Chapter 152 The Mighty Slime King

Cheng Yu knew perfectly well that he had to stop. He had to face a powerful Slime King, but he couldn't understand why he needed to challenge such a strong opponent. Cheng Yu endured the pain and used all his strength to pry apart the slimes that were sucking his blood. Although these slimes had grown larger, they were still slow-moving, and Cheng Yu could barely handle them. He dared not linger for a moment; if he were to be entangled by these slimes, the consequences would be unimaginable. He had to escape this place as soon as possible and find a safe place to heal his wounds.

Cheng Yu quickly fled in another direction from the slime swarm. He dared not look back, fearing he would see the terrifying figure of the Slime King. He only knew that he had to escape this place, this nest of slimes, as soon as possible.

But in just that short time, another thick, long slime tentacle lashed out. This tentacle was even thicker and faster than the previous one. Cheng Yu had only escaped a short distance when he was struck by this tentacle again.

He looked down and saw that the slimes that had been devouring him had all stopped moving. They were looking up at Cheng Yu, their eyes filled with fear and awe.

Cheng Yu felt a surge of power within him; he could easily destroy these slimes. But he didn't. He knew these slimes were merely following orders; they hadn't done anything wrong. Besides, he had this unsettling feeling that he was their king—but how could that be?

Cheng Yu slowly landed on the ground, and the light emanating from his body gradually faded. He looked at the slimes, his heart filled with emotion.

"Thank you for showing me what true power is," Cheng Yu said softly. He knew he had gained new power; he was no longer the weak person he once was.

He turned to face the Slime King. He knew he had to confront this powerful enemy. He was ready; he would use his own strength to defeat the Slime King and escape this lair.

The Slime King seemed to sense Cheng Yu's change, letting out an angry roar. It knew it had encountered a powerful opponent and had to go all out.

The Slime King extended its tentacles again, lashing out at Cheng Yu. This time, its attack was even more ferocious and faster.

Cheng Yu didn't dodge; he charged straight at the Slime King's tentacles. He swung his claws and slashed fiercely at the tentacles.

"boom!"

With a loud crash, Cheng Yu severed the Slime King's tentacles. Green liquid gushed from the break, emitting a pungent odor.

The Slime King let out a painful roar. It hadn't expected Cheng Yu to be so powerful. It felt a wave of fear wash over it, knowing it might not be a match for Cheng Yu.

Cheng Yu gave the Slime King no chance to catch his breath, charging at it once more. He swung his claws, relentlessly attacking the Slime King.

King Slime fought desperately, but it was no match for Cheng Yu's attacks. Its body was constantly being torn apart by Cheng Yu, and green liquid gushed out continuously.

Cheng Yu's attacks grew increasingly fierce, and the Slime King's body grew weaker and weaker. It knew it was about to collapse.

"No... I can't lose... I can't die..." The Slime King was filled with resentment. It was the king of this lair, and it couldn't die like this.

It mustered all its strength and let out a deafening roar. Its body began to swell, growing even larger. It was determined to use its last strength to fight Cheng Yu to the death.

Cheng Yu observed the changes in the Slime King and knew that this was the Slime King's final counterattack. He had to be careful, or he might be killed by the Slime King.

Cheng Yu took a deep breath, maximizing his power. A faint light once again appeared around his body. He was ready; he would use his strongest power to completely defeat the Slime King.

King Slime completed its final transformation, reaching an astonishing size. Its entire body radiated a dazzling light, like a giant sun.

It roared and pounced on Cheng Yu. It was so fast that Cheng Yu had no chance to dodge.

Cheng Yu knew he had no way out. He had no choice but to grit his teeth and confront the Slime King head-on.

He swung his claws and slashed down fiercely at the Slime King. His claws were imbued with immense power; this was his strongest attack.

With a deafening roar, Cheng Yu's claws collided violently with the Slime King's body.

Time seemed to stand still at that moment, and everything around him became blurry. Cheng Yu felt an immense force impacting his body, and he was about to collapse.

Immediately following were two sticky but extremely sturdy tentacles, ready to lash out at Cheng Yu's head. Cheng Yu had no chance to dodge; like a spinning top, he was whipped left and right by the two tentacles, spinning rapidly.

By the time Cheng Yu reacted, one of the Slime Kings had already wrapped its soft body around his limbs with its powerful suction. Meanwhile, another Slime King took the opportunity to launch a series of attacks on Cheng Yu.

"Damn it... these guys..." Cheng Yu gritted his teeth, trying to break free from the Slime King's grasp. However, the Slime King's body was too soft, and he couldn't find a foothold at all. He suddenly broke free from the Slime Kings' restraints, brandishing his claws as he charged towards them. He was so fast that the Slime Kings couldn't react at all.

With a loud bang, Cheng Yu sent the two Slime Kings flying. They crashed heavily to the ground, their bodies twitching uncontrollably.

Cheng Yu did not stop attacking; he continued charging towards the Slime Kings. He swung his claws, relentlessly attacking them.

The slime kings fought desperately, but they were no match for Cheng Yu's attacks. Their bodies were constantly being torn apart by Cheng Yu, and green liquid gushed out continuously.

Cheng Yu's attacks grew increasingly fierce, and the slime kings grew weaker and weaker. They knew they were about to collapse.

"No...we can't lose..." The Slime Kings were filled with resentment. They were the embodiment of the Slime Kings, and they couldn't die like this.

With all their might, they let out a deafening roar. Their bodies began to merge, to reform themselves into an even more powerful Slime King.

Cheng Yu watched as the slime kings merged, and he knew he had to stop them. He couldn't let them combine again, or he might find himself in trouble once more.

He took a deep breath, maximizing his power. A faint glow once more emanated from his body. He was ready; he would use his strongest power to utterly defeat these Slime Kings.

"Die!"

Cheng Yu roared, swinging his claws and slashing down fiercely at the merging Slime Kings. His claws were imbued with immense power; this was his strongest attack.

"boom!"

With a deafening roar, Cheng Yu cleaved the merging Slime Kings into pieces. Green liquid rained down on the ground.

Cheng Yu stood there, gazing at the fragments of the Slime King, his heart filled with emotion. He knew that he had finally defeated these powerful enemies.

He slowly descended to the ground, the light emanating from him gradually fading. He felt waves of exhaustion; he knew he was nearing his limit.

He looked around and found himself in a huge cave. A faint light shimmered from the depths of the cave.

"Is that... the exit?" Cheng Yu's heart skipped a beat. He knew he had to leave this place as soon as possible. He couldn't stay in this dangerous place any longer.

He dragged his weary body deeper into the cave. He didn't know what awaited him, but he was prepared to face any challenge.

In the brief moment that Cheng Yu was imagining the future, he felt a sharp object pierce his heart. The pain of his heart being pierced made him kneel on the ground, unable to bear it. When he looked up again, there was no Slime King in pieces; it was just an illusion created by the slime. The slime that was now wrapped around his body pulled out a dagger from its pocket and stabbed it into his bra.

The fact that blood spurted from Cheng Yu's back shows that the slime used a tremendous amount of force when it stabbed him.

After doing all this, the slime quickly left Cheng Yu's body. Just as the slime left, a thick tentacle whipped Cheng Yu away at a speed imperceptible to the naked eye.

The blood in Cheng Yu's body was also drawn away by the enormous force and spread to his back. Strangely, this blood briefly paused in mid-air a few times.

This caused several blood walls and shadows of varying distances to briefly linger in the air.
