Everyone understood what the old doctor said, except for the woman who refused to accept it.

She first questioned the old doctor's diagnosis, then turned her attention to the restaurant, and even tried to gain sympathy by using her status as a poor person. Unfortunately, everyone had eyes. The child's trouser leg was torn, and the condition of his slightly swollen ankle was obvious at a glance!
