The worker laughed and pulled the child out from under the concrete, which was hiding in a recess.

"The Flash" Barry appeared in a flash:

"I heard cries for help here—oh, I was too late."

He glanced at the workers, then quickly went to chase after Hal, who was flying in the sky.

High up in the building, Diana, John Jones, Hal, and Barry gathered together. Barry looked at John Jones:

"What? This is terrible, absolutely terrible!" Barry exclaimed in disbelief, and immediately took a step forward.

He almost instinctively wanted to go back in time and change everything.

John Jones realized the Flash's intention and quickly stopped him:

"Our priority now is to figure out how to rescue Superman and Aquaman."

"That Martian is going around telling everyone you're dead."

At Wayne Manor, Connors, never one to shy away from a good spectacle, said to Batman.
