Finally, the scene showed everyone walking upstairs and seeing Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth, who had been killed in the explosion, and the corpse of the berserker-type zombie lying next to her.

In the final scene, Isaac pilots a helicopter carrying Rick and the others into the sky, while a massive explosion occurs at the Dawn of Light Biological Research Institute below, completely turning the building into ruins. The video ends.
