Qin Yue, supporting Liangzi, quickly followed behind Lin Yu, while Qin Yu urged them to hurry forward, glancing back at Ye Jingmo and Jiang Li from time to time, afraid that they would fall behind.

Lin Yu rushed towards the pipe opening first, nimbly using his knife to chop at the latch on the pipe opening, opening a narrow passage that only allowed one person to bend over and pass through.

Qin Yue, supporting Liang Zi, was the first to crawl inside, followed closely by Zhang Jing carrying Xiao An.

Jiang Li was about to follow them inside when she turned around at the door and saw Ye Jingmo using a military dagger to force back a robber who was trying to rush over, while more bees were being attracted by the flames of the Molotov cocktails and the sounds of fighting.

"Brother Mo! Hurry!" Jiang Li shouted anxiously.

"Go inside now!" Ye Jingmo shouted as he opened his mouth.

Jiang Li gritted her teeth and quickly crawled into the pipe opening, but did not go in immediately. Instead, she stood guard inside the entrance, anxiously waiting for Ye Jingmo.

Just then, the scarred man struggled to his feet, his face contorted with a suicidal madness. Waving a Molotov cocktail, he charged forward with two henchmen covered in mutated bees but not yet completely defeated: "Trying to run? No way! You'll stay here and keep us company!"

The flames from the Molotov cocktail attracted a large swarm of bees that followed.

"Close the door!" Ye Jingmo dodged the Molotov cocktail thrown by the scarred man and kicked another robber in the back of the knee, sending him flying towards the swarm of bees.

Out of the corner of his eye, Ye Jingmo saw the scarred man pick up a Molotov cocktail. The veins on Ye Jingmo's arm bulged, and he threw the dagger with force.

Before the scarred man could react, he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He looked down blankly and then collapsed to the ground, his body stiff.

The swarm of bees surrounded the scarred man and others who had fallen to the ground, and Ye Jingmo seized the opportunity to pounce on the pipe opening.

Jiang Li immediately shut off the pipe. Only then did she realize that she had been unconsciously holding her breath, and she felt a suffocating pain in her chest. She then slowly slowed her breathing.

Everyone could hear a shrill, desperate scream suddenly erupt outside the pipe, only to be quickly drowned out by a terrifying buzzing sound.

The pipe was pitch black, with only the heavy breathing and suppressed coughs of the survivors.

Jiang Li turned on her flashlight and looked at Ye Jingmo's calm profile, which was covered in dust. She instinctively wanted to reach out and wipe it off for him, but the burning pain from his wound made her pull her hand back.

"How does the wound feel? Does it hurt?"

Ye Jingmo stepped forward and looked at the wound on Jiang Li's shoulder. The charred pieces of clothing were mixed with blood, and his eyes were filled with heartache.

"It's alright, it's not serious."

Jiang Li forced a smile at Ye Jingmo to reassure him not to worry about her.

Qin Yue walked over from the side, her voice trembling slightly, "Sister Jiang Li, let me treat your wound."

Jiang Li looked at Qin Yue and could see the lingering fear in her eyes.

Jiang Li let Qin Yue treat her wounds, and her gaze fell on Lin Yu, who had been staying in the corner.

"Who exactly are you?" Jiang Li couldn't help but ask, her voice filled with questioning and doubt.

Lin Yu didn't answer, but instead shone her flashlight ahead: "Once we've treated the wound, we'll leave here. It's not entirely safe here yet; the lingering smell might attract a swarm of bees."

Her tone left no room for argument: "Follow me, I know a safe place."

Ye Jingmo scrutinized Lin Yu's retreating figure and said in a deep voice, "Lead the way. But don't forget, we need an explanation."

Lin Yu did not refute, but simply nodded, and then skillfully led everyone through the narrow, dusty, and cobweb-covered maintenance pipes.

The pipelines were intricate and complex, but she seemed to have a clear map in her mind, choosing a direction without hesitation at each fork in the road.

Jiang Li noticed that she would occasionally touch some almost invisible engravings or symbols on the pipe wall, clearly knowing the secret passages of this vast underground system like the back of her hand.

After traveling for about ten minutes, a heavy, rusty, round metal hatch appeared ahead, looking like a sealed door for a large pipeline.
