With a little attention, readers will have noticed in the previous chapters that there are two people in the propaganda department whose names contain the character "An". One is named He Qi'an, and the other is named Qin Ren'an.

However, in fact, there was another member in the department whose name also contained the character "An"—Tian Jing'an. Thus, these three were given the unique nickname "The Three Ans of Propaganda."

Among the many colleagues in the same department, there were three people whose names all contained the character "An," which was quite a peculiar situation.

This can be described as both an amazing coincidence and a preordained destiny.

Logically, they should work together wholeheartedly and dedicate all their efforts to the publicity work.

However, to Zhang Cong's utter surprise, although the three of them maintained a facade of harmony on the surface, they each harbored their own ulterior motives and secret desires.

As the deputy minister in charge of education, Tian Jing'an's personal abilities were indeed slightly inferior to those of He Qi'an and Qin Ren'an. Thus, Tian Jing'an secretly formed an alliance with Qin Ren'an and began plotting how to cause trouble for He Qi'an.

Qin Ren'an already harbored a personal grudge against He Qi'an, and he hated He Qi'an even more for secretly investigating him.

Tian Jing'an kept stirring up trouble in Qin Ren'an's ear, exaggerating He Qi'an's various mistakes and emphasizing that if He Qi'an was not stopped in time, it would bring extremely serious consequences.

Under Tian Jing'an's constant encouragement, Qin Ren'an gradually lost his mind and challenged He Qi'an.

Although Qin Ren'an was only a section chief, he was resourceful and his influence should not be underestimated. With his involvement, He Qi'an's path to governance indeed encountered numerous obstacles.

This series of events enraged He Qi'an, and his resentment towards Qin Ren'an grew daily, even leading him to develop a strong desire to kill him. Therefore, he intensified his external investigation efforts and launched a political review of Qin Ren'an.

Meanwhile, Tian Jing'an cleverly concealed her true intentions, always presenting a friendly and unassuming demeanor in front of everyone.

Tian Jing'an never easily confronted He Qi'an, always appearing very low-key and humble. This was because Tian Jing'an was well aware that if she rashly engaged in a direct confrontation with He Qi'an, she would undoubtedly be the loser.

Therefore, he chose to be patient and wait, making full use of the conflict between Qin Ren'an and He Qi'an, sowing discord and fueling the flames, causing their struggle to escalate.

And so, Tian Jing stood quietly behind the scenes, observing this fierce power struggle with indifferent eyes. He hoped that Qin Ren'an and He Qi'an would both be severely injured, at which point he could easily clean up the mess, become the final winner, and realize his ambitions and goals.

Zhang Cong felt a deep aversion and disgust towards internal strife. From an emotional standpoint, he felt he should help Qin Ren'an, both morally and logically. After all, they shared a deep friendship, and Qin Ren'an had always been quite kind to him.

However, when reason and personal morality prevailed, Zhang Cong clearly realized that he absolutely could not get involved in this chaos, and could only choose to calmly observe from the sidelines.

Even with such caution, Zhang Cong still couldn't completely escape the influence and entanglements brought about by this internal strife.
