Chapter 184 Ship Girls Prepare to Enter the Interstellar Age

It was obvious to the naked eye that, apart from Nagato who breathed a sigh of relief, all the other ship girls had resentment on their faces.

"Ahem, I know it's not appropriate to hold a meeting now." Warspite coughed; this time it really was because she had stayed in Terra for too long.

Fortunately, the ship girls present didn't blame her too much; they were also curious about what Warspite had been doing for so long.

"Next, please take a look at this document." Warspite smiled and waved gently to the ship girls sitting around the conference table.

On the table in front of each ship girl was a thick document.

This document is a proposal based on the original documents provided by Chen Huijie, and then carefully revised by Khir Sarge.

However, after quickly browsing through a few pages, the company couldn't help but frown, slowly shaking its head and saying, "Your idea is indeed very bold, but with our current strength and resources, I'm afraid it will be difficult to put this plan into practice."

Upon hearing this, the other ship girls echoed her sentiments, expressing their agreement with the company's viewpoint.

Despite the doubts and concerns of the crowd, Warspite showed no sign of panic.

Instead, she calmly stood up, walked to the side, and gently pressed a button.

Instantly, a huge projection screen appeared directly in front of the conference room.

Then, Warspite calmly explained, "That's why I asked everyone to read the documents carefully first. In fact, I have obtained a brand new method from outside the world that can effectively deal with the Siren threat."

"Outside the world?" Warspite's words caused a huge stir, and the ship girls present looked at each other in disbelief.

As far as they know, humanity has not yet developed the technological capability to venture into outer space, let alone obtain any valuable information or solutions from what is considered "outside the world."

"Everyone, please look, this is a battle recorded by... a 'collector'." Warspite opened the record of a virtual fleet battle between Tarasin and Kilsazzi.

In this virtual fleet battle, Tarasim used the Necromancer's warships, while Kirsaj used this virtual battle to test the performance of his own created Tek warships.

The first thing these ship girls saw was a planet that seemed to be shrouded in death.

The entire planet was tinged with a chilling gray hue, and the air was filled with eerie, colored gases, like the miasma exhaled by a demon, sending shivers down one's spine.

Even more shocking is that this land is teeming with countless mutated plants and animals that frantically fight and prey on each other, creating a bloody and appalling scene.

"This... could this be the other world you went to?" King George V frowned, pondering to himself.

The scene before her eyes was far different from the otherworld she had imagined.

However, before she could fully express her thoughts, a line of small text suddenly appeared in the lower right corner of the video, abruptly cutting off her next words: "Garden World: 3594 years after the Karns Rebellion, was a colony of the Fearful Ones."

It turns out that, in order to create that inexplicable sense of immersion, each fleet simulation battle is equipped with incredibly detailed background settings.

Tarachin stated that he was a master of history, and that this was the art of historical construction.

But to the technologically backward ship girls, this is the history of that world.

"The Garden World of Karns, during the Great Rebellion, became a battlefield between the Undying Flame Titan Legion and the Forge Guard Titan Legion, with both sides deploying hundreds of various Titans..."

With a slightly mechanical voiceover, the perspective shifts to a mountain peak, from which the ship girls can see massive, rusty cannon barrels.

Next, the earth began to tremble, and black warships resembling pyramids broke through the earth and rose into the sky. This was the undead fleet operated by Tarashin.

A sci-fi fleet, perfectly in line with human imagination, orbits high above this planet. The pristine white steel forms their base color, while the shimmering blue light adds to their mystery.

A war broke out in space, and the screen kept showing close-ups of the ships that were under attack. The ship girls could even see the crew members being thrown out.

Yellow and green beams of light intertwined as gamma lasers and Gaussian flails destroyed each other's warships.

As a slightly mechanical voiceover begins, the camera slowly pans to a towering mountain peak.

Standing atop the mountain, the ship girls could clearly see the enormous, rusty cannons.

These cannon barrels seem to have witnessed countless fierce battles, silently recounting the past glories and vicissitudes.

Suddenly, the earth trembled violently, emitting a deafening roar. Immediately afterwards, black warships resembling pyramids burst from the ground and ascended into the sky at astonishing speed.

These powerful warships are the undead fleet controlled by Talathin! They are like demons from the dark abyss, exuding a chilling aura.

Meanwhile, in high orbit around this planet, a futuristic sci-fi fleet stands ready.

The fleet was entirely white with a steely sheen, shimmering with a deep blue light, like the most brilliant stars in the night sky, mysterious and captivating.

In an instant, a breathtaking war broke out in space.

Beams of yellow and green light intertwined, forming a dazzling net of light that enveloped the entire battlefield.

Gamma lasers and Gaussian flails clashed in the void, each collision triggering a massive explosion. Some beams that missed hitting the surrounding planets made the ship girls realize just how terrifying these attacks were.

The screen occasionally switches to close-up shots of the attacked ships, and the ship girls can clearly see the crew members who are thrown out by the powerful impact. They tumble and struggle in the endless space before finally disappearing into the vast darkness.

The video clearly showed camera switching, which convinced the ship girls that this was a real battle.

"What are you trying to say?" Bismarck felt a sense of powerlessness. Those warships could destroy Ironblood, or even the entire Europa, with just one beam of light.

"Now comes the important part." This was also the first time Warspite had ever seen a large-scale space fleet battle, even if it was virtual.

As time passed, the Necromancer fleet withdrew, leaving only the Tek fleet behind.

The ship girls only saw a tiny point of light fall from the reorganized Tek fleet. After this point of light landed in Karns, the Tek fleet entered the subspace and left.

Just when the ship girls thought it was over, Karns was destroyed before their very eyes.

"This is what I wanted to say: once we have a firm foothold in space, the Sirens will no longer be able to pose a threat to us," Warspite solemnly said to the ship girls present, while also projecting a mass accelerator and a model of a starship specially made for ship girls.

"If no one is here to guide humanity, then let us old folks do it."
