Chapter 72 One-on-One Fight with an Orc Warrior

Orcs don't care whether someone is a rebel or not; they'll attack any human they encounter.

Many orc spaceships crashed into the rebel positions, and these berserk warriors charged into the rebel ranks, hacking and slashing indiscriminately. The rebels had no support from Astartes.

"Bang bang..." A burst of gunfire rang out, and bullets rained down on Russell like a storm.

Russell was hit hard by a bullet that suddenly came flying at him and fell to the ground. He was shot in the helmet and the huge impact made him dizzy.

Fortunately, Russell's defensive capabilities were far superior to those of ordinary people, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to withstand that shot.

A young orc lunged forward, trying to crush Russell with his weight.

This orc kid looks like a monster; he might actually get crushed.

He quickly rolled away from the orc boy's massive body.

As soon as the orc boy landed, he reached out to grab him, but Russell quickly drew his Bloodthirster and slashed at the orc boy's arm.

"Roar!" The orc boy screamed as his arm was severed by the Blood Drinker.

Despite having his left hand severed, the orc boy roared and swung his right fist at Russell.

The Blood Drinker struck again, severing the orc boy's right hand as well.

The orc boy roared again and then charged at Russell like a madman.

Russell leaped up and swung the Blood Drinker at the orc boy's head.

Green heads flew into the air, and orc blood splattered all over Russell.

Even without a head, the orc boy continued to charge forward, knocking Russell to the ground.

One after another, different space capsules landed, and Arbitrator Warriors rushed out and began to slaughter the orcs.

With the addition of the Arbitrators squad, the Krieg Guards were greatly encouraged and launched their fiercest counterattack against the orcs.

Admiral "Cook" was intently staring at the 3D image in front of him, where he could clearly see the situation on the ground battlefield.

"My lord, perhaps we can use the orcs to take over this hive capital?" a political commissar suggested.

“I don’t think we should use the orcs. If we let the orcs invade our hive, they will cause a lot of damage, and then the hive will lose its value.”

"I think so too!"

Admiral Cook rubbed his aching temples: Do you think this is something we can control? Right now, the orcs' attention seems to be all on their hive.

"We can send men to stop the orcs!"

Cook shook his head and said: "The losses are too great. I don't want to commit any more troops. What we need to do now is destroy the Orcs' Battle Moon."

…………

"Gather together!" Kayans shouted.

The few remaining assault team members tried to regroup, but the orc warriors wouldn't give them the chance, roaring as they charged forward.

The assault team was once again scattered and broken up. Several orc lads charged forward and hacked and slashed at the assault team members, who were powerless against the strong orc lads.

Kayans couldn't bear to see his brothers being slaughtered by the orcs, so he rushed forward without thinking.

A powerful orc warrior blocked his way.

Kayans had no chance of winning against this huge orc warrior, but he did not back down and slowly walked towards the orc warrior.

"You lowly human, do you dare to face me?" the orc warrior said coldly.

“Ugly monster, I will kill you to avenge my brothers!” Kayans said viciously.

"Come on!" the orc warrior roared, elegantly twirling his giant battle axe above his head.

"Kadia, stand firm!" Kayans roared as he launched a desperate charge against the orc warriors.

Although Kayans charged fast, it was nothing in front of the orc warriors.

Just as Kayans was about to charge at the orc warrior, the 3-meter-tall muscular monster raised his big foot and kicked Kayans in the chest.

Kayans was kicked several meters away and crashed heavily to the ground, spitting out blood.

That kick almost cost him his life.

The orc warrior took a few steps forward, came to Kayans' side, stretched out his huge hand, grabbed Kayans' head, and easily lifted him up.

"Weak human, you are a pathetic worm. Killing you is as easy as crushing an ant."

"Pfft!" Kayans spat a mouthful of blood onto the orc warrior's ugly face, then sneered: "Go ahead and do it, you ugly monster!"

The orc warrior was furious and was about to crush Kayans's head.

"Your opponent is me, you ugly monster," a cold voice suddenly rang out.

The orc warriors abandoned Kayans as if he were a useless piece of trash.

Russell, covered in blood, appeared behind it.

Another reckless human dares to challenge me? The orc warrior sneered: You want to face death too? Pathetic human?

Russell sneered: "Cruel beast, don't speak so soon. Who is whose death god is still up in the air."

Instead of getting angry, the orc warrior laughed and said, "Hearing you say that, I really want to see for myself."

"Then come on!" Russell roared, brandishing the Blood Drinker.

On the surface, Russell appeared calm, but in reality, he was extremely flustered. Standing opposite him was an orc warrior. He couldn't even defeat an orc kid in a one-on-one fight, and now he was going to fight an orc warrior. His only chance of winning was to use "Soul of the Serpent" by surprise.

"Let me crush you!" the orc warrior roared as he charged at Russell like an unbreakable tank.

Russell wasn't going to fight head-on, so he turned and ran to the side.

"You cunning shrimp, trying to escape? No way!" The orc warrior roared and swung his battle axe at Russell.

The giant battle axe was almost the size of a wheel, and Russell dared not take it head-on, so he dodged it.

The battle axe slammed heavily into the earth. Russell seized the opportunity, leaping onto the axe handle and charging forward, raising the Bloodthirster to chop down on the orc warrior's head.

"You're asking for death!" The orc warrior raised his right fist and slammed it down at Russell.

Russell quickly withdrew the Blood Drinker's arms and folded them in front of his chest.

The orc warrior's enormous fist, as big as a jar, slammed into Russell's arm.

An immense force sent Russell flying, sending him flying more than ten meters before he landed on the ground, where he tumbled several times before finally coming to a stop.

Russell felt as if both his arms were about to break, and he was also experiencing excruciating pain in his chest.

He was secretly astonished by the orc warrior's immense strength; if he hadn't folded his arms beforehand, he would have been crippled by that punch.

Before Russell could stand up, the orc warriors charged forward again, their massive battle axes drawing a line.

Russell was shocked and quickly dodged backward, the giant battle axe almost grazing his chest.

This time, the giant battle axe cleaved through the air and sank deep into the ground. Russell once again lunged forward, and the Blood Drinker cleaved the orc warrior's thigh.
