When Gojo Satoru led Dazai Osamu past several mutants, they were still standing there, stunned.

He pushed open the door to the room and immediately saw the meteorite glowing red on the lab table.

Although it's called a meteorite, it looks about the size of a basketball and resembles a large, glowing rock.

Upon closer inspection, he discovered that the meteorite was actually black, with a layer of red light covering its surface.

Just as Dazai Osamu was thinking about how to pack the meteorite and take it away, he saw Gojo Satoru reach out and pick it up.

Osamu Dazai:! ! !

Did Gojo Satoru pick up the meteorite? What if there's something wrong with it?

“It’s alright, there’s nothing wrong with this meteorite.” Gojo Satoru noticed Dazai Osamu’s gaze and roughly knew what he was thinking.

He examined the meteorite carefully. It didn't have any bewitching power; it simply contained a peculiar force.

Those few mutated transcendent beings guarding this place were probably driven by a deep-seated obsession, preventing others from getting close to the meteorite.

"Let's go find Chuuya." Gojo Satoru put the meteorite into his spatial storage, planning to study it more carefully when they returned to Yokohama.

Rumble!

A loud noise came from afar. Gojo Satoru and Dazai Osamu exchanged a glance and immediately headed towards the direction from which the sound came.

"Hey, it's you guys?" Gogol's eyes lit up when he saw Gojo Satoru and the others, and he ran towards them without hesitation.

It wasn't until he started running that Dazai Osamu saw the densely packed mutants behind him.

Osamu Dazai:......

Where did that bastard Gogol go to provoke so many mutants? They clearly didn't see any mutants when they came in.

"Satoru, attack them!" Gogol hid behind Gojo Satoru and pointed at the group of mutants.

"Didn't you say you'd lead the way for me? The kind of leading the way where you just ran off on your own from the start?"

Gojo Satoru looked at Gogol with a half-smile, then threw out a small Hekko. A blinding red light flashed, and the entire space began to shake.

"Ahem...I've come to find you, haven't I?" Gogol said calmly.

Where did Fyodor go?

Dazai Osamu was afraid that he wouldn't get the meteorite, so he simply ran away, since he still had something very important in his possession.

"I don't know, we separated as soon as we came in." Gogol wasn't lying; their original plan was to split up.

"What about Chuuya? He was the one who made that noise just now, wasn't he?"

Dazai Osamu saw it clearly: Gogol was running out from the direction the sound came from.

"He was in a laboratory, surrounded by mutants."

Gogol pointed in the direction he had escaped from; that was where the experimental subjects were stored.

"Satoru, let's go find Chuuya." Dazai Osamu ignored Gogol, fearing that if they were even a second late, Chuuya would be exposed to the filth.

-

"Ugh, so annoying, where did these mutants even come from?"

Chuuya Nakahara kicked a mutant away, leaving a wound on his arm.

A mutant with incredible speed appeared just now, injured him, and then disappeared.

This mutant lacks power in its attacks, but it's too fast to defend against.

Then there are always more mutants appearing, and you can't kill them all.

Fyodor sighed regretfully as he saw the motionless mutants and the wide-open door.

Unfortunately, it was too late; the meteorite had already been taken.

"Where did all these mutants come from in this base?" Gojo Satoru asked, puzzled as he watched the mutants pouring into the laboratory.

When they entered, the research institute was spotless, and the only mutants they encountered were a few Transcendents.

"They should be the original test subjects of this base. They might have been dormant at first, but they woke up after we took the meteorite."

Dazai Osamu frowned. Just how many people had this research institute captured for experiments? Everywhere he looked, there were mutants.

A burst of red light appeared, and a large space appeared in the laboratory that was originally filled with mutants. Dazai Osamu saw the small figure in the middle of the mutants.

"Chuuya! Come here quickly."

Chuuya Nakahara looked up and saw Gojo Satoru and Dazai Osamu not far away.

"Why are you all here? I don't know what's wrong with this godforsaken place; it's suddenly full of mutants."

Frustrated, he swatted away several mutants that approached him, and in just a short while, the entire laboratory was filled with mutants again.

"We've found what we were looking for, so we can leave now."

Gojo Satoru reached out and scooped up Nakahara Chuuya as well, then took the two of them and left the laboratory.

"We found it already? Didn't Fyodor say there were mutated transcendents here?"

Chuuya Nakahara leaned on Satoru Gojo's shoulder and looked at Osamu Dazai on the other side. They had only just arrived.

"Yeah, Wu took them all down in a flash and got the stuff too."

Dazai Osamu calmly remarked that the reinforcements Howard had found were indeed formidable.

Chuuya Nakahara's eyes were filled with confusion. A Transcendence, instantly defeated? Was he still asleep?

"It's true. Now you know how amazing Wu is. With him around, I can go anywhere I want."

Dazai Osamu looked smugly at Nakahara Chuuya. "It's just Europe. Let him come if he wants."

Nakahara Chuuya: ...

He always thought Gojo Satoru was at a similar level to Howard, but Dazai Osamu told him that Gojo Satoru could easily kill a Superhuman.

"Mr. Dazai, are you alright?" Ryunosuke Akutagawa and Atsushi Nakajima rushed over as soon as they saw the group approaching.

Just now, Fyodor and Gogol came up first, and when asked what was going on down there, they said they didn't know.

"It's alright, let's get ready to go back." Dazai Osamu had thought this trip would go smoothly, but he didn't expect it to go this smoothly.

They found the meteorite in less than two hours after arriving here; that's incredibly fast.

Before leaving, Gojo Satoru threw a curse at the cave entrance, blocking it completely to prevent the mutants from springing up like mushrooms after rain.

-

"Why are you back so soon? Didn't you find anything?"

Mori Ougai was a little surprised to see the group of people returning. Had they come back early because they hadn't found anything?

"Found it. Prepare a laboratory so we can study the meteorite."

Gojo Satoru discovered that after placing the meteorite into the space, the black mist in the air thinned slightly, a change so subtle that it was imperceptible to the naked eye.

"No problem, follow me." Mori Ougai didn't even have time to be surprised, and turned around to lead the people towards the Port Mafia's laboratory.

Chuuya Nakahara went to inform the others, while Osamu Dazai went to find Ranpo.

-

"Is this the meteorite? How did they use it for experiments?"

Everyone present frowned as they looked at the black stone that was glowing red in front of them.

Given the hardness of this stone, it is impossible to cut it.

"They must have used some method to cut a small piece of the meteorite and then used that small piece of meteorite for experiments."

When Gojo Satoru got the meteorite, he noticed that it was missing a tiny bit, about the size of a fingernail.

This little thing alone has made the world like this. What would happen if it were a whole meteorite?
