Chapter 156 The Domain of the Trillion-Dollar Incinerator!
Chapter 159 The Domain of the Trillion-Dollar Incinerator!
White ripples spread out suddenly from the center of Sulong, clinging to the surface of the viscous blood.
The edge of this ripple transformed into a golden line of fire, ruthlessly slicing through Baphomet's proud crimson plains, filling half of the endless world, and standing in opposition to Baphomet.
However, once the fire line forcibly defined the surrounding space, what appeared before everyone's eyes was a pure blankness and nothingness, like a clean, eerily white sheet of paper, so empty that it made people feel uneasy.
Hedley stared at the pure white ground that had appeared out of nowhere beneath her feet, a rare look of astonishment on her face.
Baphomet, suspended in mid-air, burst into a piercing and unrestrained laugh.
It looked down at Su Long, its tone full of undisguised mockery: "Hey kid, first time opening a domain?"
"Your world doesn't seem to be designed properly yet. You're using this to fight against my Blood Moon? Is this what you call a territorial war? It's utterly laughable!"
Su Long stood there, somewhat puzzled. He could feel the power of Prometheus within him pouring out without reservation, and the crown of flames above his head was also operating steadily, but this space was indeed empty.
He didn't know how to "fill" it—the system only gave him the key to open the domain, but not the blueprints to build it.
Hedley walked quickly to Surong's side and slowly said, "Surong, a domain is not simply the release of energy, but a projection of the exorcist's inner world."
"It is the embodiment of your deepest subconscious, an absolute territory constructed through powerful spiritual forces."
"It's important to note that you don't need to deliberately fabricate every single plant or tree; it already exists in your mind."
Hedley reached out and gently patted Surong's shoulder, guiding him, "Don't have any distracting thoughts. Don't think about how to defeat the demon before you, and don't think about tactics. Cast aside all rationality. Just show the world in your heart. Unleash your truest desires."
Follow your heart!
After listening, Su Long slowly closed his eyes.
Dreams? Desires?
Since transmigrating to this parallel world, he has witnessed far too many extremely distorted social scenes.
The streets are filled with homeless tents, the slums are permeated with despair and numbness, diseases rage at the bottom, and high medical costs make life cheap.
Capital revels at the top, squeezing out all the value of the living, and even the corpses of the dead face the risk of becoming bizarre.
Ghouls devour the entrails of homeless people in the sewers, rain girls roam freely in the rainy night, and even the owner of this little St. James Island, a hypocritical and powerful man, is offering sacrifices to pagans just to please a demon from hell.
The world is sick, terminally ill, and people are both frantic and numb.
The tycoons treat people like consumables, the monstrous like food, and ordinary people can only eke out a living like cockroaches in the cracks.
Every day he faced hundreds and thousands of mutilated corpses, including innocent civilians, thugs, pitiful creatures torn apart by the bizarre, and monsters that had been completely mutated.
Gradually, he became numb.
Each time he burned a corpse, he no longer felt fear or pity, but only extreme peace. Regardless of status or wealth, as long as the body was stuffed into that cold iron furnace and the ignition button was pressed, the same ashes would come out.
What is his dream?
To be a superhero who saves the world? That's too hypocritical; he's not that noble.
Becoming a ruler who controls everything? Too boring; he hated controlling this filthy world.
Su Long's heart began to race, and his blood surged wildly through his veins.
He recalled the thoughts that had repeatedly surfaced in his mind more than once in the dead of night when he relived the flickering flames in the crematorium:
Stuff this abnormal, insane, and morbid world into the furnace and burn it completely!
It was burned completely, leaving not a single ash or trace!
Su Long suddenly opened his eyes, and leaping golden flames shot out from his deep eyes. He slowly raised his arms and spread them out to the sides.
The crown of flames above his head shone brightly at that moment, more dazzling than the midday sun, and a violent spiritual power swept outwards from him in all directions.
"My world—" As Su Long murmured, the blank void behind him was instantly torn apart.
With a deafening metallic roar, the empty area behind Su Long began to twist violently, and a towering wall rose from the ground.
The walls have a cold, rough industrial metallic texture, and the surface is covered with traces of rivets and welding.
On this massive metal wall, countless square metal hatches are densely packed together, each with a heavy rotating handle—these are the hatches of the crematorium.
The metallic roar blended together, the pure white ground beneath our feet instantly flipped, the sky above us was replaced by a heavy metal ceiling, and the walls on both sides stretched endlessly to the horizon, with no end in sight.
In the blink of an eye, the entire world was completely reshaped into a vast space composed of countless high walls, with countless crematorium hatches embedded in every wall, every inch of floor, and every ceiling.
Su Long stood in the very center of this infinite metal world, looking up at the astonished Baphomet, and said, word by word, "The Domain of Trillions of Incinerators!"
As soon as he finished speaking, trillions of metal hatches throughout the space opened slowly with a muffled "click".
The next moment, violent golden flames simultaneously emanated from the gaps in all the hatches, and faint roars of flames came from behind the doors, as if millions of imprisoned fire dragons were awakening from within.
At this moment, Su Long's domain was fully formed and began to expand outwards in a tyrannical and unreasonable manner.
In an instant, this world made of metal and crematoriums crushed Baphomet's blood-red plains. The viscous blood was instantly evaporated, and the mountains of corpses were swept into the hatch that appeared out of nowhere.
Everyone looked around and was deeply shocked by the endless domain of crematorium furnaces.
Hannah shrank her neck, raised her foot, and gently kicked a hatch at her feet.
"clang-
'
The dull clanging of metal echoed through the empty space, sending chills down one's spine. She swallowed hard, tugged at Su Long's sleeve, and whispered, "Su Long, isn't your domain—aren't you being a little too strange?"
What normal person's inner world would be like this huge iron furnace filled with dead bodies?
Meanwhile, Thorne and his sister huddled together. Leah gripped her brother's sleeve tightly, staring at the cracks in the doors from which faint flames shone, and whispered, "Evan, could there really be corpses hidden in these furnaces?"
Evan was quite bold; he strode directly to a metal wall and grabbed a heavy rotating handle.
"It's simple, I'll see."
He tensed his arm muscles and twisted them forcefully to the right, pulling open the heavy hatch. But the inside was spotless, without even a speck of ash.
"There's nothing there, it's empty." Evan turned his head, shrugged at his sister, and casually pushed the hatch back up.
Hedley's expression turned much more serious. She frowned deeply, her gaze sweeping over the endless rows of crematoriums, her eyes filled with deep apprehension.
As an A-level exorcist, she deeply understands the essence of a domain. The more monotonous and pure a person's domain is, the deeper their obsession tends to be, and the more terrifying the power of the rules they unleash will be.
The crematorium hatch at the very top suddenly opened, and towering holy flames erupted from it, completely dispelling the dark red blood light that had enveloped everyone's heads. Grayish-white "snowflakes" began to fall from the sky.
Upon closer inspection, the "snowflakes" turned out to be the embers left behind after countless corpses and strange objects had been completely burned to ashes.
Ashes fell gently, landing on Baphomet's massive body with a soft hissing sound. The arrogant A-rank high-level demon raised its head, looking at the densely packed crematoriums around it, which seemed to contain the entire universe. Its dark purple eyes suddenly narrowed.
Its initially mocking gaze instantly turned to utter shock, only to be quickly replaced by an arrogant swagger. It looked down upon this cold, metallic world, its tone utterly disdainful: "Is your domain just these meaningless iron things? Trying to fight my Blood Moon with a bunch of empty, broken tin cans? Utterly laughable!"
Su Long stood in the center of the anti-slip steel plate, the fiery crown above his head burning quietly, casting a holy golden light. He looked at the demon spouting nonsense in mid-air, a cold and sharp smile curving his lips.
"Don't rush, we'll put you inside soon."
As soon as he finished speaking, Su Long slowly raised his arms, palms facing upwards. With his movement, it was as if the whole world had been switched on.
"Click!"
A series of rapid mechanical unlocking sounds exploded throughout the space like a torrential downpour, as trillions of metal hatches opened completely at the same time!
The golden flames that had been suppressed behind the door were like a flood that had found an outlet, instantly illuminating the entire metal world. Hands made of pure golden flames reached out from inside the hatch and clung tightly to the metal door frame, the high temperature instantly melting the edges of the door frame until they were glowing red.
One by one, burning human figures slowly crawled out of the crematorium. They had no facial features, no hair, and their entire bodies were formed entirely from raging flames.
Each flame doll possesses a well-defined muscular physique, with smooth lines and an explosive sense of power. They leap from towering walls, climb from hatches in the floor, and fall from inverted furnace openings in the ceiling.
The endless fiery humanoids had barely landed when, like raging beasts freed from their chains, they transformed into a vast golden ocean and launched a desperate charge towards Baphomet.
As Baphomet gazed at the overwhelming sea of golden flames that swept in, a flicker of panic finally crossed his eyes, followed by a furious roar: "A mere pile of fire, you think you can burn me!"
Its massive black wings flapped outwards, and a ghostly blue hellfire rose out of thin air, transforming into a terrifying wave of fire tens of meters high, carrying the destructive power to sweep towards the charging fireman.
Two completely different flames collided violently at the boundary of the domain, but the dark blue flames did not cause the fire people to collapse. Instead, they were forcibly absorbed onto their bodies.
Golden flame figures pierced through the waves of fire, their bodies now radiating a deep blue glow. The two distinct flames intertwined and entwined around them, not only failing to cancel each other out but also causing their speed and power to surge once more.
"This is impossible!" Baphomet roared in disbelief.
But the flame-like humanoids, tinged with blue light, gave it no time to think. They pushed off the anti-slip steel plates with their legs, instantly crossing the boundary between the two domains and slamming heavily into Baphomet's blood-red plains.
The moment the Fireman stepped into the pool of blood, large swaths of blood were forcibly evaporated, emitting a piercing "sizzling" sound. Thick white steam, mixed with a nauseating stench, shot straight into the sky.
The mighty army of flames had barely steadied itself when it took off again and charged toward Baphomet.
Baphomet suddenly raised his hands, his fingers spread wide.
Countless eerie threads composed of pure decomposition power shot out from its fingertips, weaving into an impenetrable net of death in mid-air, extending and piercing forward madly.
The dozens of flame figures at the forefront collided head-on with the net of death, and were forcibly disintegrated one after another, their compressed flame energy bursting out instantly!
The heat was like a miniature nuclear explosion, instantly evaporating the blood and water around the epicenter and revealing the cold, icy incinerator hatches underneath.
Baphomet's dark purple eyes suddenly narrowed. The moment these guys exploded, they forcibly transformed the blood-red plain below into Suron's domain!
This is not some foolish charge at all; it is using suicidal explosions to gnaw at its territory inch by inch!
"Don't even think about it!"
Baphomet roared furiously, waving his hands wildly, and more disintegrating threads poured down like a torrential rain, shredding and detonating large swathes of firemen.
However, there were simply too many firemen. What made Baphomet even more troublesome was that those firemen who were not hit by the threads actually stopped after rushing to a specific location in the blood pool. Their bodies then collapsed inward and exploded.
"boom--"
The deafening explosions continued, and the entire Crimson Plain trembled violently. Tens of thousands of fiery humanoids rushed forward one after another, using their own destruction to blast out cold incinerator hatches in Baphomet's territory.
The field was ablaze with color, a mixture of golden flames, white steam, and dark red blood.
This is an absolute, brutal crushing force, disregarding all reason and logic, using sheer numbers and explosions to forcibly advance.
Baphomet's face finally contorted with extreme rage and fury. It knew very well that continuing to deal with these endless streams of self-destructing firemen was a complete waste of effort.
It abruptly retracted its tattered wings, knelt on one knee, and plunged its hand into the sticky ground. The eerie blue hellfire flowed down its arm and into the earth.
The enormous blood moon overhead seemed to be activated, bursting forth with blinding light. The dark red moonlight, like a viscous liquid, poured continuously onto Baphomet.
As it moved, an extremely muffled roar came from the distant horizon.
The sound was initially distant, but a few seconds later it turned into a continuous thunderstorm, and the anti-slip steel plates under everyone's feet began to tremble violently.
The flaming humanoids that had just climbed out of the crematorium were also shaken by the sudden tremor, and some even fell back into the furnace.
Su Long raised his head and looked in the direction from which the sound came.
Through the thick, dark red blood mist, he saw a huge, endless black silhouette appear on the distant horizon, towering into the clouds and completely obscuring the entire skyline.
Hannah stared at the massive black shadow in the distance, her voice trembling slightly, "What is that? A mountain?"
Leah placed her hands on her brother's arms, using Evan's support to steady herself. Then she squinted, staring intently at the rapidly approaching dark shadow, trying to make out what it was.
A few seconds later, Leah whirled around, her face ashen, and screamed, "Damn it! That's not a mountain, that's a wave!"
As soon as Leah finished speaking, the huge silhouette completely tore through the blood mist in the distance, and a terrifying blood-red water wall hundreds of meters high appeared in everyone's sight.
It was a colossal wave composed entirely of viscous black blood and bits of flesh!
The surging, roaring waves, with an overwhelming force capable of destroying everything in their path, recklessly crushed everything in their way.
The mountains of corpses piled up at the edge of the plain were instantly shredded by this terrifying force and completely merged into the blood wave.
A strong, pungent smell of blood rushed in, making everyone's clothes flutter wildly. Compared to this blood-red giant wave that was hundreds of meters high, the sea of fire-wielding people rushing forward seemed incredibly small.
Before the countless firemen could even detonate their internal energy, they were shattered and submerged by the towering blood wave, leaving not even a spark behind.
A massive shadow completely enveloped everyone, blocking out the light of the blood moon in the sky. The muffled roar was deafening, as if it would tear people's eardrums apart.
Hannah instinctively moved closer to Surong, placing her hand on his shoulder, and said anxiously, "Surong, think of something! Should I deploy a barrier? This thing will crush us all!"
Su Long's expression also turned solemn. Facing the towering, blood-red wave that blotted out the sky, he remained silent for a moment, then suddenly raised his right hand, his five fingers pointing upwards.
Within trillions of metal hatches, raging golden pillars of fire erupted, rapidly converging and swirling in mid-air, instantly coalescing into a massive rotating furnace of flames several meters in diameter.
"Gentlemen, I'll borrow your weapons for a moment, and then return them as they were!" Su Long shouted without turning his head.
As soon as he finished speaking, everyone felt their hands suddenly become lighter.
The longbow and quiver on Evan's back were the first to slip out of his grasp; the specially made whip at Leah's waist and the special earring on her earlobe flew off together.
The small leather suitcase that Hedley was carrying popped open automatically, and along with the black velvet gloves on her hands, it turned into two afterimages;
The Bible that Hannah was holding tightly in her arms and the dagger at her waist both rose into the air;
Even the black bull horn in Isaac's hand flew straight into the fiery furnace in mid-air.
Immediately afterwards, "Sirius" and "Raphael" at his waist, and "Lucas" in his hand, also detached from his body and plunged into the raging golden vortex without hesitation.
Under the terrifying heat of the primordial fire, these objects, made of different materials and imbued with different spiritualities and rules, began to undergo drastic changes the moment they came into contact with the flames.
