Pokemon Dawn

A quiet canyon shrouded in cedar trees.

The canyon is located on the northernmost island of the Orange Islands and on the outer island of Orange Island.

This is an uninhabited area on the island and is named after the dense cedar trees growing in the valley. Due to abundant tropical rainfall and rich soil nutrients, the green fir trees grow to cover the sky and almost completely block the sunlight. Travelers are often scared away by the interplay of light and shadow that resembles a horror movie.

There is a cultivation house called "The Mark of the Forest" at the entrance of the Gunsugi Canyon. It is not large in area, but the front desk sells a full range of food and medicine. It is specially opened for people who want to train Pokémon on the island.
