On the streets of New York, after Grant Ward kills two Kree, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents arrive and take Lincoln and Daisy back.

The discovery of extraterrestrial life on Earth is a major event that S.H.I.E.L.D. would definitely have to get involved.

After Grant and his group left, the sky suddenly became overcast with dark clouds, and lightning flashed and thunder roared.
