Marvel: Starting with the 01 System

Chapter 1: Transmigration Begins with Inheriting a Financial Corporation

[Breaking News: Norman Osborne, the legendary founder and CEO of Osborne Enterprises, has passed away. The Osborne Group has confirmed the news, and his only son, Harry Osborne, will be the sole heir to the company.]

Harry Osborne sat in Osborne Villa, listening to the news on television.

"I've actually traveled to the Marvel universe and become the heir to the Osborn Corporation, Harry Osborn, the little Green Goblin."

Harry's soul was originally an ordinary young man on Earth in the 21st century. One day, while he was watching the tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider 01", he suddenly traveled to another world for some unknown reason.

Harry looked at his very handsome face in the mirror.

"And it's Harry from The Amazing Spider-Man. Judging from the news of Norman Osborn's death, this should be the start of the plot of The Amazing Spider-Man 2."

The following plot involves Max Dylan, an electrician at Osborn Corporation, who accidentally falls into an electric eel battery while repairing wires. He is attacked by dozens of electric eels and mutates into a blue-skinned, electrically charged superhuman, who is also one of the famous villains in Spider-Man—Electro.

Because of this incident, Harry himself was framed and kicked out of the company.

Now that he has transmigrated into Harry Osborn, and before this incident occurred, he naturally will not let the original plot unfold as it should.

“Go and fetch Max Dylan, the wireman from Osborn Enterprises,” Harry called the butler and gave the order.

"Young Master, your first internal meeting is about to begin. The vice president and the others will be here shortly," the butler said hesitantly.

"I said immediately! Right now! Get Max Dylan here! Tell them if they don't see Max, they can pack their bags and get out!" Harry slammed his fist on the table and shouted.

"Yes, young master." Upon hearing Harry's words, the butler immediately became serious and walked outside.

Max is about to become Electro, and if we don't bring Max in now, it will have a significant impact on Harry.

Max becomes Electro, is defeated by Spider-Man, and is then locked up in a mental hospital.

Next, Harry will be framed and expelled from the company by the vice president of Osborn. Having lost his status as the heir to Osborn, he will have to resort to taking the unstable genetic spider venom due to the onset of his family's hereditary disease.

In the end, he turned into the Green Goblin and couldn't even control his own mind.

Harry is burdened by a family genetic disease and enemies within the company.

He had to make changes, and the first step in those changes was to start with Electro—Max Dylan.

"Dylan, there's a problem with the circuitry in the genetic biology lab downstairs. Go take a look."

At the Oscars Building, electrical supervisor Smith pushes a Black man out of an elevator.

"But today is my birthday, everyone has left, why should I stay?"

Max looked at Smith in disbelief. It was Smith's birthday, and he had already planned how to celebrate it after get off work.

And who knows, maybe Spider-Man will come to celebrate his birthday later? No! Spider-Man will definitely come!

But before any of this could happen, it was all interrupted by that damned supervisor.

“Smith, Mr. Smith…”

Max wanted to explain to Smith and persuade him to give up the idea, but the elevator doors had already closed.

"Damn it!" Helpless, he had no choice but to work overtime here to fix that damn circuit.

At that moment, Smith, inside the elevator, received a phone call.

"Smith, the new president wants your subordinate Max Dylan to be there right now. If you're late, you'll lose your job!"

"damn it!"

Osborne Villa, inside the meeting room.

Harry sat in the main seat, watching the group of company executives, led by Vice President Donald McCann, who had come to put pressure on him.

“Harry, because of Professor Connors’s accident, investors have a lot of distrust towards us. Let’s keep quiet for a while and be careful.”

Connor McKen spoke to Harry in a tone befitting an elder.

But Harry didn't listen to what he said at that moment.

At that moment, he was still thinking about how to survive well in the Marvel universe.

It's often said that the poor rely on mutations while the rich rely on technology, but Harry himself isn't a genius like Stark who could create steel armor.

Osborn's Green Goblin armor was far too weak compared to Iron Man's armor.

"Harry, Harry." Dono realized that Harry wasn't listening to him at all.

"Have you heard of Iron Man?" Harry asked, looking at Connor.

"Iron Man? What's that?" Connor asked, puzzled.

Doesn't this world have an Iron Man? That can't be right.

Could it be that this world isn't Marvel's world?

Is it just the world of The Amazing Spider-Man?

"What about Stark and Captain America?"

"Tony Stark, CEO of Stark Industries, Captain America, a hero from World War II." Dono didn't know why Harry would ask that. Stark and Captain America, everyone in America should know them.

Could it be that the Osborn family's genetic disease also impairs intelligence?

"There's Tony Stark and Captain America, but no Iron Man." Harry thought to himself that he really needed to learn more about this world.

This world is clearly in the Marvel universe, but it is completely different from the MCU universe he knows.

Just then, the butler knocked on the door and entered, bowing to Harry and saying, "Young Master, Max Dylan has arrived."

"Let him in."

Max and Osborn Electric's manager, Smith, pushed open the door and entered.

The people sitting inside were all senior executives from the Osborne Group. Max was very reserved, unsure why these important figures wanted to see him.

“Max Dylan!” Harry stood up and gave Max a warm hug when he saw him arrive, a hug for the reserved black man.

"Hello... um... do you know me?" Max was taken aback by Harry's enthusiasm, and his already nervousness made him even more incoherent.

"Of course, Max Dylan, electrical engineering genius, you designed Osborne's new electric energy project."

"I also know that today is your birthday. Happy birthday, Max!"

Harry said very sincerely.

Although Max later became a villain, it was due to the actions of the higher-ups at the Osborn Corporation; originally, he was just a genius who craved recognition from others.

"You actually know my birthday?" Max was incredulous. "How could someone as important as you know the birthday of someone as insignificant as me?"

"No, no, no, you're no nobody, you're a true genius, Max!"

Harry needs to win over Max, because the entire upper echelon of the Osborne Group is untrustworthy.

Harry needs someone like Max to help him.

"Thank you, thank you, Mr. President!" Max was so moved that tears streamed down his face. This was the first time he had received recognition from someone other than Spider-Man.

The oppression from his boss and the discrimination from his colleagues constantly weighed on Max's heart. He also wanted to become a hero admired by everyone, like Spider-Man.
