On the edge of the vast grasslands lies a tribe called Lühe. The people here live off the land and water, coexisting harmoniously with nature. Life in the tribe, though simple and unpretentious, is full of vitality and hope.

On this sunny day, a gentle breeze carried the fragrance of earth and grass. The people of the tribe were busy with their own tasks: some were washing clothes by the river, some were repairing damaged houses, and others were feeding livestock. The young women went together to the nearby mountains to gather wild vegetables and fruits to stock up on food for the tribe.

At first, everything went smoothly. The girls moved through the woods, their laughter echoing through the forest. They skillfully picked tender wild vegetables and filled baskets with plump fruit. However, just then, a group of people who had recently joined the tribe also arrived in the forest. They had also come in search of food, but when they saw the fertile field of wild vegetables, a greedy glint appeared in their eyes.

"We discovered this land first, so we should be the ones to pick these wild vegetables!" A tall, bearded young man stepped forward and shouted. His voice echoed through the forest, breaking the original harmony and tranquility.

"What are you saying? This forest has always been our tribe's gathering area. You've only been here a few days, so what makes you think you discovered it first?" Doro immediately stepped forward to retort. She was known throughout the tribe for her straightforwardness and forthright personality, never afraid of any challenge. At this moment, she stood with her hands on her hips, her eyes fixed firmly on her opponent, showing no sign of backing down.

“That’s right, our ancestors have been picking here for generations, don’t even think about taking it all!” Doro’s sisters chimed in. They formed a semicircle, protecting Doro in the middle, their faces filled with anger and resentment.

Seeing this, the new members not only didn't back down, but became even more arrogant. The young leader's face turned red, and veins bulged on his forehead. He waved his thick arms and shouted, "We're taking this land today, and nobody can stop us!" His voice was full of threat, as if it could shake the entire forest.

Neither side would back down, and they began arguing back and forth. The argument grew louder and louder, echoing throughout the forest. Birds that had been singing merrily in the branches were startled and took flight, flapping their wings and fleeing into the distance. As the conflict escalated, their physical actions became increasingly exaggerated. Some angrily pointed at each other's noses and hurled insults, while others rolled up their sleeves, poised to fight. The atmosphere was extremely tense, like a fuse that could be lit at any moment.

The commotion was so loud that it startled the tribespeople working and resting nearby, who all turned to look. Men returning from hunting nearby heard the noise and immediately dropped their prey, running towards the scene. Women washing clothes by the river also stopped what they were doing, stood up, and looked around with worried expressions. Several clever children playing nearby, seeing this, knew something was wrong and quickly ran back to the tribe, panting, to find the leader, Loya.

Loya, who had been focused on distributing resources to the tribe, tensed upon hearing the news. He knew that internal unity was crucial for the tribe's survival and development, and any conflict could lead to irreparable consequences. He immediately put down his work and rushed to the scene.

Loya was tall and imposing, with a steady and powerful gait. His eyes exuded an undeniable authority and composure, giving people a sense of security and reliability. Along the way, his mind raced, silently pondering how to quell the conflict. He knew that simple accusations and punishments wouldn't solve the problem; only by finding a solution acceptable to both sides could the conflict be truly resolved and the tribe's unity maintained.

When Loya appeared before the crowd, the noise subsided slightly. However, the two sides remained glaring at each other, the tension in the air unabated. Loya stood in the middle of the crowd, his gaze sweeping over everyone, his eyes filled with both authority and concern.

"Quiet down, all of you!" Loya suddenly shouted, his voice booming like a bell, echoing through the mountains and forests. The crowd, intimidated by his imposing presence, fell silent.

“We are all from the same tribe, and we should help and support each other. How can we quarrel and even fight over such a small matter?” Loya’s tone softened a bit, but it was still full of authority. “This mountain forest is a gift from nature, which has nurtured generations of our people. We should cherish this gift, instead of hurting our harmony by fighting over it.”

After hearing Loya's words, everyone fell silent. Shame crossed their faces as they realized how foolish and impulsive their actions had been.

“I know everyone is working hard for the survival and development of the tribe, which is a good thing. But we must understand that only by uniting as one can we overcome difficulties and make our tribe stronger,” Loya continued. “New friends, you are new here and may not be familiar with the tribe’s rules and customs yet. But since you have chosen to join us, you should abide by our rules and respect every member of the tribe.”

"And we, the older members, should also be more tolerant and understanding of our new friends. It's not easy for them to leave their hometowns and come here. We should make them feel the warmth of home, not indifference and rejection," Loya said earnestly, turning his gaze to Doro and the others.

Doro felt deeply ashamed after hearing Loya's words. She stepped forward and said to the new members, "I'm sorry, I was too impulsive just now. I shouldn't have argued with you. I hope you don't mind."

The new members were also moved by Loya's words. The young leader blushed and said, "We were wrong. We shouldn't have been so selfish and didn't consider everyone's feelings. We are willing to abide by the tribe's rules and work together to make the tribe better."

Seeing that both sides had recognized their mistakes, Loya smiled with relief. He said, "Since everyone has realized their errors, let's leave it at that. From now on, this forest will remain a shared harvesting area for everyone. We must allocate resources reasonably, help each other, and work together to protect our home."

Everyone nodded in agreement. Loya skillfully defused a potential conflict.
