Harry Potter and the Virtue of Miss Potter

Chapter 6 Letter from Hogwarts

The day after that, an owl carrying two letters flew over the Dursleys' house, dropped the letters on the door, and then landed on a nearby telephone pole.

Harry had only been released by the Dursleys not long ago, and the two stopped at the door. Harry knelt down and picked up a few letters from the ground, and they read them one by one.

Then you see two different letters below, the difference being that these two letters are not addressed to Mr. or Mrs. Dursley, but to Harry and Walter.

“This is…my letter? Brother, this is yours, isn’t it?” Wu Mu gently pulled his own letter from Harry’s hand, then pointed to another letter below his.

“It seems…yes, who would send us a letter?” Harry said softly, glancing back to see if any Dursleys had seen him.

"Let's go inside first," Wu Mu suggested, looking at Harry and glancing behind him.

Harry nodded, took his letter in one hand and the other letters in the other, and walked towards the living room.

Wu Mu: "..." I remember that at this time, Dali would snatch the letter away, and then Vernon would tear it up. No, I have to hide mine!

As she was thinking this, Harry handed the other letters to Mr. Dursley, who glanced back at Awm, then pulled her close to continue looking at his own letter.

“Maggie is sick; she ate a strange snail,” Mr. Dursley said.

Dudley saw the letter in Harry's hand and snatched it away. "Dad! Look! Harry has a letter!" Dudley held the letter above his head and shouted to Mr. Dursley.

"That's mine!" Harry exclaimed, reaching for it.

"Yours? Who would write to you?" Mr. Dursley scoffed before looking at the letter, which had been slightly torn by Dudley.

Mr. Dursley glanced at Mrs. Dursley with a hint of panic in his eyes, and Dudley followed suit, looking at Harry and Iamu.

Not long after, another owl flew over, still carrying two letters, and dropped them at the Dursleys' doorstep before landing on the lightning rod on the roof.

Two other owls were perched on the lightning rod.

Inside the room, Mr. Dursley saw many letters from the brother and sister, picked them up, and tore them up immediately.

In the stairwell cubicle, Harry was idly fiddling with his toys, while his sister, Amber, sat beside him, looking at the daily newspaper she had taken from Mr. Dursley.

"That means we can't put any more letters in the mailbox!"

Upon hearing Mr. Dursley's voice, the two quietly opened the door to the storeroom and peeked out.

Mr. Dursley was drilling wood into the mailbox with an electric drill when Potter and his companion exchanged a glance and closed the door again.

“He’s just jealous of us, jealous that nobody knows us, but people keep sending us letters!” Amu said, patting Harry on the shoulder to comfort him, afraid that Harry would be sad.

“Yeah! He’s just jealous of us!” Harry smiled and chimed in when he saw Wu Mu’s reaction.

Wu Mu reached his hand behind his back. "Brother, I'll show you something. Three, two, one, look!" Wu Mu took out the first letter he had received.

"Wow! Woomu, you hid it secretly! It wasn't discovered!" Harry looked at the letter in Woomu's hand with shock and joy.

"Hehe, aren't I amazing! Since I have a letter, and we're twins, whoever sent it will know." With that, she opened the letter.

Even though she knew what was inside and what was written inside, she was still overjoyed because she really had a letter, something she had waited a year for in the 21st century but never received.

The contents of the letter:
