After all, she was just a tool for Yun Fuyu to wake up faster by contributing her longing, so it would be a shame not to give her more plot development. Moreover, she is the only Seele who is deeply in love with Yun Fuyu, so we have to give her more screen time!

———Alicia's Explanation———

In my previous book, Alicia, the former Seele, and the protagonist were mutually attracted to each other. Alicia and the protagonist raised Seele together (when they first met, she was 12 years old; at the end, she was 18). They were not only close but also considered each other their emotional support. This "love triangle" might seem a bit strange, but I absolutely loved it. (You can read chapter 314 of the previous book for a glimpse into this.)

In this book, I unconsciously adopted that feeling as well. In my eyes, Alicia's teasing of Seele was just playful banter. Yun Fuyu's so-called "being cuckolded" was actually just a humorous joke.

In reality, Yun Fuyu likes Seele but also admires Alicia. Alicia likes Seele and also likes Yun Fuyu (don't forget, she often calls him A-Yun in private). Seele likes Yun Fuyu and gradually stops rejecting Alicia.

That's it. So don't think that Alicia's intimacy with Seele is a bad thing; she's really just playing around with everyone. If Yun Fuyu knew his true identity, he would think the same way—Alicia's daughter flirting with Seele's mom, hilarious.
