Ultraman Time Repairman

Chapter 1 Falling Star Mountain

When Qian Shu woke up from her coma, she opened her eyes and felt pain all over her body. Looking around, she found herself in a classroom.

Who covered me with a blanket?

I struggled to sit up, only to find that my whole body ached.

As he recovered from that momentary lapse, he recalled everything that had happened.

His world was destroyed.

It was a world where Ultraman only existed in tokusatsu dramas. He lived a simple and ordinary high school life like any other person. The only extraordinary thing was that an organization called Prometheus wanted to buy his genes at a high price, but he refused.

But life didn't return to normal for long.

A powerful energy reaction from deep space has reached Earth. The terrifying energy storm spread wildly in all directions, igniting stars and destroying planets wherever it went. Scientists judged that this energy might affect Earth, causing global panic.

Sure enough, the energy storm reached Earth within 24 hours, and humanity was helpless against it, only able to wait for death with a sense of powerlessness.

And Chishu was also one of those waiting to die.

Amidst global prayers, no miracle occurred. Before the energy storm even reached Earth, the planet was already engulfed in the intense heat of the exploding star, and countless people perished in despair. Yet, amidst that cataclysmic destruction, Qian Shu survived.

He was transported to a mysterious space by the crystal necklace he had worn since childhood.

Amidst a burst of light, a consciousness claiming to be the will of the Great World floated silently.

"Where is this?"

"This is the space I created."

"who are you?"

"I am the will of the great world, the god of time and space, but due to some unforeseen events, I can only slumber now. I need you to repair the various worlds so that I can regain my power."

"Why choose me?"

"I always have to choose one, and it just so happens to be you."

Why should I go?

"Don't you miss your family? If my power is restored, perhaps I can change time and space, and you can go back to your past."

"Then how should I fix it?"

"I will teleport you to various worlds, and then you can find them yourself..."

The ball of light then fell silent, a single beam of light entering the necklace before it drifted into a deep sleep. Just as Qian Shu was about to ask more questions, in the blink of an eye, he appeared nowhere, his body plummeting from the sky, crashing into a tree trunk and falling to the ground unconscious.

…………

Hiss, it hurts.

When she awoke from that amnesiac state, Chishu opened her eyes in a daze, feeling as if she had been injured in an accident.

That damn will, at least teleport me to the ground!

"You're awake."

A gentle voice pulled Chishu back to reality. He turned his head and saw a girl dressed as a shrine maiden walking towards him from the doorway.

Um?

"Hello, may I ask where this is?"

Seeing her approach, Qian Shu shifted her position, adjusting herself to a more comfortable sitting posture.

"This is the Galaxy Shrine on Mount Furahoshi. The priest found you unconscious on the back mountain and brought you back."

Mount Fubuki, Ginga Shrine, the world of Ultraman Ginga?

Just then, another person walked over.

A kind old man dressed in white.

"Are you alright? We saw that you were fine, so we didn't take you to the hospital."

"It's alright, thank you for taking me in."

Chishu nodded gratefully.

"Where did the guest come from, and how did he end up fainting on the back hill?"

Li Tang Xiuzhen looked at him and asked.

"I only remember that I was climbing a mountain, and after I fell, I ended up here. I don't remember anything before that."

Qian Shu shook his head and said helplessly.

"Can I stay here for a while? Don't worry, I'm not a bad person."

Upon hearing this, Hideaki Reido considered it for a moment.

Having served the Galaxy Spark for many years, he was no ordinary person. Looking into the eyes of the boy in front of him, he saw nothing but clear spring water, and there was no malice in them.

"Is that not allowed? Then forget it. My request was indeed a bit excessive."

Chishu rubbed her injured spot, wincing in pain.

Li Tang Xiuzhen smiled kindly at him.

"Sure, the shrine does need someone to manage and look after it. If you have nowhere else to go, you can stay here. Anyway, there are plenty of empty classrooms in this school, and Principal Shirai won't mind."

"Thank you, then I'll take my leave."

Qian Shu was overjoyed upon hearing this, as the problem of finding a place to settle down had been solved.

Without an ID card or passport, things are really getting complicated. Being able to stay here puts him at the heart of the story, which might help him find clues.

……

Time flew by, and in the following weeks, after he recovered from his injuries, he found an empty classroom, decorated it, and started serving the shrine with Ishidou Misuzu. After all, he didn't want to eat and live there for free.

He knew a little about the world of the Milky Way. The important thing was that there were sparks and dolls. He didn't have any sparks himself, but it seemed like there were dolls everywhere in the back mountain.

He could run to the back mountain whenever he wanted to look for the Spark Doll. After all, he was just an ordinary human now. The necklace hadn't given him anything, so he could only rely on his foresight to create favorable conditions for himself as much as possible.

He didn't want to die here. Although no one had died in the Ultraman Ginga storyline, reality was different. Five high school students fighting and turning into a monster could easily crush him with one stomp. Besides, since there was a repair mission, it wouldn't be that simple.

Misuzu Ishidou and Hideaki Reido didn't mind that he liked to run to the back mountain. Misuzu just thought he liked mountain climbing, otherwise he wouldn't have fallen from such a high place.

Persistence pays off; his daily search yielded results, and he found two dolls, Golza and Leo.

Worried about getting lost in the mountains, Chishu didn't dare go too far. The back mountain was so vast, and unlike Hikari, she couldn't use the Galaxy Spark to guide her, so finding only two was satisfactory. She needed to find a way to get the Spark, otherwise, the dolls alone were useless.

As for the necklace, there's been no news about it for the past few weeks, so it seems he'll have to rely on himself. He has no idea what he's here to do or how to do it; he can only take it one step at a time and figure it out.

……

In the evening, Chishu was exercising at her residence when she suddenly heard strange noises coming from the classroom where the shrine was located.

Huh? A thief?

He decided to get up and take a look. Since he treated the shrine as a job, he had to take responsibility for it.

In the empty classroom, a figure could be seen furtively groping around the shrine with a flashlight in hand.

Hey! Where did this little thief come from, stealing things here!

Chiki quietly approached and grabbed the man's hand. Suddenly, he shouted, startling the man, who turned to look at him. It turned out to be Ishidou Misuzu.

"Oh, it's you. What are you doing here so late?"

"Shh, I only came because I heard some noise coming from the shrine."

Seeing that it was Qian Shu, she felt relieved and then shone her flashlight on the shrine and opened the shrine door.

The divine sword lay quietly inside, and the Taro Spark Doll hidden inside turned around and looked at the two of them upon hearing the sound.

"Doll?"

Meiling was puzzled. After all, no one usually touched the shrine, so who would put a doll inside for no reason?

Thinking of this, she turned her head and looked at Qian Shu beside her with suspicion.

"Hello, Meiling, Chiki, I've been observing you for a long time."

"That sound? Is there a sound device installed on this doll?"

mischief?

"No, I am not a doll. I am Ultraman Taro. I was cursed by the Dark Spark during the Spark Doll War and turned into a doll."

"A curse? Like the prince in fairy tales who turns into a frog or something?"

"Meiling, why don't you try kissing him?"

"I'm not joking with you."

Taro cleared his throat and continued.

"Only the divine sword in this cabinet can break the curse of the Dark Spark."

"So how can we help you?"

"Please bring the divine sword to the back mountain tomorrow!"

After saying that, Taro used his teleportation ability and disappeared.

Mei-ling was startled by Taro's sudden disappearance and stared at Chi-shu, whose eyes also showed a mixture of shock and excitement.

"It can't be a joke, right? Is it really not a prank?"

"It's probably true, but Meiling, why are you staring at me like that?"

"No, I thought it was a prank by Chishu."

"Am I that bored? If you really want to know, we can go and see for ourselves tomorrow."

"Ok."

…………

The next day, after finishing their work at the shrine, Chiki and Ishidou Misuzu secretly took the divine sword and went to the back mountain.

This is an age when people often fantasize about the existence of the supernatural, and it has to be said that Taro certainly piqued their curiosity.

"Hey! Taro! Where are you?!"

Qian Shu shouted loudly, and his voice echoed through the back mountain.

"here!"

Under the roots of a large tree not far away, the Taro doll was facing the two of them; he had been following them all along.

Qian Shu stepped forward and picked him up.

How can we help you?

"Let's find a flat, large place first."

"Oh."

"Alright, there's plenty of space here."

"There is a six-pointed star pattern on the sole of my right foot, with the front end of the Milky Way Spark pressed on it."

"It's Taro, the doll perched on Chiki's shoulder," the doll said. The two stopped, and Chiki handed Taro to Misuzu.

"Meiling, you go first."

Taro is currently beyond recovery, not even Hikaru Raido, who was chosen by the Galactic Spark, let alone himself and Misuzu, who were not chosen by the Galactic Spark.

"Ah."

Meiling didn't think much of it and agreed. She took out the Galaxy Spark and held the Taro doll in her other hand, finding the six-pointed star mark on the sole of the right foot.

"Don't be too surprised later."

Feeling his toes touching the tip of the spark, Taro's voice became excited. After so long, he could finally break free from the puppet's physical form.

Under Taro's expectant gaze, Meiling quickly poked the tip of the Galaxy Spark at the mark on the sole of Taro's right foot, but nothing happened.

"What? How come?"

Taro's tone was full of surprise and disappointment.

Why not? Is the information in the scriptures of the Land of Light wrong?

The Dark Spark has the ability to stop time for all living things and turn them into sparks, while the Galactic Spark can lift the curse of the Spark Doll.

If even the Galaxy Spark can't materialize Ultraman, then how can they restore their bodies?

"Don't be discouraged, Taro, let's try again."

Seeing this, Meiling comforted and encouraged her, poked it a few more times, but there was still no response, so she had no choice but to hand it to Chishu to try.

"Qianshu, why don't you give it a try?"

Chiki received the Galaxy Spark and the doll, her heart pounding with excitement. This wasn't a toy; it was a genuine Ultraman transformation device.

Although I knew Taro wouldn't materialize until the very end, I still had to pretend and try it out. I poked it seriously, and sure enough, there was no response.

However, unbeknownst to everyone, the crystal on the necklace pendant shimmered slightly, and a six-pointed star pattern flashed across the back of the hand holding the Galaxy Spark. The pattern on the sole of Taro's foot also shimmered slightly.

Chishu found it quite fun to poke Ultraman's feet, so she poked them again.

Suddenly, the Milky Way sparked with intense light, and a six-pointed star pattern appeared.

"Super Fusion, Ultraman Taro."
