About half an hour after leaving, Xing Liang opened a "door" and returned from the outskirts of the capital. He dragged the autistic Xiao Deng into a dueling room, where they stayed for the entire morning, only coming out around noon.

It wasn't because it was lunchtime, but because the second new student had arrived.

Asot Ritye, daughter of Asot Fuber, an elder of the Asot clan, and cousin of Bandil.

On the dueling platform, a brother and sister were having a "friendly exchange," while another brother and sister below the platform were just watching the show.
