The successful creation of the super artificial intelligence Ultron brought Tony Stark and Ant-Man Hank to a halt in their battle.

And both sides calmed down.

They do indeed share the same enemy.

Frank, the Punisher, also learned about the incident in Manhattan, New York, and with his intelligence, he saw through the truth.

Harry Osborn was the ultimate beneficiary of the Manhattan Massacre, and his fame has now spread throughout the world.

The Punisher Frank's creed was, "Whoever is guilty must die!"

Therefore, Harry Osborn must be punished!

“I think you understand by now, someone is impersonating a superhero. That’s why I have no choice but to come to you, Frank. Only you are someone I can completely trust,” Nick Fury said sincerely to Frank the Punisher.

Nick Fury doesn't have many people he can trust anymore, and the Punisher Frank is the one he trusts the most.

Everyone else could be imitated and replaced by the Skrulls.

But the Punisher Frank is impossible; he's too cautious, too vigilant, and has plenty of backup plans and secret weapons, so he can escape even if attacked.
