I think my luck is turning around.

The next day, just before dawn, Lin Jingqing found the landlady and bought a carriage with some silver. An Ge was still fast asleep; having a bed to sleep in was already a blessing, so the issue of being picky about beds didn't exist. She was truly exhausted from sleeping against the wall the previous day.

At Lin Jingqing's instruction, the landlady went to knock on the door, but An Ge was sleeping comfortably and did not want to be disturbed.

"Okay! Okay! I'll sleep for another five minutes!"

After saying that, An Ge fell asleep again, but Lin Jingqing was the sugar daddy, so An Ge had to wake him up; the landlady was still knocking on the door. An Ge got up impatiently and opened the door.

An Ge put her clothes into her bundle, which contained only a simple short-sleeved shirt, shorts, and a book. An Ge was still wearing her own shoes, which had been airing out overnight and no longer felt uncomfortable.

An Ge happily ran out with her bundle in hand, and saw Lin Jingqing drinking tea downstairs at the stairwell. An Ge happily ran over to him.

"Lin Jingqing!"

An Ge's voice was filled with joy. In that moment, An Ge ran happily towards him, her smile radiant, her clothes billowing with her movements. At that instant, Lin Jingqing's light shone on An Ge; looking at her like that, Lin Jingqing's heart began to race.

An Ge ran to the seat opposite Lin Jingqing and sat down. "You're up really early! When are we leaving?"

"Is now okay?"
