The two followed Filch furtively, watching him take "light" little steps through the castle's paths. Filch was the castle's second-best living map after the twins; he could always find secret paths to avoid the crowds. But he had no idea that two little tails were following him.

After walking through corridors and staircases, the Hogwarts Library came into view.

Bai Lin and Hermione hid behind a corner wall not far away. Hermione was nestled in Bai Lin's arms, and the two of them secretly peeked out with one eye in Filch's direction.

A woman emerged from the side door of the library; it was Mrs. Pince. Filch quickly stepped forward, knelt on one knee, and presented her with flowers.

Bai Lin and Hermione exchanged an awkward glance... Perhaps what made Filch resurrected wasn't Polyjuice Potion, or getting his head caught in the castle gate, but rather the stench of being in love.

This middle-aged and elderly couple was really an eyesore, so Bai Lin grabbed Hermione and quickly left.

Back in the lounge, the two couldn't help but laugh. Hermione said, "This is definitely big news. George and Fred will be thrilled if they know... They'll definitely take the opportunity to steal all the confiscated stuff back from Filch's office... I heard Filch even prepared a drawer specifically for them!"

"But we've lost our target again... Don't worry too much, the enemy won't do anything to harm the students at Hogwarts (that's how it is in the original story, but Bai Lin isn't really confident). Before Bai Lin could speak, Hagrid replied first: Hagrid will also participate. (Quite concise.)

Bai Lin replied: Do you have a battle plan? I need detailed intelligence.

Lulu: I'll send the location to Finis. The house-elf will take you to Genoa. My people have already gone ahead and will meet you there. There's not much information yet, but I'll explain in detail when we meet.

Bai Lin glanced at the mission list in the encyclopedia: 5. Raid on the Shadows: Disrupt the Hastur Order's gathering, obtain "The King in Yellow" (Note: This book will corrupt human sanity), and gain 3000 party contribution points.

Although Lulu always seems mysterious in her actions, it's not surprising that she has some strange abilities and social resources, given her multiple identities as a priestess in the Judgement faction and the heir to the Ross family.

Bai Lin agreed to Lulu's arrangement and informed Zhuo Bi and Hagrid to meet at Hagrid's cabin after dinner. There was nowhere more suitable as a team base than Hagrid's cabin, even though it smelled a bit unpleasant…

After dinner, Bai Lin and You Qian rode their flying brooms to Hagrid's hut, where they unexpectedly saw Harry privately asking Moody a question. Moody calmly explained it to him.

Once the villagers entered the church grounds, they all became dazed, as if hypnotized... A bishop in a yellow robe said before the smashed idol: "Come closer... come closer... The war messenger Asatl will come with his master's holy scriptures to guide your way..."

Clearly, Kiki had an extremely vivid memory of the dream, as she recounted it perfectly, even remembering the enemy's name. Even Hagrid, a giant, felt a chill run down his spine and struggled to breathe.

Seeing the fine beads of sweat on Qiqi's forehead and her tense arms, Bai Lin felt a pang of pity for this seventeen or eighteen-year-old girl who had experienced so much. But this was not the time for sentimentality. Bai Lin quickly analyzed the information he already had.

The Church of Hastur is known to possess several abilities. First, it can control large numbers of humanoid beings as puppets using a method similar to mass soul-stealing, such as the pitiful fairy mages in the arena battles. However, this spell must either have limited effectiveness or limited duration; otherwise, the other spells would be completely unnecessary.
