For the past month, Chiwu had become a regular visitor to Qingfeng Courtyard. Two days ago, he brought news that Dongchi had suffered heavy losses in the battle, but the war was finally coming to an end. Yun Chu felt slightly relieved.

No one answered from inside the house.

"The best solution is to hand me over," Yun Chu said as she stepped into the study.

Gu Ruoxiao suddenly looked up at Yun Chu. This person, who shouldn't be here, was standing brazenly in front of him. Gu Ruoxiao angrily said, "Chiwu!"

Chiwu hurriedly knelt down, and the atmosphere became tense.

Yun Chu walked over the desk to him, looked him straight in the eye, and said, "The best thing to do now is to hand me over. You can't possibly not know that." She urged him again.

"I said it's impossible, don't even think about it." Gu Ruoxiao emphasized, his eyes slightly red and his lips tightly pursed.

Yun Chu sighed, "Gu Ruoxiao, be rational. You know perfectly well that this is the best solution. The two countries cannot afford to go to war again."

Gu Ruoxiao remained silent.
