Hogwarts Summoning Guide

Chapter 220 Revisiting Riddle Mansion

"Stun!" Krum swiftly retaliated with a Stunning Charm on Fleur. Fleur, caught off guard, lacked the necessary combat awareness and missed her chance to dodge. The red magical energy struck her squarely in the chest. Krum wasn't faring any better; he felt half his body go numb. Dropping his wand would prevent Fleur's Stunning Charm, but it would completely backfire on his Petrify Charm. Both of them screamed almost simultaneously and collapsed to the ground.

"Aha! Looks like I've arrived just in time!" A familiar voice came from the sky. Bai Lin looked up and saw Mad-Eye Moody hovering in the air on his flying broomstick. He waved to Bai Lin, looking very happy: "I was on patrol when I saw your distress signal. Now... only Harry should still be alive, right?" He pointed to Krum and Fleur lying on the ground. Including Bai Lin and Cedric, who had already sent out the distress signal, only Harry was still in good condition among the five warriors. According to the rules, Harry had already won.

Bai Lin stared intently at him, not because there was anything wrong with what he said, but because of his excited expression and the fact that he unconsciously licked his upper lip.

As anyone who has seen the movie knows, this is Barty Crouch Jr.'s signature move, and even when he transforms into Moody, he can't help but do it occasionally.

Bai Lin suddenly realized why old Crouch hadn't shown up yet. Bai Lin sadly guessed that the old man with the two small mustaches was probably in grave danger. His unfilial son was a ruthless killer, and he couldn't feel the old man's love for him at all.

Crouch Jr. has returned to his previous plan, taking advantage of Bai Lin's trip to the Far East to launch another sneak attack on Mad-Eye Moody and transform into his appearance. Although there have been many twists and turns, it seems that the plot has returned to its original state.

Moody had no idea that his small movement had given him away. He landed slowly beside Bai Lin with a broad smile, saying, "Perfect ending, Harry! I knew you could make it to the end! Pick up the trophy, you're the champion of the Triwizard Tournament!"

Harry was at a loss. He looked at the petrified Krum and the unconscious Fleur. It would take them at least half a day to recover. Just then, the flames dancing in the Goblet of Fire seemed to beckon to him.

When Gryffindor won the Quidditch Cup last year, everyone cheered and treated him like a hero. The feeling was so wonderful that he often woke up smiling from his dreams. But the glory of winning the Goblet of Fire far surpasses that of the Quidditch Cup. It's not just a competition between three schools; it's a grand event for the entire European wizarding world. Countless wizards followed the competition through newspapers and magazines. Without a doubt, the champion will become a star throughout Europe. He will be written into the school's history, and his photo will be displayed in the showcase of distinguished alumni...

No young wizard would refuse such an honor, especially Harry, who is only a teenager who will turn 15 next month. He has had enough of being bullied, of being humbled, of being unknown, of being protected... and winning the Goblet of Fire is the first step for him to become a strongman.

Harry stared intently at the Goblet of Fire as he walked towards it step by step. Bai Lin knew the consequences of touching the Goblet of Fire, but he didn't stop him. Only after Voldemort's plan succeeded would he step out from under his servants' protection, maximizing his advantage of knowing the plot and carrying out his plan to ambush Voldemort.

Bai Lin didn't speak, but instead used his mind to say in the team channel, "Prepare to attack!"

Zhuo Bi: "Ready for your positions!"

Yuxi: "Ready!"

Kiki: "Ready!"

Hagrid: "What should I do?"

Bai Lin ignored Hagrid, and Harry's hand was already outstretched. Moody's pupils dilated with excitement, but he restrained himself from showing any smugness at his successful scheme.

Harry grabbed the Goblet of Fire, but before he could even cheer, he felt a dizzying sensation and vanished from the stone platform in the center of the clearing.

"Hawa da Kendawa!" Moody (Crouch Jr.) suddenly drew his wand and shouted at Bai Lin. Harry was teleported away, and he seemed to see Voldemort's triumphant resurrection. He would once again rule Europe, and all wizards would tremble at his feet. He would create a world dominated by pure-blood wizards. Perhaps Voldemort would arrange a country... no, for a meritorious subject like him, Voldemort would surely give him Australia or North America to govern... And all of this, first of all, had to eliminate the stumbling block in front of him, Bai Lin, who had killed dozens of his colleagues with his vicious schemes.

Crouch even had a thought of what to say at Whitescale's funeral: "Actually, I'm very grateful for what you've done. Because of you, Master relied on me and supported me so much! You helped me eliminate many competitors; otherwise, I would have had to do it myself..."

At the same time Crouch cast his spell, Bai Lin had already cast the disarming spell, attacking almost simultaneously. The two energies, one red and one green, clashed without any doubt. This time, Bai Lin went all out, showing no mercy to him.

Crouch Jr. has about 80 points of magic power, which is considered top-tier in the entire wizarding world, comparable to Snape and Professor McGonagall. No wonder he could easily control Cedric and Krum with the Imperius Curse, and repeatedly succeed against Crouch Sr., Mad-Eye Moody, and Mr. Bagman. However, against Whitescale, whose magic power has reached 104, he is already at a disadvantage. He might have a chance if he ambushes, but he is no match for Whitescale in a head-on confrontation.

More importantly, Crouch Jr. had no idea that Bai Lin had already seen through his identity and attacked at the same time, turning a sneak attack into a defensive counterattack.

Crouch Jr. couldn't hold out for more than three seconds before Bai Lin's red magical energy completely suppressed his Killing Curse. However, Bai Lin left a way out, not completely suppressing the Killing Curse back onto him, but instead approaching him step by step. When he was only four or five meters away from him, Crouch Jr. seemed to want to touch his lower back with his left hand. Without a doubt, there was a dagger hidden there, just like the dead Bella's trick.

Bai Lin didn't let him off the hook. As he pressed the Killing Curse onto Crouch's wand, he suddenly summoned the Fist of Aug with his left hand, sending Crouch flying and crashing heavily onto the sand. Although he wasn't fatally injured, his internal organs were in excruciating pain, and he probably had several broken ribs.

"He fainted!" Bai Lin pointed a finger, and Little Crouch immediately fainted and didn't move at all.

With a wave of his hand, Bai Lin's wand flew into his grasp. The wand was old and dirty, seemingly Moody's, worn smooth and grimy. Bai Lin stuffed the wand into his bag, then pulled out a magical animal-catching rope and bound him tightly. The one the Horror Tour company had given him was already broken, but because it worked so well, Bai Lin had bought several spares. He was using it today because Little Crouch was transformed into Moody using Polyjuice Potion. Bai Lin couldn't kill him in this state; otherwise, he would become the murderer of "Moody," and the real Moody might starve to death because no one would come to his rescue.

Bai Lin tossed Crouch aside and ran to Krum's side. Krum was watching him nervously. The petrification spell had only paralyzed him, but he was still conscious. He watched helplessly as Harry suddenly disappeared and Moody and Bai Lin suddenly started fighting. His little head was buzzing, and he had no idea what was going on. Now that Bai Lin was getting closer, he thought that Bai Lin was going to kill him to silence him.

Bai Lin didn't have time to explain to him. He directly pulled his wand from Krum's hand, sent a distress signal to the sky, and said in the public channel: Hagrid, come to the center of the maze to clean up the mess. Watch out for Moody, he is a Death Eater in disguise.

After saying that, he shoved the wand into Krum's arms, took out a wizard card with his own portrait on it from his pocket, activated the Portkey in front of the petrified Krum, and disappeared into thin air, leaving Krum, who was unable to move but whose mind was filled with countless galloping grass and horses, alone and sad.

Bai Lin felt himself being thrown into the air by a catapult. The chaotic scenery in front of him spun around, and suddenly he felt himself falling from the sky. He was about to crash to the ground when he quickly and nimbly did a somersault and landed steadily on the grass under a big tree.

This was the very destination that Drobby had chosen when he came to "dig up the grave" last year. The terrain here was high and well hidden, surrounded by a grove of trees. Through the gaps in the leaves, one could see Voldemort's father's house on one side and the Riddle family cemetery on the other. Sure enough, the cemetery was currently surrounded by a dark magical energy, which enveloped the area within hundreds of meters. Muggles would naturally look away and ignore it, and the "monitoring signal" of the Ministry of Magic's spell monitoring department would also be blocked by this energy.

Looking back now, the old house was eerily quiet, while the cemetery was bustling with activity. At a glance, there were at least five or six people. Poor Harry was imprisoned by the statue of the Angel of Death, staring intently at the cloaked figures in the cemetery. The villains were probably sharing their inner thoughts with Harry in a smug way. Their evil plan, which had lasted for more than a year, had finally succeeded. Even the most composed villain couldn't help but show off, which gave Bai Lin the perfect opportunity to act.

"Captain, I see you!" Kiki said in the team chat, but Bai Lin felt a chill. When she said "saw," she meant that she saw him in her 8x scope, which meant that his head was right in her crosshair. Bai Lin was worried that the Death Eaters would find out, so he arranged for Kiki to ambush in the mountains 400 meters away.

Because Kiki was equipped with a full set of Spellbreaker Arcane Gear, she couldn't enter the magical teleportation system. Bai Lin arranged for her to take the train to London in advance. It took her a whole day to reach Riddle House using Muggle methods. She encountered Muggle police several times and almost got caught. Kiki really went through a lot of trouble to successfully reach the ambush location.

Bai Lin glanced at the scene at the graveyard. The Death Eaters had just brought out a huge cauldron and were about to begin the resurrection spell for Voldemort. Bai Lin had no interest in witnessing Voldemort's transformation from "Gollum" (a character from The Lord of the Rings) into "Benbo'erba" up close. He had his own mission: to take advantage of the moment when Voldemort was rebuilding his body, when the Death Eaters could only guard him and dared not leave. That would be the best time for Bai Lin to make his move.

After waiting quietly for a few minutes, Harry must have been devastated and feeling terrible. However, this might also be a rare life experience for him. After all, Bai Lin's appearance has eliminated most of the dangers that he should have faced. Whether Harry can become the person in the original ending is a profound philosophical question.

Peter Pettigrew, the short and ugly loyal fan, has become a collection in the encyclopedia forever. Another tall Death Eater has taken on the role of "Voldemort's babysitter." He carried an ugly little monster to the center of the graveyard, while the other Death Eaters lined up on both sides, looking respectfully devout.

The towering Death Eater lifted the "swaddling clothes" high in his arms and threw them into the cauldron. Immediately, strange cries of the little monster echoed through the graveyard, as if it were in great pain.

As Bai Lin groped his way into the old house, he thought to himself: If you're going to put it down, why hold it up so high? Won't it hurt if it falls?

The towering Death Eater didn't stop, and began chanting what is arguably the longest spell in the Harry Potter series:

"A father's bone, unknowingly given, can renew your son."

As he spoke, another Death Eater pulled out a package, took out a few bones from it, and threw them into the crucible, splashing up a ghastly green spray that looked rather disgusting.

Seemingly sensing the magic taking effect, some powerful creature was slowly reconstructing its body in the cauldron. The tall Death Eater chuckled and continued his incantation.

"The flesh of the servant, willingly given, will revive your master."

As he read, he raised his arm, and with his other hand he suddenly grabbed a sharp knife. Without hesitation, he cut a large chunk of flesh from his own arm, until it was covered in blood and looked gruesome. But instead of feeling pain and softening his hand, he became even more excited.

Bloody chunks of meat were thrown into the cauldron, and the thick potion turned from green to yellow, looking like a mixture of blood and fat, making one want to vomit.

Bai Lin found the old house's gate, used a small unlocking spell to push it open, and slipped inside. He continued to complain in his mind: "What a wonderful resurrection ritual! The poor old father has to offer his thigh bone, the loyal servant has to cut off a large piece of flesh, while the enemy only needs a few drops of blood. The person who created this spell must hate his own father so much that he is so protective of his enemy!"

The tall Death Eater uttered his third spell outside the window, then grinned and grabbed Harry's wrist, thrusting his dagger forward.

"The blood of the enemy, forcibly taken, will resurrect your foe."

The resurrection ritual had reached its most crucial moment. Bai Lin, in the living room of the old house, saw his target in the dim light coming through the half-sealed window—a giant viper, more than ten meters long, with its thickest part of its body as thick as a human waist, was raising its head and staring intently at Bai Lin.
