Infinite Flow: Becoming a God in a Nightmare Game

Bathed in the glow of the setting sun, Jiang Qi and Lu Zhi walked through the fallen leaves to the dormitory building.

In order to avoid being discovered by the dormitory supervisor, they had no choice but to tell the clumsy lie that they had lost their keys.

The dormitory supervisor seemed oblivious to anything amiss, typing their names into the computer and then taking out new keys from the drawer.

The key is silver-white and has the dormitory room number 404 engraved on it.

Hearing the number 404 always means something bad is going to happen. Since they were only given one key, it means they are roommates.

The dormitory building has been there for a long time, and the paint on the walls has started to peel off. The wooden stairs creak as you step on them, and a dull smell lingers in the air.

I finally arrived at dormitory 404, inserted the key, turned the lock, and pushed open the door in one smooth motion.

Despite the large number of students in the school, the dormitory was covered in a thick layer of dust. After cleaning the dormitory, the dormitory supervisor appeared right behind them and gave them two clean blankets.

"Listen up, lights out at 11 p.m. After lights out, stay in your dorm room. If I find anyone still outside after lights out, I'll write down your names. Don't let me catch anyone wandering around outside after lights out again."

"Okay, thank you for reminding us, we already know."

Jiang Qi made the bed for the two of them, then patted the bed to let Lu Zhi sit on it.

Jiang Qi's well-defined knuckles touched Lu Zhi's soft hair, and a barely perceptible smile appeared on his lips.

Her fingers slowly traced down to Lu Zhi's cheeks, cupping his cheeks in her hands, and she looked intently at him.

"I definitely won't, you idiot."

Upon hearing this, Lu Zhi's eyes lit up, and he gripped Jiang Qi's wrists tightly with both hands, asking incredulously, "Really? Brother?"

Jiang Qi nodded quickly, and then he heard Lu Zhi say, "Brother, when I become strong in the future, I will also protect you."

After saying this, she hugged Jiang Qi tightly, a smile appearing on her lips, her eyes filled with possessiveness and obsession.

Jiang Qi went out of the dormitory to take a look and found that the other dormitories also had a sense of desolation, as if no one had lived there for a long time.

Looking down from the fourth floor, I saw that students were scattered around and had returned to their dormitories.

The entire dormitory building seemed to come alive, and the previous desolation was dispelled.

If this weren't a dungeon, listening to the students laughing and talking around me would make me feel like I was really on a school campus, without any danger or fear.

As night fell, the twilight blurred, and the sky, once filled with the glow of the sunset, gradually faded and lost its color.

He heard rustling sounds beside him. Lu Zhi sat on the bed, hugging a pillow, his voice hoarse, "Brother, I'm a little scared. Can we sleep together?"

Jiang Qi pulled Lu Zhi over without saying a word and laid him flat on the inside. The two of them, one human and one child, were not crowded on the narrow bed in the dormitory, and neither of them spoke.

In the silent darkness, a rhythmic thumping sound came from under the bed.

Suddenly, a pale, cold hand reached out and grabbed its neck, causing the ghost to freeze in its tracks.

His eyes darted around and he spotted a child.

The child stared intently at him, his eyes flashing with a ghostly light, making him appear terrifying and horrifying, sending chills down his spine.

But how could a dignified ghost be afraid of a child?

An unbelievable scene unfolded: a wisp of black mist emanated from the child, enveloping the entire ghost, and only the ghost's shrill screams could be heard from within the mist.

"You disturbed my brother and me's sweet dreams, so we have no choice but to eat you."

Lu Zhi's eyes turned red, his expression became inscrutable, and the corners of his mouth curled up slightly, making him appear alluring.

She then lay down, closed her eyes, hugged Jiang Qi tightly, and whispered, "Goodnight, brother."

Little did they know, Jiang Qi's fingers, hanging by his side, trembled.

As dawn broke, Jiang Qi opened his eyes, gently pulled away Lu Zhi's hands that were tightly hugging his waist, and slipped away to the bathroom to wash up.

The habits formed in games prevent me from falling asleep in the midst of constant danger, and I've come to understand the terrifying extent of how fast time flows in games.

Jiang Qi scooped up some water and washed his face to clear his head. He looked up at himself in the mirror, his expression listless, his lips slightly pursed, and his hair hanging down in a mess.

The bathroom door slowly opened, and Lu Zhi stood behind it, rubbing his eyes and yawning as if he had just woken up. "Good morning, brother."

Jiang Qi drawled out the last syllable, his lazy tone carrying a hint of a half-smile, "Good morning, Lu Zhi, come and wash up."

As Jiang Qi idly flipped through the dusty books in the cabinet, a piercing scream suddenly came from downstairs.

Jiang Qi called out towards the restroom, "I'll go down and check first. You wait for me in the dorm."

So Jiang Qi followed the sound down and stood at the door of dormitory 304.

The door was ajar, and a strong smell of blood wafted from inside.

Pushing open the door, one is greeted by large patches of blood. A person lies collapsed on the ground, their legs trembling like a leaf, their hand shaking as they point at the blood-soaked figure on the bed.

The bloodied man's body was mangled beyond recognition by an unknown creature, and human organs were scattered under the bed, a scene that was nauseating.

The person who collapsed to the ground was Bai Xiaoyu. He said in a trembling voice, "I just wanted to go to the toilet, and then this happened."
