In the early stages of DNF, the sword skills of the Ghost Knight are all skills that can be used to perform combos in the duel arena. By using the speed and reaction ability of the game system to spar with the knights from Game of Thrones, as long as you are not clumsy or brainless, you can take down most kingdom knights and territory swordsmen without taking damage when the health bar is exposed.

Bai Ze looked at the bar: "Xiao Meng, go to the warehouse and get a Han Ruide Greatsword!"

Bai Meng is a puppeteer summoned by the system after completing a quest issued by Lin Dongcheng. Originally a level 35 female mechanic puppet with only a 15-minute lifespan, she was made permanent by submitting purple rare souls and a few pink artifact souls from the soul warehouse to the system.

Bai Meng turned around and went to the tavern's warehouse to take out the Han Ruide Greatsword that Bai Ze had bought from the system NPC.

The greatsword was slightly longer than a knight's sword, double-edged, and its bluish-green blade was quite striking. The knights and swordsmen who had been drinking and chatting, preparing to watch Teda get beaten up, all stopped their conversations and drinks, their eyes completely captivated by this unfamiliar greatsword. "I never expected Boss Bai's sword to be so beautiful! Good heavens! I'll never look at those shoddy weapons from the castle blacksmith's shop again!"

A knight from Winterfell let out a wail that resonated with everyone, and several knights and swordsmen from other castles in the North began to have different ideas.

I can't beat Boss Bai myself. Before, the rewards weren't tempting, but now Boss Bai has high-quality weapons. Should I tell my superiors and the lord so they can come and spar with Boss Bai?

What if we win! We'll get high-quality weapons and equipment, and unlock rare, unseen beverages—a win-win situation!

Looking at the lively knights and swordsmen around him, Bai Ze thought about how they would promote the tavern after they returned. Now, he could finally complete his second big task.

Mission - Engage in 5 battles against Northern Lord-level elites (single castle lord, knight leader, or lord-level or higher can be considered lord-level elites).

Quest Rewards: 3 jewelry slots unlocked (necklace, ring, bracelet), Level +1, +1 random jewelry jar

Task progress: (1/5)

Standing opposite Bai Ze, the White Harbor City knight Teda had been staring at Han Ruide's greatsword for a long time without blinking. He looked at Bai Ze with longing and said:

"Lord Bai Ze, if sparring with you makes you happy, are you really going to give me this greatsword?"

Teda's voice trembled with excitement. Bai Ze smiled and nodded, then gently placed the Han Ruide Greatsword that Bai Meng had handed him onto the weapon rack next to the dueling arena.

Upon seeing this, Teda's eyes flashed with excitement. He immediately raised his sword and saluted Bai Ze.

The battle began, and Teda pounced on Bai Ze like a hungry tiger, his attacks fierce and powerful.

Bai Ze dodged to the side, then swung his katana to counterattack Taida. The two weapons clashed, producing a crisp sound.

After several rounds, Bai Ze realized that Teda was indeed much more skilled than the ordinary knights in the castle.

Teda's swordsmanship is highly skilled and his strength is also great!

However, Bai Ze, with his agile movements and rich combat experience, easily gained the upper hand. (This was a free skill from the game!)

Finally, Bai Ze seized an opening in Teda's defenses and stabbed Teda in the shoulder with his sword.

Teda fell backward to the ground, a pained expression on his face.

Bai Ze stepped forward and helped Teda up.

"Well done, TEDA!"

Bai Ze turned around, picked up Han Ruide's greatsword from the weapon rack, and handed it to Teda.

Teda took the greatsword and was so excited he almost cried.

The surrounding knights applauded, thoroughly enjoying the spectacular duel.

At this moment, Bai Ze noticed that some knights and swordsmen from other castles were quietly leaving the crowd, obviously intending to return and report to their lords.

It seems that Bai Ze's plan has succeeded!

Bai Ze pulled Teda to sit on either side of the bar, took a bottle of black tequila from the liquor rack, and handed it to him.

"Tell me about what Baigang City is like~"

Teda happily accepted the wine glass Bai Meng handed him, poured a glass for Bai Ze and himself, and excitedly told Bai Gang City about its current situation.

Just as they were drinking and chatting happily, the tavern door was suddenly pushed open with a bang, and a group of people followed a brown-haired young man into the tavern.

Bai Ze looked up and saw that our young wolf lord, Robb Stark, had entered the tavern with Jon Snow and many of the Stark knights.

Robb quickly walked to the bar. "Lord Bai Ze," Robb gestured slightly to Bai Ze, who nodded and smiled at Robb, the young wolf lord.

"Robb, what brings you to my tavern today? How's your combat skills training going?"

Robb looked up at Teda beside him and the greatsword of Han Reid standing next to him, and said...

"I never expected that Lord Bai Ze would not only have fine wine and exciting battles, but also such exquisite weapons!"

Robb then turned to Tidus and asked, "Hello, Knight Tidus, may I take a look at this greatsword?"

Teda proudly handed Han Ruide's greatsword to Robb, who carefully examined the blade, a hint of amazement flashing in his eyes.

"What a fine sword..."

Robb exclaimed in genuine admiration:

"I have never seen such a fine weapon in Winterfell except for my father’s Valyrian steel greatsword, Ice."

Bai Ze looked at the young Robb and thought, "This is nothing. When I bring out the pink artifact, the legendary and epic weapons, you'll be so happy you'll jump onto the roof of your castle."

Bai Ze smiled and patted Robb on the shoulder.

"If you like, you can have your own sword in the future. As long as you train hard and become a true warrior."

Robb nodded vigorously, as if making a vow in his heart. He was determined to practice his swordsmanship diligently, spar with Boss Bai, and strive to obtain his own top-tier weapon.

At this point, Jon Snow interjected:

"Robb, let's find a place to sit down first. It's not good for everyone to stand."

Robb then realized he had been somewhat out of line and quickly gestured for everyone to sit at the table to the side.

Seeing that Robb and the others had taken their seats, Bai Ze asked Xiao Meng to serve them Sosia wine and some dried fruit and snacks to go with the wine.

Bai Ze glanced at them and sighed inwardly.

These younger generations will face challenges and trials filled with blood and fire, and the Wolf family will fall apart. I wonder if they will still be able to drink and chat together so happily by then.
