The Rebirth of Bai Qi: The Way of Qi

The night was as still as water, cool yet carrying a chilling undertone.

Bai Qi slowly turned his head, his gaze sweeping over the vast land that was both familiar and strange. His deep eyes seemed to be able to see through the secrets and stories hidden behind every inch of this land. At this moment, the Qi shadow in his hand was like a faint but lively light, leaping joyfully. This mysterious Qi shadow seemed to possess its own consciousness, guiding Bai Qi and the two others walking beside him, resolutely marching towards the villain's stronghold.

Han Fu walked quietly beside Bai Qi, her beautiful, ethereal face appearing even more serene and peaceful under the moonlight. However, beneath this seemingly calm exterior, a complete and detailed battle plan had already been sketched out in her mind. Every move, every transition between offense and defense, was clearly presented, waiting only for the opportune moment to be unhesitatingly put into practice.

Compared to Han Fu, Situ Yan lagged slightly behind. The moonlight, as clear as water, seemed like a veil, gently covering her beautiful face, making her appear even more ethereal and otherworldly, like a fairy descended from heaven.

Her exquisite face shone brightly in the moonlight, her skin as smooth as mutton-fat jade with a faint glow. Beneath her high and delicate nose, her lips were naturally red, and when slightly pursed, they revealed a hint of stubbornness. Beneath her willow-leaf eyebrows, her beautiful eyes were like deep lakes, now slightly lowered, her long eyelashes trembling like butterfly wings, making one wonder if she was pondering something important or secretly gathering strength for an explosion.

A gentle breeze caressed her, playfully tossing a few strands of her glossy black hair. These strands danced in the wind, sometimes entwining around her fair, slender neck, sometimes lightly brushing her rosy cheeks, adding a touch of delicate vulnerability to her already charming and alluring appearance.

However, although her pace was slightly slower than the three people ahead of her, she never relaxed her efforts. Her figure was graceful, her steps light and light, each step firm and powerful, closely following the three figures in front of her, as if no difficulty or obstacle could hinder her determination to move forward.

Though the road ahead is full of thorns, life takes root and sprouts in this land. Bai Qi's indomitable spirit, Han Xin's righteous courage, Han Fu and Situ Yan's heroic qualities—these people, or people like them, are the bright red roses of this barren land. The road ahead is long and rainy, but flowers, birds, and night rain all vie for spring.

Situ Yan secretly competed with herself, knowing that although she was a woman, she could not lose to others. At that moment, a light rain began to fall, the raindrops soaking everyone's clothes. Han Fu glanced back at Situ Yan, a hint of worry in her eyes, but quickly turned back and continued walking.

Situ Yan raised her face, letting the rain wash over her, as if trying to cleanse away all her weariness and fragility. As they walked, a rushing river appeared ahead, blocking their path. Bai Qi frowned slightly, while Han Xin gripped his sword tightly. Han Fu gazed at the river, pondering a way to cross it.

Situ Yan, however, took the lead and walked to the riverbank, squatting down to carefully examine the water flow. After a moment, she stood up and said, "I have learned to swim. There should be some places in this river where I can use my strength. I'll scout ahead first."

Without waiting for a response, she stepped into the river. The other three exchanged glances and followed. Situ Yan struggled to maintain her balance in the water, leading everyone step by step towards the opposite bank. Once ashore, everyone was disheveled, but their eyes held unwavering determination, for they knew that even greater challenges awaited them.
