Mechcapra arrived here in search of Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time. He believed that the awakening of the Savior might not be as the Black Saiyans wished. Gogeta couldn't even defeat the black-clad Saiyans, so how could he possibly fight the savior? That's why he came to Chronoa. Through his battles with the black-clad Saiyans, he discovered that a certain power of rules was still useful.

Upon arriving in Universe 9, Mechcapra and Chronoa immediately told Trunks Xeno and Goten Xeno to evacuate and return to the Time Realm, as there was no point in keeping them there.
