Lucky City is a large city that is known as the City of Happiness by the people and officials of the Sinnoh region.

Lilycove City can be considered the department store of the Sinnoh region; you can find almost anything sold in the market there. The recent release of the Pokémon Watch has further boosted the city's already considerable popularity. In the Pokémon Watch Company's promotional video, the Pokémon Watch's functions seem to cover every aspect, making it a highly anticipated item for trainers throughout the Sinnoh region and even the world before its official release.

"Finally here! I can't take it anymore! I really want to go to the Pokémon Center, take a quick shower, and then sign up for tomorrow's Pokémon Contest!"

While the farce was unfolding on the field, Ash didn't notice that in a corner behind the Pokémon Center, a child was silently watching them.
