Keyboard Warrior's Otherworldly Adventure

A stench assaulted their nostrils, and the fangs of the giant snake reflected a chilling light in the flashlight beam. Jack's legs went weak with fear; he trembled and hid behind Linna, muttering, "I don't want to die, I don't want to die..." Linna pushed him away in disgust, brushing off the clothes Jack had touched. "Coward! Don't touch me!"

The giant snake's attention was completely focused on Little White. It slowly lowered its head, its enormous shadow enveloping Little White. Little White let out a piercing scream and huddled up in a ball, trembling.

"Little White!" Xiao Mei exclaimed, about to rush forward. Li Jin grabbed her, "Don't be impulsive! It's too big; we have no chance of winning in a direct confrontation!"

Li Jin's mind raced, analyzing the current situation. A direct confrontation was out of the question; he needed to outsmart the enemy. He noticed that although the giant snake's eyes were fierce, they seemed to hold a hint of… confusion?

"Wait a minute," Li Jin suddenly spoke up, "Don't you guys think that this thing's eyes... are a little off?"

Sophie noticed this too. "Indeed, its eyes look...empty, like it's...sleepwalking?"

"Sleepwalking?" Jack peeked out from behind Lina. "A dragon sleepwalking? Are you kidding me?"

"Shut up!" Linna glared at him fiercely. "What time is it now? You're still joking!"

Li Jin ignored Jack's doubts and carefully observed the giant snake's eyes, becoming increasingly convinced that his guess was correct. This giant snake was likely in some kind of "sleepwalking" state!

"I have an idea," Li Jin said in a low voice, "we might be able to use this..."

He told everyone his plan, which sounded risky, but there was no better way at the moment.

"Okay, let's do it!" Xiaomei was the first to agree; she had wanted to rescue Xiaobai for a long time.

Sophie and Lina nodded in agreement. Even the timid Jack, after weighing the pros and cons, reluctantly agreed.

Following Li Jin's plan, the group carefully circled around to the back of the giant snake. The giant snake seemed completely unaware of their presence, continuing to stare motionlessly at Little White, as if Little White were some incredibly delicious treat.

Li Jin signaled to Xiao Mei to get ready, then took a deep breath and suddenly threw the dagger in his hand at the giant snake's tail.

The dagger struck its target precisely, embedding itself deeply into the giant snake's scales. The snake, in pain, let out a deafening roar, its massive body writhing violently.

"Now!" Li Jin shouted.

Xiao Mei had been waiting for a long time. Taking advantage of the moment when the giant snake's attention was diverted, she quickly rushed to Xiao Bai's side, picked Xiao Bai up, and then quickly retreated.

The giant serpent was utterly enraged. It lashed its tail wildly, trying to sweep everyone away. Dust billowed and rocks flew everywhere in the cave, creating utter chaos.

While dodging the giant snake's attacks, Li Jin and the others searched for an escape route. Just then, Li Jin suddenly discovered a narrow passage not far behind the giant snake!

"There!" Li Jin shouted, pointing to the passage. "That's how we escape!"

The group immediately ran towards the passage. The giant snake seemed to have noticed their intentions as well; it let out an angry roar and charged towards the passage.

Li Jin and the others exerted all their strength and finally managed to squeeze into the passage before the giant snake could catch up. The passage was extremely narrow, allowing only one person to pass at a time. Li Jin brought up the rear, fending off the giant snake's attacks while urging the others to move forward.

"Go! Don't worry about me!" Li Jin shouted.

Sophie, Xiaomei, and the others hesitated for a moment, but ultimately chose to obey Li Jin's orders and continue running forward.

The giant snake's head was stuck at the entrance to the passage. It struggled frantically, trying to catch up with the group. Li Jin repeatedly stabbed the snake's eyes with his dagger, attempting to stop it from advancing.

Suddenly, Li Jin felt his footing give way, and he began to fall downwards...
