Wen Qi stood there, stunned for several seconds, before Xiao He finally spoke up: "What's wrong? Don't you like it?"

Wen Qi snapped out of her daze, turned around, and asked with a mixture of surprise, confusion, and a hint of sweetness, "When did you prepare this?"

"When you're engrossed in choosing succulents."

This was the first time Wen Qi had received roses from someone, and she was a little flustered. Blushing, she pursed her lips and whispered, "Thank you."

Xiao He stepped forward and ruffled her hair: "I don't want to hear you say thank you. Come on, let's get in the car and go home."

Wen Qi got into the car, a smile involuntarily creeping onto her lips. She closed her eyes, lowered her head, and sniffed the flowers in her arms before placing them in the back seat. Looking at Xiao He with a beaming smile, she asked curiously, "How many are there?"

Xiao turned the steering wheel and drove towards the supermarket.

Soon, the car arrived at the supermarket entrance. Wen Qi excitedly got out of the car and pulled Xiao He inside.
