Harry Potter and the Virtue of Miss Potter
Chapter 64 Final Exam
After that close call, the group faced their final exams for the Potions semester. For Wu Mu, it was a piece of cake, but her scars were throbbing with pain.
Especially her scar on her neck, which made it difficult for her to breathe and caused her excruciating pain with every breath, as if her bones were being broken.
Sitting in the examination room, she gripped her pen tightly, hoping it would alleviate some of the pain.
"Wu Mu, this is just a small problem, don't worry about it, just bear with it and it will pass, relax—relax—" she comforted herself like this until the toilet paper was handed to her.
She first looked through all the questions, and to her they were all very simple, as simple as they couldn't be simpler.
Fortunately, these questions were easy for her, so the pain didn't have a significant impact on her life.
The proctor here is Snape—the Snape cult—who will constantly come to check the exam papers of Vaughn and Malfoy to Vaughn's right.
Wu Mu: Oh my god! My scar has been throbbing ever since that night, Quirrell! It can't possibly be any other Death Eater. The battle is about to begin, and I don't know if I can handle it.
While thinking, Wu Mu kept writing the answers on the test paper.
Wumu: Damn it! It feels like my neck is about to break!
Wu Mu slammed his head heavily on the desk, then immediately lifted it up and continued writing his answers.
Hermione is doing well; she got every answer right, although some weren't perfect, but getting an excellent grade was still a breeze for her.
Ron, on the other hand, started to struggle as he wrote. He held his pen, but didn't write a single word on the paper for a long time. The answer he had finally come up with was completely forgotten because of the sudden shock of the teacher.
Harry's situation isn't much better either. His scar has been hurting terribly ever since the last close call, making it impossible for him to concentrate and think things through. Otherwise, he would have fared much better in this exam.
Unlike Ayam, who secretly practiced spells in her first year, Harry was used to enduring pain because each practice session would injure her quite a bit. Moreover, she had made great progress and was already able to control the amount of energy when some simple spells were cast.
Malfoy is also doing well, not to mention that he is quite good at Potions and has a godfather who is extremely skilled in Potions—Severus Snape.
Wu Mu quickly finished the entire test paper. After checking it once to make sure she hadn't mixed up any answers, she pushed the test paper aside to prevent herself from accidentally tearing it due to the pain.
She gripped the pen as tightly as she had at the beginning, and looked in Harry's direction. Yes, Harry's scar stung.
The only difference between the two Potters now is the feeling of pain from their scars; one feels a burning pain, while the other feels like their bones are about to break.
Wu Mu slammed her head heavily on the desk again, but this time she didn't lift her head up. She gripped the pen tightly and even broke it in two.
Si noticed that something was wrong with Wu Mu. He went over to her and checked her exam paper. Sure enough, it was a perfect score! He realized that the problem wasn't with the questions.
"Wu Mu, what's wrong? Are you alright?" Si Jiao put a hand on Wu Mu's shoulder.
"I'm fine, Si Jiao, it's just that I'm feeling a little...uncomfortable." Wu Mu tried his best to lift his head and smile at Si Jiao.
Si Jiao seemed unconcerned and left, but in reality, he kept glancing back to check on Wu Mu's situation.
After enduring for ages, it was finally time to hand in the paper.
"I've often heard people say that the final exams at Hogwarts are very difficult, but I find them quite easy." Hermione was very confident about this exam.
"Only you would think that, right? Are you alright, Harry?" Ron noticed Harry's less-than-ideal condition beside him.
"My scars always feel like they're burning."
“Me too, it hurts a lot.” The Potter siblings both covered their scars with their hands.
"You too, Ayam?" Harry turned to look at Ayam, and Hermione moved closer to him as well.
"This has happened before, but it's never hurt this much!"
"Are you alright, Wumu?"
"I'm not feeling well. It's making me dizzy, and I can't even see you clearly with my glasses on, Hermione." Hermione walked with a slight tremor, probably because her scar was stimulating her nervous system.
“Take them to a nurse, Ron.”
