However, Palpatine ignored the commotion, his gaze remaining steadfast on the projections of the planetary representatives, and continued his narration: "The Independent System Confederation ruthlessly annihilated the senators, Jedi Knights, and countless people of the Republic on Coruscant."

His voice was filled with anger and determination: "This was a horrific massacre!"

Then Palpatine raised his head, his gaze meeting the projections of the planetary representatives. "Having witnessed this terrible tragedy, I deeply realize that we must make changes."

"Almost all the Jedi Knights have died; they can no longer protect us."

"Given this attack, we have no choice but to take up all our weapons to protect our homeland."

As Palpatine finished speaking, almost all the planetary representatives were in turmoil, and scenes of riots, betrayals, and suspicions unfolded on various planets throughout the galaxy.

Palpatine stared at the countless chaotic projections before him, remaining silent, as if it were all within his expectations.
