voldemort, or perhaps he thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of killing.

Halloween is just around the corner, but the children probably don't realize it. They're all focused on fun places like Bee Duke, Zoko's Joke Shop, and the Magical Equipment Shop, and they don't notice that a lot of unfamiliar wizards have come to Hogsmeade. Many of them are there for Sirius Black, or for the 10,000 Galleons prize. Antonin is one of them.

Bai Lin and Catherine found Antonin in a corner of the Three Brooms Bar. He had ordered a plate of raw foie gras and was eating it while dipping it in blood, which made Catherine feel a little uncomfortable.

Bai Lin and his companion left the bar and found a young errand boy. They gave him a silver coin and asked him to tell Anton Ning that the coat he had ordered from the clothing store was finished and asked him to pick it up. Bai Lin then lay in ambush in the alley next to the clothing store.

After waiting for more than an hour, and it was completely dark, Bai Lin was almost about to give up when he finally saw Antonin's figure. He seemed to have drunk quite a bit, but his hands were always in his pockets, holding his wand, and he was very vigilant.

As soon as he entered the alley, Antonin said to the darkness deep inside, "Come out and lead me here. I want to see what kind of audacious character this is."

Bai Lin was stunned. He didn't expect that Antonin would see through him so easily. Suddenly, he realized that Antonin was a seasoned villain and might have used the same method to deceive others before.
