The strongest astral army in Warhammer 40K

Chapter 41: I escaped with two lives

This behemoth, weighing two tons, is just as powerful as a tank when it crashes.

The wobbly orc boys and orc warriors were all knocked to the ground by the Terminator Space Marines.

A chainsaw axe slashed at a large orc, who raised his iron bar to meet the chainsaw axe.

The two heavy weapons collided with a muffled thud, sending sparks flying.

The giant orc roared and charged at the Terminator Space Marine.

Muscles and steel clashed in a real battle.

The two forces collided solidly. The Terminator Space Marine remained unmoved, while the Orc giant took a step back.

The Terminator Space Marine activates his power pack and charges at the Orc giant.

The giant orc gritted his teeth and used all his strength, his muscles colliding with the steel once again, knocking the six-meter-tall orc to the ground.

The Terminator Space Marine stepped forward, raised his chainsaw axe, and swung it down.

The remaining Space Marines rushed over and slaughtered the Orcs, wiping out another wave of them.

A dark shadow flashed by, and before a Space Marine could react, a sharp power claw pierced his throat, blood gushing out. In the last few seconds of his life, the Space Marine raised his explosive rifle and fired several shots, but unfortunately, the Midnight Lord was already gone.

The Midnight Lord followed behind the orcs, looking for an opportunity to attack the Space Marines. Just as the Space Marines were slaughtering the orcs, the Midnight Lord finally seized the opportunity and killed one of the Space Marines with a single blow.

The Space Marine's body crashed to the ground, and Jerris and Leon's faces darkened at the sight.

The apothecary rushed over to check if the Space Marine still had any vital signs. After a while, the apothecary shook his head at Jerris and Leon.

"Everyone, be careful, the enemy is right next to us," Jerry and Li Ang said in deep voices.

The Space Marines immediately formed a defensive formation; the loss of their comrade had put all the Space Marines on high alert.

The Midnight Lord vanished as if he had never been there.

The Space Marines continued forward and soon reached the rear compartment.

The situation here is even more complicated, with unknown debris piled up everywhere, and there are no orc corpses among them.

Jerry Leon used his psychic power to search his surroundings and quickly discovered something. An unknown object was hiding a few dozen meters away. He guessed that this object was the Midnight Lord.

Instead of launching a rash attack, he pondered how to lure the Midnight Lord over.

"Everyone spread out and search," Jerry Leon ordered.

The Space Marines immediately dispersed into squads and began a thorough search, with each squad gradually getting closer to the Midnight Lord.

Jerry Leon remained standing there, motionless, yet his spiritual power remained locked onto the Midnight Lord.

Finally, Midnight took the initiative. Instead of attacking the squad members, he chose to target Jerry and Leon.

The Midnight Lord silently attacked Jerris and Leon, and the warband cleric looked up and their eyes met.

The Midnight Lord was shocked, but at this moment he was already in mid-air and could not dodge, so he had no choice but to bite the bullet and attack.

The warband priest raised his power staff to block the Midnight Lord's attack, and swung his power claw at the Midnight Lord with his left hand.

With a clang, the two power claws collided.

"Your time has come, traitor," the chapter cleric sneered.

The Midnight Lord quickly retreated, trying to escape and hide.

How could Jerry and Leon give him this chance? They had already prepared a psionic lightning strike towards the Midnight Lord.

With a deafening roar, the Midnight Lord was blasted to the ground.

Two Terminator Space Marines charged out from the left and right, raising their chainsaw axes to strike the Midnight Lord on the ground.

Two chainsaw axes slammed heavily onto the floor, shattering the thick floorboards into pieces.

But the Lord of Midnight disappeared once again.

"Want to leave? Not so easy." Jerry Leon roared, throwing his right-hand power staff at the Midnight Lord.

The power staff flashed with electricity as it brushed past the Midnight Lord. The chapter priest had obviously aimed at it, but the Midnight Lord was too agile and dodged it in mid-air.

Although the power staff did not hit Midnight Lord Lightning, it did reveal his true form for a second.

One second was enough; countless bomb guns came firing wildly.

The explosive bullets enveloped the Midnight Lord like a net, and only Koz himself could dodge them; ordinary Midnight Lords couldn't.

The bomb shot down the Midnight Lord.

A Terminator Space Marine charged forward and stomped down on the Midnight Lord with his massive foot.

The Midnight Lord had not fully recovered yet, but he still managed to dodge.

The Terminator Space Marine's massive foot slammed into the floor, crushing the hard surface to pieces.

The Midnight Lord had just stood up when a chainsaw sword came crashing down on his shoulder.

The chainsaw sword spun wildly, tearing through the Midnight Lord's steel armor and ripping at flesh.

Several more chainsaw swords struck simultaneously, tearing the Midnight Lord to pieces.

The fact that two Midnight Lords were killed does not mean that the ship is now safe.

“Van Grey, we’ve killed another Night Lord. What’s the situation on your end?” Jerry, Leon, said into the communicator.

"We've killed three waves of orcs, but haven't found anything new yet," Van Grey's voice said from the other end of the communicator.

"Let's assemble in the cockpit!"

"Ok!"

Every ship is a treasure, and Van Grey and his men have no intention of letting this vessel go. His plan is to first take control of the bridge, then land the ship in the fortress, and then find the Cult of Mechanics to carry out repairs.

There was no danger in the cockpit, and they easily took control of it. Then, several tech-savvy space marines began to maneuver the ship.

“I’m convinced there’s something terrible still inside this ship,” Jerry and Leon said.

Van Grey nodded and said, "I think so too. But after the ship lands, I will start cleaning the inside. I must clean it thoroughly, and then refurbish it so it can be used."

"This is a valuable legacy after all, and we should thank the orcs for giving us such a fine ship."

"Of course we should thank you! We should thank you properly with a bomb gun!"

At this point, they both laughed.

"I've escaped death again!" Russell breathed a sigh of relief and muttered to himself.

Commander Borg glanced at Russell and asked, "What are you talking about?"

Russell smiled and said, "You've escaped death again."

Commander Borg scratched his head and said: That's true. The enemy is too powerful. We are like ants in front of them.
