Kilsager and Chat Groups

Chapter 11 The Lock and Kirsage

These past few days have been quite unusual for Ansuo.

First, a large group of infected people wearing white masks appeared in the slums, and then an organization called Rhodes Island entered the slums to look for people.

She wanted to ask Mr. Chan about these matters, but learned that Mr. Chan had taken leave.

However, just today, Mr. Chan suddenly called her and asked her to act as his tour guide, telling her that no matter what happened, she had to follow her employer's instructions.

With a mix of trepidation and excitement, she arrived at Inspector Chan's residence to find her employer, only to be discovered by him first.

To her even greater surprise, the employer tossed her a gold brick after saying only a few words and asked her to lead the way to the slums.

In any city, the places with the most criminals are usually the slums, and Darklock doesn't believe her employer is unaware of this.

Although she was reluctant to take her employer to the slums, she couldn't refuse such a generous reward.

So she took Kirsar and headed towards the slums, carefully tucking the gold brick into her bosom.

“I’m quite familiar with the slums, but I can’t protect you.” Dark Lock cautiously surveyed his surroundings. “Especially since there have been a lot of infected people in the slums lately.”

"Oh? Tell me more." Kirsaj became a little interested in what was happening in the slums and casually tossed a gold bar to Anlock.

An Suo stared wide-eyed, her jaw nearly dropping to the ground. She had never seen such an arrogant person before, especially not a woman.

She even felt that Killer Killer seemed to be radiating golden light, as if she were a goddess descended from the sky.

An Suo slid to her knees and prostrated herself before Qi Ersha: "I have wandered for half my life without meeting a wise ruler. If you do not abandon me, I am willing to become your godmother!"

Darklock's sudden action startled Killzae. She looked at Darklock in surprise, wondering why this guy would suddenly do this to become a foster mother.

Kirsagh used the scanning module HLN-A gave her to look at the Dark Lock, and she discovered that the Dark Lock was actually increasing its taming progress bar.

The current taming effectiveness is 100%. Kirsage doesn't know under what circumstances the taming effectiveness will decrease, but based on her "How to Train Your Dragon" experience, she absolutely cannot let the lock take any damage next, otherwise the taming effectiveness will definitely drop.

Kirsa's silence sent a wave of panic through Ansuo. She began to regret her impulsive actions and worried that her recklessness would bring her trouble. She cursed herself inwardly, wondering why she had acted so rashly.

"It's over, it's over, it's over..." Ansuo frantically repeated these words in her mind, while incessantly condemning herself deep inside. She knew that her actions just now had been somewhat excessive, but since things had come to this, she could only grit her teeth and wait for Kirsa's reaction.

Just as Ansel was wondering if she was going to commit seppuku, she felt two hands lift her up from under her armpits, and when she looked up, she saw Kirsaji's smiling face.

“Sure,” Kirsaj replied with a smile to the lock.

Ansuo felt as if she were suddenly embraced by the warm sunlight. Although she hadn't spent much time with Kilsaji, he felt like an angel to her.

Kirsagh sighed inwardly as she watched the taming success rate still at 100%, then noticed the taming progress bar rapidly increasing.

Kirsaëns didn't know what was happening, but she knew that this was a crucial stage in taming, and whether she could be perfectly tamed depended on this moment.

She didn't know where was safe in Longmen, but she knew that there was absolutely no safer place in Longmen than in her arms. She gently hugged An Suo into her arms and used her body to cover An Suo as much as possible.

"But, but, I'm infected." An Suo burst into tears; she had never been treated so gently before.

"It's alright, I don't mind." Kirsaj looked at the steadily increasing taming progress bar and kept a watchful eye on his surroundings.

“I’m still a thief, I don’t know anything.” Lock felt that Kirsage genuinely didn’t care about her infected status, and she felt that she was not worthy of being Kirsage’s daughter.

Upon hearing Ansuo's words, Kirsa's previously troubled mind instantly brightened, and she was now completely free of any worries.

“It doesn’t matter. No one is completely useless.” Kirsage replied to Darklock, keeping his voice as low as possible. “Your future still holds countless possibilities.”

"Ah!—" Darklock buried her head in Kirsage's breastplate and cried bitterly.

Kirsa gently stroked Darklock's back, watching the taming progress bar steadily reach 100%, while the taming effectiveness remained at 100%.

"Successfully tamed"

A line of text appeared before Killer's eyes, and Ansel stopped crying. She felt as if she had established some kind of connection with Killer, but all she wanted to do now was stay in his gentle embrace.

Killer Killer: Another World Demi-human, Perfect Taming! Taming Interface.JPG

Renault: ?

Azure Star: ?

Renault: When I type this question mark, it doesn't mean I have a problem, it means you have a problem.

Azure Star: You can tame people too!?

Kilsaji: Humans can't tame them, but for some reason the demi-humans of Terra can.

Chen Huijie:?

Chen Huijie: You've only been here a short time, and who have you tamed?

Chen Huijie, who had just taken over the job, was horrified when she saw the chat group. Kirsage's "claws" had reached the continent of Terra, and it was easy to imagine that Terra would never be peaceful again.

Kirsage: The little rabbit you gave me, and the taming material for her is actually gold, that's a bit unexpected.

Chen Huijie: Hidden lock!?

Azure Star: Wow, another dirty shady deal.

Renault: Wow, another dirty shady deal.

"An Suo, it's all my fault." Chen Huijie covered her face with one hand, her whole being radiating sadness.

"Hey, Hoshiguma, what's wrong with Pukei-ryu? Why is he acting all sentimental?" Swire noticed Chen Huijie's strange behavior and was secretly asking Hoshiguma for her ears.

“I don’t know. Old Chen has been acting strangely for a few months now. Should we take her to a doctor?” Hoshiguma whispered in Swire’s ear.

"Hey, I heard both of you," Chen Huijie interrupted their whispered conversation. "I don't need to see a doctor, and I don't need you to worry about me, you char siu cat!"

"You damn dragon, do you think I wanted this? I just don't want people to say that the Royal Guard Inspector is a lunatic!" Swire was instantly provoked and clashed with Chen Huijie.

"Don't do that, we're all colleagues," Hoshiguma said awkwardly, trying to mediate.

"Barbecued Pork Cat!"

"Flop Dragon!"

"Stop making noise."

The epic battle between dragons and tigers, a spectacle that even ghosts fear, is currently underway.

Although Hoshiguma was trying to mediate, she knew that the old Chen Huijie would never have been able to hear their whispers at this distance, and that Chen Huijie must have changed in some way.
