He patted his chest and promised to cooperate fully, but his words betrayed a sense of perfunctoriness.

Without batting an eye, Bi Yao switched into "Sherlock Holmes Yao" mode, keenly noticing a fleeting tattoo on the village chief's sleeve—a coiled venomous snake.

This is not a mascot; in the local area, it is the symbol of the Black Tiger Gang!
