Chapter 84 Entering the Temple

Narud was once again banished back to the void, along with the Skylocked barrier.

The ancient temple gates opened once more, the dark entrance wide open, awaiting the promised one.

"Hmm?" Killer Sage keenly sensed that Urna's restrictions had suddenly dissipated, and now the temple's outer shell was no longer protected and could be easily destroyed.

She couldn't help but wonder, "Does Urna become undefended once the door is opened?"

However, in any case, the doors of Urna are now finally open to them.

“I didn’t expect this road to be so narrow,” Renault remarked, standing before the gates of Urna and gazing at the green-lit passageway.

He had expected there to be a wider road here, but reality surprised him.

“It seems we should reduce our numbers,” Artanis suggested, looking at the people around him.

“Then Kirsage will go with you.” Reno shrugged, indicating his agreement.

He turned and left, leaving Kirsarj and Artanis facing the open temple doors.

Killzah stared at the open temple doors, a strong longing welling up inside him.

She could clearly sense that it contained something extremely important and useful to her.

That force seemed to be calling to her, making her eager to enter and explore.

“Vorazun, I will go down with Kirsaj. I don’t know what I will find down there, but now I authorize you to command the Spear of Adun until I return,” Artanis said solemnly.

He was well aware of the importance of this adventure and trusted that Vorazun was capable of taking command.

As Artanis was making arrangements for the aftermath, Kirsaj, standing at the temple gate, suddenly felt a mysterious force calling to her.

This feeling was very peculiar, as if it came from a distant place, yet it was exceptionally strong.

She frowned and muttered to herself, "Why are you calling me, Xel'Naga?"

She secretly guessed that the only being in this universe capable of influencing her psychic perception in this way was the Xel'Naga.

Artanis walked over from the side and, seeing the confusion on Kirsaji's face, asked, "What's wrong?"

Kirsa shook his head, indicating that he was fine.

Then Artanis looked at her seriously and said solemnly, "Let's go then."

He knew that although Kirsar possessed powerful psionic abilities, he still needed to remain vigilant in this mysterious world.

Kirsagh nodded and stepped into the temple.

The two walked forward step by step, the mysterious green light illuminating their path.

When they were halfway there, the wall that had been emitting a green light suddenly went out, plunging the entire space into complete darkness.

Artanis stopped, raised his right hand, and activated the psionic blade.

The dim green light faintly illuminated the path ahead, allowing them to see their surroundings.

However, this was only a temporary glimmer of hope; they were unaware of the many unknown dangers that awaited them ahead.

The two continued walking forward, and before long, a huge mural suddenly appeared in front of them. Artanis quickly stepped forward, increased the energy output of the psionic blade in his hand, and the green light instantly illuminated a part of the area near them.

When Artanis saw the illuminated part, he couldn't help but exclaim, "Zeratul..."

It turns out that the mural depicts the scene on the planet Aiur where he is holding the deceased Zeratul.

At that moment, Kearsarge also lit up the ship's equipment, and the soft white light instantly illuminated everything around, making the ancient mural appear exceptionally clear.

This is a mysterious prophecy carved on a triangular stone tablet. On the left is Artanis holding the dead Zeratul, on the right is the overloaded Temple of Shakuras, and in the middle is the Queen of Blades, tightly wrapped in an unknown creature.

Artanis extinguished the psionic blade in his hand, turned his head and glanced at Kirsaj beside him, his eyes filled with doubt and confusion.

Kilsager tilted his head, seemingly indicating that he didn't know what had happened.

Seeing Kirsar's adorable antics, Artanis didn't say much, but instead turned his gaze back to the clearly visible mural in front of him.

The striking image of the Queen of Blades in the mural made his expression even more serious.

Just then, a loud crash shattered the silence as a wall suddenly broke open. The two immediately turned around, warily eyeing the uninvited presence.

The corpse of a hybrid raider fell from the sky and crashed heavily to the ground.

Its eyes had lost their light, as if life had left it. And beneath it, some unknown power seemed to be hidden.

Suddenly, an arm covered in Zerg carapace shoved aside the hybrid corpse, and a Zerg arthropod slowly stood up.

Behind her, a pair of sharp, spiked wings were folded, exuding a chilling aura.

However, what is most surprising is that this terrifying creature actually has the face of a human woman.

She is none other than Kerrigan, the Queen of Blades, now the Zerg Overlord.

"Kerrigan!" Artanis exclaimed upon seeing this, immediately raising the light blades on his hands and rapidly charging the psionic amplifier on his back, preparing for a possible battle.

But Kerrigan showed no intention of attacking them; instead, she raised her right hand, signaling Artanis to cease his actions.

Her voice was weary and urgent: "Artanis, wait! I am not your enemy. I came here to find Xel'Naga..."

Before she could finish speaking, a hybrid predator suddenly appeared at the hole. Its two arms and four tentacles allowed it to stand firmly at the entrance. It spoke in a voice filled with psychic energy: "All things will eventually submit."

After saying that, it leaped down from the cave entrance and landed on a pillar to the side. Then it jumped again and crashed directly into Kerrigan.

Faced with the sudden attack, Kerrigan quickly erected a psionic shield in front of her, but the hybrid, carrying a powerful impact, instantly shattered the fragile shield.

Kerrigan was forced back by the impact, while the hybrid took the opportunity to swing its right arm, its sharp claws slashing fiercely at Kerrigan.

Kerrigan nimbly ducked to avoid the attack, but the hybrid had anticipated it. Its left hand suddenly thrust out, and a sharp claw instantly pierced through Kerrigan's right shoulder.

"Ah!" Kerrigan screamed in pain, and at the same time, her Blade Wings pierced the hybrid without hesitation.

Seeing Kerrigan launch an attack, the hybrid quickly extended two tentacles, firmly controlling Kerrigan's Blade Wings.

Then, using its massive size, it forcefully broke Kerrigan's wings.

"Uh." Kirsaj glanced at Artanis, who was standing there thinking, and then at Kerrigan, who was being brutally beaten by the hybrid. He felt that he should step in.

Kerrigan is Raynor's old flame, even though they are now of different races... Raynor remains devoted to her.

Kirsar thought for a moment, "Wouldn't Kerrigan be considered their sister-in-law?!"

With that thought, Killer Killer exerted force with his right foot, the powerful impact even shattering the ground.

Kilsager uses the simplest attack method—ramming—and the hybrid has to face the ramming of a ship girl.
