HP: I beat the otome game at Hogwarts
Chapter 47 Blaise, who can teleport
“The original subjects are all important foundational disciplines. When choosing new courses, you can do so based on your interests or the direction you want to develop in the future.” Leila winked at the three of them. “Ron can write to his parents or your brothers and ask.”
Lyra's words elicited different reactions from the three. Hermione looked like she knew what she was talking about, while Harry was disappointed that he couldn't give up Potions class.
Ron, however, resisted, saying, "If I asked, they would all suggest I choose courses that are difficult and have a lot of homework."
“Then the remaining courses are easy and easy to get by,” Lyra quickly added, noticing the disapproving look in Hermione’s eyes. “Oh, I was just kidding. You still need to think carefully about choosing courses.”
But Ron and Harry had already gone to Percy with shining eyes—their new plan was to choose the opposite course based on Percy's advice.
The common room was full of second-year students seeking advice from upperclassmen on course selection.
Neville had many relatives, and everyone wrote to him with different suggestions, which confused the honest boy. Ron and Harry ended up choosing several of the same courses, at least half of which were easy to get good grades in. Hermione didn't listen to anyone's advice—she chose all the new courses.
The days that followed were busy yet peaceful.
There haven't been any new attacks for months since Justin and the nearly headless Nick were petrified; the mandrake will soon be ripe; everyone is relaxed and their attention is focused on the upcoming new Quidditch tournament.
Gryffindor versus Hufflepuff.
I wonder what the badgers, who love gossip and food more than Quidditch, think, but under the leadership of Quidditch fanatic captain Wood, the already outstanding Gryffindor team, after rigorous training ("Yeah, we were either getting rained on or snowed on all fall and winter," the twins complained), made the whole Gryffindor school think they were sure to win the Quidditch Cup.
The day before the match, someone broke into Harry's room and ransacked his things: his clothes were crumpled and thrown on the floor, and every drawer in his bedside table was opened, with its contents scattered all over the floor.
Even the bedsheets were ripped off his four-poster bed.
Harry was the only one in the entire dormitory who suffered.
Everyone thought that someone was trying to get something from Harry.
Wood was furious, convinced that Hufflepuff was trying to steal the Gryffindor team's strategy. George had to point out that Hufflepuff didn't actually know the entrance password to the Gryffindor common room, and that the team's tactical diagrams weren't in Harry's possession.
Wood then concluded that Gryffindor, who had a lover in Hufflepuff, must have been turned against the Seekers and deliberately tried to disrupt their game before it started.
Throughout the night, Wood scrutinized every student in Hufflepuff who had a partner.
Fred patted Harry on the shoulder, comforting him, saying that at least he hadn't gotten girlfriends from other houses, otherwise he would have been forced to break up with Wood before every competition.
When Harry and Ron were repacking and checking, they found that only the black leather diary was missing, but they didn't say anything, only saying that nothing was missing.

The next morning, everyone woke up to find the weather was absolutely perfect – clear and cloudless, ideal for a competition.
Wood enthusiastically added scrambled eggs to each team member's plate, and seeing that Lyra, sitting next to the twins, looked listless, he also put a lot of scrambled eggs on her plate.
"Cheer up, White, cheer us on in a bit."
Leila absentmindedly divided the scrambled eggs among George and Fred, preoccupied with a dilemma.
Before news of Harry's dorm room being broken into spread last night, she ran into Ginny as she came out of the girls' dorm.
She was just about to greet Ginny when the other girl hurriedly ran back to her room with a black leather diary.
Lyra felt that the tattered black leather diary looked familiar, but she couldn't quite place where she had seen it before.
It wasn't until she heard the news of the incident in Harry's dormitory in the common room, and overheard Harry and Ron talking about how only the diary was missing, that she suddenly realized—it was clearly Harry's diary!
Merlin, it was Ginny who went through Harry's dorm room!
Lyra tossed and turned all night, feeling she needed to talk to Ginny. Ginny was still a little girl, perhaps not quite mature enough, but someone had to tell her: you can't steal someone's diary to pry into their thoughts just because you like them!
But Lyra hadn't figured out how to bring it up without scaring Ginny, the red-haired girl who had been anxious and easily frightened since starting school; she was a shy and timid girl.
Furthermore, Lyra wasn't sure if she should be the one talking to Ginny. Perhaps this should be discussed with someone older, someone Ginny trusted and liked more?
Lyra weighed the pros and cons of whether she should tell Mrs. Weasley, Professor McGonagall, or Ginny's brothers, but felt that none of them were a good idea.
If Ginny were to tell her elders, she would definitely be scolded or punished. As for Ginny's brothers—come on, Lyra didn't think any of them were reliable.
As Lyra sat in the stands and saw George and Fred looking unusually serious as the Gryffindor team entered, she began to waver: the twins had always doted on their youngest sister, so they were probably reliable older brothers, right...?
The players on the field began mounting their brooms, preparing for takeoff. Suddenly, Professor McGonagall burst across the field, carrying a giant purple microphone, and announced to everyone:
The match has been cancelled.
The entire arena erupted in commotion, with boos and shouts of discontent coming from the crowd. Lyra wanted to discuss it with her friends, but Angelina and Arya were both in the arena below, and Hermione was nowhere to be seen; she hadn't been seen since breakfast.
"All students, please return to the college's common room immediately. The deans of your respective colleges will provide you with more information. Please leave as soon as possible!"
Everyone was complaining as they walked out. Lyra was lost in thought and absentmindedly missed a step. Just as she was about to fall, a Slytherin boy caught her.
Before Lyra could even get a good look at the man's face and thank him, the Slytherin boy hurriedly turned and left, leaving only a green silhouette behind.
Considering that Gryffindor and Slytherin have never gotten along, Lyra thought that perhaps the other party simply didn't want to have much contact with Gryffindors, so it seemed that she would have to keep her gratitude to herself.
Daphne, the young lady of the Greengrass family who really didn't want to have anything to do with Gryffindor, was curiously searching for Blaise's figure—how could someone just disappear like that?
